Make sure to check you are getting what you pay for!!!!

Room was tidy and clean.

I paid for a room with extra beds and a spa bath. There was no spa bath in my room and only one double bed. My room had been swapped with another person who had asked to swap rooms. I also received no refund and was too exhausted to sort out properly. Sad too because I will not recommend family to stay there nor will I be back.

OK at best.

Booked me in late and sorted after hours access.

Spa bath was small, but OK - BUT it ran out of hot water. Both in the evening and in the AM! I booked the room specifically for the bath. Also, the king bed was in the lounge, the twin singles in the bedroom. Accept that might work for some but I wanted to sleep in the bedroom on the king not in the lounge where it was light and open.

Shower drain was blocked in room no. 3. after 2mins the shower tray was full of water and you literally had to turn the water as it would overflow.

The space in the rooms, bathroom and living area. That it had a table and chairs to work and eat at. Very private too. Good heating.

The lighting. While it was cosy for relaxing, it was difficult to see at the table for working.

great for children as park and pools are across the road. plenty of units for family groups.

the size of the rooms was great. has everything on site as far as family gatherings go as they have meeting rooms.

a bit confusing on check in but soon sorted by the lovely staff.
