Só tenho a agradecer ao Hostel, recomendo a todos que quiserem economizar e ter uma experiência bacana no Chile. E um agradecimento especial à gerente de hospitalidade Kass! Muchas Gracias!!

Wi-fi nos quartos não funcionou. Passei por dois quartos e em nenhum deles o wi-fi funcionava.

Bom para alguns dias

O hostel em si é muito bom. O pessoal da recepção é bem atencioso e explica tudo direitinho. A localização também é outro ponto forte. Fica perto de uma estação de metrô, de mercados além de vários pontos turísticos e dá pra conhecer à pé. Fiquei sozinha no quarto duplo com banheiro. A cama é confortável, mas o quarto é pequeno para duas pessoas com mala. Café da manhã bom, mas básico.

O chuveiro do quarto em que fiquei (302) é deplorável. Necessita troca urgente. Ele esquenta bem, mas simplesmente espirra água pra tudo quando é lado menos em você. Além do box ser minúsculo e eu sou uma pessoa magra. Se é uma pessoa mais fofinha, com certeza vai ficar batendo nas paredes. Em um dos dias, precisei lavar o cabelo e usei o banheiro compartilhado que fica no corredor, muito melhor do que o do quarto...

Great location and good vibes!

The hostel is very cool, the people at the reception are very helpful, they can borrow a hairdryer, which is very helpful! The location is great, you can walk to the main attractions 😊 Highly recommended!

Bom custo x benefício

Boa localização, funcionários agradáveis, quartos limpos, bom café, promovem eventos sociais no hostel que ajuda na integração dos hóspedes.

Utilizei um banheiro compartilhado que precisava ser reformado (com infiltração no teto). O hostel tem um acesso pela avenida principal que não é liberado. Poderiam reformar a fachada e liberar esse acesso para tornar o hostel mais convidativo e seguro. Pois, o acesso pela rua lateral, às vezes, causa um pouco de insegurança.

Hostal muito cômodo e tem um ótimo custo beneficio.

Hostal bem localizado, funcionários prestativos e um excelente café da manhã. Muitos banheiros disponíveis, secador e áreas comuns bons. Armários externos para guardar a bagagem trouxe mais segurança. Na recepção é possível adquirir passeios, o que facilita muito. Ah o hostal quase sempre oferece atividades noturnas.

Alguns chuveiros demoram para sair agua quente.

Gostei bastante.

Tive imprevisto na chegada, não consegui acesso a eles devido ser madrugada, mas acredito que por erro do Uber que entrou no fundos da hospedagem, porém fizeram possível para se retratar da situação posteriormente, porém me gerou custo adicionais e stress em achar outra hospedagem na madrugada. Acabei ficando apenas 2 diárias da 3 reservadas.

Esperaba más, me desepcionó

Muy buena ubicación, a pasos del metro. El personal muy atento y tienen opciones de desayuno.

El calefactor de la habitación estaba malo, tuvimos que pedir frazadas extra, la cama no muy cómoda, los electrodomesticos (secador de pelo, plancha) muy viejos y de mala calidad. Pero lo peor es el ruido en la noche, hacen carrete hasta las 23:00, con gritos y todo, horrible.

Pleasant stay and easy to meet other travellers.

The hostel organises dinner with drinks in the common area make which makes a great way to meet other travellers without it being a party hostel. Staff is friendly and helpful!

O lugar em si não é ruim eles fazem eventos para aproximar os hospedes.

O café não era ruim, porem o pão era pequeno e frios não podia repetir , uma fruta e um danone, tinha suco mas, não gostei.

Meu cobertor sumiu da cama e tive que reclamar 2 dias ate receber de volta acharam na hora que ia sair, mto chato. O pessoal da recepção nunca sabe nda, no meu quarto tiha outra moça com problemas com coisas que tinha sumido tbm.

Awful, noisy frat house

Awful, awful, awful place. paid for 4 nights, left after 2 to find somewhere more tolerable. It's basically a big frat house. Loud music and noise from the bar until after 11 pm, people yelling, coming and going and banging doors at all hours. Bed was too short for me to lie straight (I'm 1.83m so hardly a giant). Even with the window open the room was red hot. The window had no curtain and overlooked a corridor with lights on all night bright enough to read a book by. There were only 2 bathrooms for the entire floor section of who knows how many beds/rooms. Having to wait 30 mins to shower before bed is ridiculous. Maybe recommended if you're 20 and your idea of fun is drinking in a college dorm until 11 pm while you get ready to go out drinking. If you'd rather be asleep by midnight to enjoy the daylight hours in the really cool city of Santiago, look elsewhere.

Staff were nice and helpful when I checked in. WiFi was fast. Fridges and kitchen available for guests.

Prima hostel voor de stad Santiago met leuke activiteiten en binnenplaats.

De ruime patio, ontbijt optie en ligging. Makkelijk om nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten en ze organiseren ook veel activiteiten. Desondanks geen last gehad van overlast van geluid oid.

Ontbijt was wat karig en de laatste dag hadden ze de helft niet meer. Echter was het ook heel goedkoop dus kun je ook niet echt klagen.

Pessoal animado, simpáticos, solícitos

Alguns armários dos quartos não tinham como colocar cadeados, a porta do quarto não tinha chave o que faz que com nós mulheres nos sentíamos inseguras. Os banheiros nem sempre estavam limpos, o ralo do banheiro não possuíam um tampo, ficando aberto e exalando mal cheiro.

Good location and value for money

Location was good and staff were very helpful! They had events on so it seemed like it would have been easy to meet people had we not been too tired to socialize.

Check in was a bit hectic with them have our reservation info wrong (price and room type - so make sure you know what you booked!), but they got it sorted out with some room shuffling. Our window faced over the bar so it was noisy but nothing ear plugs couldn't solve and to be expected with a social hostel. Our towels had a lot of stains on them so I recommend using your own.

Bed sheets were dirty and the towels too. The shower's hot water handle was broken as well as the wc handle (it got stuck with the water still running). They don't sell or provide water inside. I booked a room for us$ 46 and i ended up paying us$55. There's far away better options in santiago.

Great staff and ambience. Highly recommend for solo travellers and groups of friends.

Staff is great and very helpful. They do different activities every day and invite everyone in the hostel to be part of them. Karaoke night was really fun.

In general everything was great, but it is a pretty old building so rooms can be a bit cold during winter. I'm a cold person, but if you are a walking heater, you will be just fine.

Great hostel

It's a really nice hostel in the middle of Santiago. The location is amazing and I really loved that I got an electronic key card to open my room. It made me feel very safe! The staff speaks English and is very nice too. Especially one of the volunteers, Adrian, was super friendly and gave me great tips on some trips I wanted to go on and in general tips on how to safely get around the city. Definitely a good hostel to stay at when exploring Santiago for a bit.
