Muy grata

Lugar cómodo, por el precio es muy buena la atención y la habitación. Lo bueno que está cerca de muchos lugares de entretención, barrio tranquilo, seguro sin duda volveremos.

Que las toallas no estén en las habitaciones, ya que cuando vas de pasada no andas trayendo esas cosas.

La ubicación

Estuvimos 4 noches , nunca nos ofrecieron cambiar las toallas y toallones, el baño no se lavaba diariamente . De noche todo oscuro ,si alguien se le ocurría ,encendía las luces , y poco control ,la gente se quedaba en el jardín conversando hasta tarde y dificultaba el buen descanso . El empleado me culpó sin razón de haber tapado la cañería de la Cocina solo porque me vio tomando mate ,pero bueno , en algunos lugares tratan mejor a los huéspedes .

Gostei da localização e do quarto.

O café da manhã não é bom. Serve para quebrar um galho antes de sair. Sem frutas e suco industrializado.

Buena ubicación y jabón en el baño. Cama cómoda.

El baño está en la planta de abajo (esto no aparecía en la información) y no se podía usar el WC. Tuve que esperar a más de las 14h para que me entregaran la habitación, y la chica seguía limpiando y preparando otras habitaciones, por lo que había bastante ruido (y creo que es mucho trabajo para una persona sola). Se oye todo a través de la puerta y las escaleras. La puerta no es opaca, tiene un cristal y entra toda la luz. Hay un cartel de que el desayuno comienza a las 7h, pero eran las 8:30 h y allí aún no había nadie, incluso hubo una familia que se tuvo que ir sin desayunar porque ni siquiera respondían al teléfono. Nosotros finalmente pudimos desayunar casi a las 9h. No tiene buena relación calidad-precio.

El bullicio de las personas que trabajaban allí. Todo el día no hablaban gritaban.nunca había nadie en recepción.

Would recommend!

Very nice bed and a lot of options for bed covers, great location, easy check-in/check-out, great with your own bathroom, very clean, very good WiFi, close to metro

The reception staff was not always present, no functioning AC

Incómodo

Primer día habían niños, hubo ruido durante toda la noche, se escucha todo desde la habitación. El baño era exterior “privado” sin embargo, igual era ocupado por otras personas porque quedaba abierto. El informativo decía que el desayuno era a las 7:00 am, pero cuando pregunté me respondieron “eso es antiguo el horario es a las 8:00”

The reservation system in this place is a mess

They cancelled my reservation three hours before check in, so I had to look for another place in a rush. If you are going to reserve here, better have an alternative option just in case.

Pleasant

Well located, heated, towels are provided.

Rooms have glass doors so it gets noisy quickly and the lights from the stairs woke me up few times. Kitchen could be cleaner (fridge smells)

Pleasant

The room and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was adequately clean.

The kitchen was not well kept at all. We found maggots crawling on the table top and floor on two separate occasions. Everything we touched was greasy. We had to try our hardest to disinfect everything before we used it. There was no eating cutlery that we could find. While at a glance our room floors seemed fine, we soon realized it was pretty dirty. A few barefooted steps later left our feet pitch black.

Lovely patio, close to shops and restaurants and public transit. Safe and clean with wonderful, helpful staff. Nice kitchen and breakfast.

This hostel is Věry clean, with good vibes.

I liked how cleaned it was the spáče of the rooms And the art nouveau furniture, breakfast is healthy And it is located near a metro station ehich makes moře easy to move through Santiago, the staff is Věry gentle And have positive vibes.

Fabulous

Great and helpful staff. Good location. Very safe and reasonably close to metro so easy to get around. Very hot shower, great water pressure

Very nice stay in Santiago

Excelent location in calm neighborhood. It is possible to find restaurants around and easy to walk to the city center, Bella vista or la estarria neighborhood (which are the more crowded areas with nightlife, restaurants, etc). Netflix was definitely a plus for times when some rest was needed. Breakfast was okay: bread, cheese, ham, cereals, coffee, juice, fruit... And eggs (if you are willing to cook them).

You may have to ask to staff to refill the breakfast if you are not one of the first... The stairways make some noise to rooms in the first floor.
