Aconchego inigualável e uma localização excelente que facilitou explorar a cidade.

O Hotel conta com uma ampla cozinha, equipada. Utilizamos uma unica vez, e adoramos. Todo ambiente compartilhado é muito charmoso e bem cuidado. Adoramos o quarto, confortável e o ar condicionado ajudou muito no quesito frio, utilizamos a opção "Aquecer". A localização do Hotel é excelente, proximo a duas linhas de metrô, e dos melhores restaurantes da cidade. (Bairro Bella Vista, Lastarria e o próprio Providência) Pesquisei muito sobre a localização antes de reservar o hotel, principalmente no quesito segurança e acessibilidade, e minhas expectatvas foram totalmente atendidas. O atendimento de todos do hotel foi exepicional, certamente iremos voltar.

Nada que inviabilize a estafia, mas talvez melhorar o esgotamento do ralo do banheiro, pois durante o banho forma uma "piscina" no box, devido baixa eficiência de vazão do ralo.

Gostei bastante

O quarto era bem confortavel e grande. A cama também era extremamente grande, com lencois de otima qualidade e travesseiros excelentes. O atendimento da recepcionista que nos atendeu foi expecional, super paciente e atenciosa. A agua do chuveiro esquentava bastante e de forma rapida.

O banheiro estava com a privada suja, não sei se era mancha ou se nao foi bem lavado (mas achei bem nojento). O quarto em si era bastante grande e aconhegante mas tinham alguns pontos que precisam de manutenção, pois estavam com infiltração nas paredes.

Totalmente satisfeito e recomendo

Ambiente tranquilo, aconchegante e muito bonito, excelente acomodação, quarto bem organizado e sempre limpo, oferece todo conforto necessários, vista maravilhosa para cordilheira.

Chuveiro 5 minutos para esquentar devido ao sistema de aquecimento de água, porém quando esquenta é muito confortável.

Excellent Value with some adjustments

The location was excellent. The value for the room was something that I couldn't ask more for. In addition, the staff were excellent and willing to accommodate our travel and requests.

The bathroom being external (still private) was something to get used to. It wasn't anything that was particularly negative; just something that required a little bit of an adjustment. Also, be aware that guests need to ring the bell to be let into the hotel; this also applies to post-check in and you do not carry the key with you.

Mito un lugar con encanto SIN desayuno!!

El lugar esta bien , es bonito tiene un encanto especial , la calidad de la cama super buena, NO HAY DESAYUNO , pero si hay espacio comodo para llevar comida,, una cocina, un refrigerador funciona, el personal muy amable.

Creo que es un lugar que le falta algunos detalles, por ejemplo nosotros en una habitacion con baño externo, deberia haber una bata para salir de la habitacion, se escuchan los ruidos de otras habitaciones poca intimidad. El personal deberia tener mas conocimiento de los alrededores para indicar donde comprar comidas por ejemplo,

The place is closer to the main square and Museum of Bellas Artes. We could walk to have some tours and there is a rooftop with a nice view.

Our room was closer to the rooftop. It seems like they do not limit the access to there during overnight and because of this, my friends and I didn't sleep well. It was too noisy.

Great location, great staff and terrific value

Lots of good things about Mito Casa. The location is great - close to everything... but not too close. We stayed in one of the back rooms overlooking the courtyard where there was no street noise and a good breeze. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived very early our first day and were able to get to our room right away. We were, of course, fortunate that the room had not been occupied the night before, but it was extremely generous to be allowed in so early. Spent several days in another city before coming back to Santiago and Mito Casa and were able to leave our large suitcases while we were away. Lots of other small helpful things as well. All in all, very good and a great value.

This is not a super fancy hotel and is a bit worn (it is very clean though), which, given all of the good things I wrote about above, was absolutely fine with us. There was no breakfast when we were there (we didn't expect there to be). Not really a problem though as there are plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance.

Very pleasant and comfy hotel near multiple city's busy areas, great value for money.

Everything was perfect. Receptionist was very kind polyglot, who answered all of our questions. Despite of staying just for single night, everything went as expected. Hotel is situated in an old house located right near the metro station in the heart of city.

Nothing particular. Private bathroom was not connected to the room, but it was still private - every room has its own.

Best place to stay in Santiago!

I am so glad I chose this hotel! Super location, simply walk a short way west for Downtown, north for Bella Vista, east for Costanera, and south for Barrio Italia - this hotel is right in the middle of the action. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable, I had access to a kitchen, there was a cosy lounge area, and the staff were all amazing. It may not look like much from outside, but this is a great hotel and amazing value.

The staff were very friendly. 24 hr reception. I was upgraded to a larger and more quiet room after the host realized I was staying alone. Huge bed and great shower pressure.

I wish there was a small breakfast or complimentary coffee. That being said the value and price are very good.

The hotel's location in Baquedano is very convenient, next to a subway station and close to the Barrios Bellavista and Italia. I really enjoyed the decorative style, quite old-fashion. This gives a very unique vibe to the hotel. The staff is nice and very helpful. The bed is very comfortable.

The rooms floor is old and creaks A LOT! Earplugs mandatory if you don't want to be awaken by your neighbors coming back at 2am...

Unique experience and great staff! Hope to come back

It was a great stay at the hotel! The room is very pretty and the decoration is different and interesting. The location is perfect because it is close to the metro statition and to many restraunts and bars. It is easy to get from the airport too and to all touristic sites. The staff was outstanding, being polite, and gentle. They have helped us with everything we needed and even with an issue that we had with our luggage (and we are very greatful). I totally recomend the hotel. The bed is huge and very comfortable, I slept very well. The bathroom is comfortable as well. Unique experience.
