Très confortable et proche des transport en commun

La chambre était vraiment bien, le lit était très confortable, généralement je suis sensible au confort du lit, dans cet hôtel le lit était parfait Il y aussi un arrêt de trame juste à coté, parfait pour pouvoir se rendre dans le centre ville de Bordeaux

À 200e la nuit, je trouve le rapport qualité prix très mauvais.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel

Le manque d'équipements dans la chambre notamment une brouillard. Dans d'autres établissements Ibis il y a le nécessaire pour du café ou du thé d'accueil dans la chambre.

Je conseil cette hôtel vivement !

Accueil sympa. Parking gratuit fermé. On peut dîner sur place. Hôtel bien situé. Tout était parfait !

Ravie de mon sejour

La première chose qui me vient c'est l accueil du personnel tout au long du séjour ce fut fort agréable... la 2 ème la propreté de la chambre merci au femme de chambre ... Et pour finir l emplacement de l'hôtel qui est extra et la taille des chambres qui n'est pas négligeable.

Il manque peut être juste une bouilloire dans les chambre et le gel douche et le savon qui me paraît être placé trop haut pour moi .

Séjour très agréable

Agréable séjour dans l'hôtel Ibis Bordeaux Lac, qui bénéficie d'une très bonne situation géographique. Le personnel souriant, disponible et à l'écoute des besoins des clients. Le petit déjeuné est magique, un régale avec du choix. Les chambres sont spacieuse et lumineuse doté d'une literie confortable. Séjour très sympa, merci

nice staff - hotel not worth the price paid

close to tram and concert location

the room did not look like that advertised on the website. The room wasn’t just basic it was like student accommodation or a hostel and was very tired. the room smelled of bad drains and although staff tried to fix it the improvement lasted for about 10 mins.

Location was good for a stop over on the way to Portugal we had 2 dogs with us nice outside terrace to sit and have a drink restaurant was good also places to eat around and good for motorway

The toilet in the bedroom was far too low down. I had to take the chair from the room to help pull up on. The lowest toilet I have ever seen in a hotel. No good for anyone with joint problems.

Quiet location, on tramline 30 mins into centre for only 1.70e. Lake across the road, quiet and relaxing to sit

Fine location as close to tram to centre, secure parking and pleasant staff. Hotel has exposed work all over internal corridors so maybe renovation but looks messy and old and unfinished. Nice staff. Didn’t eat breakfast.

The hotel is not centrally located, but it is in a quiet area. Access to the center is easy, about 20-25 minutes by tram. The hotel parking is safe

Good stopover for the night

Convenient location for travelling to and from Spain. Loved that it is dog friendly even in the restaurant so we could have breakfast before leaving. Comfortable and clean. Also thought the hotel cat was very cute!

room okay but basic

the breakfast has gone backwards we have stopped here four times before and the breakfast is now very basic and no hot food or choice anymore,,,service is poor one guy kept going outside for a cigarette then coming back in to be only one on the bar and doing reception
