Excelente. Completamente recomendable.

Excelente, muy buena ubicación, estupenda disposición del personal, muy adecuado para nuestra hija en silla de ruedas, muy cómodo. Repetiría sin duda. Lo recomiendo 100%. Quedamos encantados.

Hôtel rénové et silencieux !

Hôtel rénové et silencieux, malgré son emplacement central. Pour notre soirée, la réceptionniste nous a recommandé le bassin des lumières, à la base sous-marine. Avec nos enfants, nous avons adoré ce spectacle, merci !

Great location, helpful and friendly staff

Hotel staff were really helpful. I was late booking in due to flight delays, they were friendly and welcoming they checked me in quickly and gave all the relevant information

The room was a little stuffy, turned the air conditioning on however the following day housekeeping turned it off

excellent location, front desk staff, sound proofed quietness

- fantastic location, around the corner from The historic center of Bordeaux, the river promenade, a park with an incredible fountain - great front reception desk staff, friendly and efficient. they were on the spot with a hello everytime we came back in the middle of the night - small refrigerator in room - great sound noise insulation : quiet - fantastic shower; very good water pressure and hot - heated towel rack !!

- one of the cleaning ladies was very angry at me for taking a small tube of shampoo from her cart . we didn't have enough i i didn't know how to say "i need shampoo" in French. I pointed to the tube , pointed to my hair and she didn't understand. So I picked it up and said merci. I don't know if the hotel counts each little tube and holds her accountable , but that's the way she reacted , like i touched her hair.

We had a lovely short stay and would thoroughly recommend Hotel Majestic. The staff were great and really helpful. The location is also excellent - easy access to all of the key attractions of Bordeaux ; the tram interchange is less than 100 m away.

Excellent spot in a beautiful city

Great location in the heart of the city and near the tram so easy to get around. Perfect spot for a city break. Staff nice & friendly.

- Size of the room - Good breakfast

- The bathtub inside the bathroom - Carpets inside the room - Single bed inside the room that was booked for a couple. We could have more space inside the room of the hotel had removed this single bed

The location is excellent

The room (which is a suite known as “the apartment”) did not have a shower, only an extra-large bath. I found that all the pillows provided were very hard and I asked for a softer one but the hotel was unable to oblige. Although the quality of the breakfast was good the service was not. On both days the coffee was served lukewarm. It was also annoying to be given only one plate on which to eat fruit, bread, eggs etc but there was never any member of staff available to ask for another.
