carino,zona sicura vicino al centro

la casa all'inizio non era pulitissima ma appena abbiamo chiesto subito hanno rimediato inoltre Sono sempre stati super disponibile quando richiedevamo qualcosa (parta igenica,detersivi,pastiglie per la lavastoviglie/lavatrice,ventilatore)

poteva essere leggermente piú pulita e con qualche utensile da cucina in piú (forbici da cucina) e una sedia alta uguale alle altre.

Świetnie spędzony czas .

Podobała mi się dobre zlokalizowanie apartamentu w stosunku do centrum . Okolica była bezpieczna oraz nie było żadnych kłopotów związanych z rejestracją. Wnioskując apartament spełniał wszyskie wymogi przeciętnej osoby .

Bra läge med promenadavstånd till stan. Trevlig lägenhet med bekvämligheter såsom tvättmaskin.

Vi upplevde att vårt badrum, om än städat, stundtals luktade illa utan uppenbar anledning.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor ene paar dagen Praag

Heel stijlvol gebouw en appartement, ruim, goede bedden, dichtbij een park waar je een prachtig uitzicht over Praag hebt. Tramhalte, supermarkt, andere winkels en restaurants dichtbij

Ons appartement lag aan de voorkant van het gebouw, bij de in- en uitgang van een drukke tunnel. Als je de ramen opendeed was er erg veel verkeerslawaai. Verder vonden wij de keukenuitrusting wat matig.

Komfortowy obiekt w Pradze, chętnie tu wrócę z paczką znajomych.

Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem, działał proaktywnie, nie było żadnych problemów z odebraniem kluczy. Wysłał jasne instrukcje dot. wejścia, kodu, itd. Obiekt duży, przestronny, winda ułatwia transport bagażu. Wewnątrz dobrze wyciszony. Właściciel wyrozumiały, poszedł mi na rękę (choć nie musiał).

Poměr cena/kvalita a celkový dojem výborný

Oceňuji "bezkontaktní" předání klíčů, obzvlášť v situaci, kdy jsme nevěděli, v kolik přesně dorazíme. Celkový dojem z ubytování byl rozhodně pozitivní. Čas strávený v ubytování jsme si užili a lokalita je za nás skvělá. Ani ruch ze silnice nevadil. Velký plus za zatemňovací závěsy.

Telewizor z netflixem, zmywarka, pralka z kostką do prania 😊

Bardzo brudna podłoga oraz skrzypiące łóżko w salonie. Słychać również bardzo odgłosy z zewnątrz.

Ottimo in termini di qualità / prezzo: consigliato

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro sia in tram che a piedi. Appartamento molto capiente e vicino ad un parco pubblico (eravamo con due cani)

Letto un po’ duro. Management non molto reattivo.

RILASSANTE LOCATON IN RILASSANTE CAPITALE

Vicinissimo al parco Letna a 20 minuti dal Castello di Praga e in un clima estremamente rilassato l'appartamento al primo piano di un bel palazzo d'epoca, vicino a supermercati e vari esercizi commerciali. Comodo anche per il centro, essendo subito all'uscita di una galleria che passa vicino al ponte Carlo.

L'ultima notte per qualche motivo che non so, una ragazza con valigia e carrozzina si è accampata di fronte alla nostra porta, non ho chiesto nulla per rispetto della sua situazione. Scendendo poi verso le 6 del mattino ho visto un andirivieni di probabilissime prostitute: non sono particolarmente bacchettone, ma avendo la famiglia con ragazze giovani, avrei evitato! :-)

Świetne miejsce! Polecam dla grupy przyjaciół.

Zameldowanie bezkontaktowe. W środku ciepło. Apartament dla 4 osób był ładny, gustownie urządzony, nowoczesny, posiadał oddzielną sypialnie, dodatkowe dwuosobowe łóżko zlokalizowane w salonie oraz niezależną sofę. Wszystko przygotowane łącznie z ręcznikami. W kuchni kieliszki do wina. Garnki, sztućce oraz dużo kubków i szklanek. Piekarnik, duża lodówka, zmywarka i kostki do zmywania. TV z dostępem do Youtube i Netflixa. Dobre WiFi. Gorąca woda pod prysznicem przez cały czas. Dostępny zel pod prysznic oraz balsam do ciała! Wejście do kamienicy otwarte cały czas. Obiekt leży blisko przystanku tramwajowego, supermarketu i jeszcze bliżej parku Letna skąd można podziwiać piękne wschody słońca nad miastem dosłownie parę minut od mieszkania. Chętnie wrócili byśmy tam!

Baaardzo skrzypiące dodatkowe łóżko, zepsuty pilot do TV, tylko 2 kieliszki do wina, zabrakło nam papieru toaletowego, brak ręczników papierowych, tylko 1 klucz do pokoju, ale traktujemy to wszystko jako przygodę, a nie wadę.

Bien ubicado para una pareja

Ubicación está al frente de un parque ideal para caminar. Conecta rápidamente con varios puntos turísticos.

Cómodo para 2, incómodo para 3, sofá cama viejo y manchado, suena con cualquier movimiento. En cuatro días nunca fue posible cambiar toallas.

Mooi appartement, echter gehorig en niet goed onderhouden!

Het appartementen complex is mooi van binnen, de appartementen zelf zijn ruim en hoog. De ligging van het appartement is in een minder toeristische buurt met leuke restaurants en winkels, vlakbij het Letna park.

Wij vonden het stoffig in de huiskamer, meubels stoffig, bank zag er smoezelig uit, het rook muf, vloer niet schoon en de badkamer ook niet schoon, met name de natte cel. Als je de ramen open deed kwam er veel geluid binnen van auto's die de tunnel in reden, een enorme herrie. Met de ramen gesloten was het geluid een stuk minder. Het was warm gedurende ons verblijf, die airco die er stond was niet toereikend.

Low value for money

Generally the place is OK, but i would say its current rating does not reflects its true value, should be lower rating to my opinion Owner was nice, and helped us when rain came through the windows on one of the beds

Clean - floor was not too clean, and kitchen facilities and pots were even a bit dirty parking is not free, but you need to pay extra to external parking lot overall looking is a bit gloomy, a little decoration would have done wonders If its rating would have been 8 or less, i can expect all that, but for a 8.5 it just doesn't justify the price

Disappointing

The location and the price were good

The wifi wasn’t working, there wasn’t even toilet paper and towels, we had to write to the host for these things and he brought us just 2 papers and 2 towels for 6 people. The shower door was broken. The dishwasher was full of dishes probably from someone who stayed there before us. And it also cozld have been cleaner, especialy the floor. And the sofa beds were really noisy.

Short stay at Letna park: great appartment

Great and friendly host: easy and pro-active contact. Location was great - close to Letna park. Really great place. Nice and clean rooms. Bathroom had a well equipped shower - also big clean towels.

Parking location is not immediately near, but a short walk.

Short stay, practical place.

The flat was spacious and comfortable, it is in a central location which makes it easy to get to the tourist sites. Arriving and finding the keys was easy.

The flat has no parking and you have to look for a public one, sometimes it is a bit far away. The cleanliness of the flat is superficial, we found shoes under a sofa and dirty dishes still in the dishwasher.

Size of the apartment, good location outside main tourist area with some good restaurants nearby, good facilities- fridge, washing machine, dishwasher etc, friendly and helpful hosts, good communication.

Air conditioning would improve the comfort of the room we were in, but understand this may not be feasible. The apartment was noisy as was next to a motor tunnel, and we were woken regularly due to traffic or people talking outside during the night - this would not be an issue in colder months as the windows would be closed.

Great location, plenty of space

Kitchen could do with a few more items, like a baking tray. and some more pots and pans as well as cereal bowls. Hard for 4 of us to sit and eat together.
