You will not believe this apartment is located in Shinjuku. It’s on a quiet street, with barely any traffic. Yet it’s so

Spacious, bright, modern. Right next to a Lawson (very convenient). The owner provided feet-soothing patches (very kind). Thoughtful amenities included toothbrushes, toothpaste and hair dryer. Powerful water pressure in the shower. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. All electrical outlets were compatible with our iPhones (wonderful)! Great location near convenient breakfast place (Matsuia) and 2 metro lines.

Wish we had a few extra pillows.

とても綺麗で、設備もよく快適で過ごしやすかった。アメニティも豊富で助かった。近くにコンビニや飲食店があるのもいい点だった。

山手線で移動してから、都営新宿線に乗り換えるのが少し大変だった。

가족여행은 무조건 여기입니다.

역에서 찾기가 조금 어려웠지만 숙소들어오자마자 느낌이 좋았고, 침대별로 전기매트가 틀어져있어 사장님의 배려심에 감동받았습니다. 가족 숙소로 최적, 지하철 이용하는데도 최적인 동네입니다.

도어락이 잘닫히지않아 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외 모든건 아주 만족합니다.

Quality didn’t match the cost

It was a good large room

The fold out 5th bed was extremely uncomfortable with a joint in the middle that just dug into your back all night , the road outside was very nosiy, busy with sirens all night and the cost was fairly high for what you got compared to other accommodations in the area.

Enjoyable stay for my family of 4

Location wise was good n convenient as it was near 2 subway stations. Instructions given on how to get from Akebonobashi station to apartment was clear and easy. Host was very prompt in replying to my queries and requests which was very much appreciated.

Apartment was a bit smaller than expected but cosy enough with adequate amenities. Could do with a few more hooks for hanging towels and clothes and an actual iron instead of a steamer

Picture of room not as shown on booking.com. Unfortunately did not meet my expectations and I left

Language barrier made it difficult for me to understand the code situation.

As soon as I arrived the place was not what I expected. Dirty entry way and lift - can only manage 2 people at a time. The place was small and not like what the picture on Booking.com showed. It was so noisy and you could hear ambulances all night. I was against a window (in the double bed) which was drafty and could feel the breeze from outside. Emailled property manager for money back and no response. Booking.com make it difficult to get any refund from them!!

Comfortable for a few nights

The room was spacious and had a good kitchen with full sink, mini fridge, and dining table. Walk in robe was a good addition. It isn't very far from the metro line so easy to get around.

The internal doors and cupboards were stiff and need maintenance. No sound dampening on the windows so there was lots of traffic noise. The property didn't match the listed photo so it didn't match my expectation.

Buena ubicación y tenía un súper abajo del edificio (muy conveniente) así como una estación de metro cerca. Lugar tranquilo para dormir.

El estado de ciertos muebles (manchados, un poco deteriorados). Había una mesita con 3 patas (le hacía falta 1 para y se nos regó la comida por eso).

Really the right accommodation for a good value for money base to explore Tokyo.

Well prepared - friendly host and great location to explore Tokyo from. Good value for money with 5 people family and great to have a washing machine as well.

Much needed A/C is quite loud.

Most of things were good but just one thing. The location is close to the Akebonobashi station but you need to walk 10-15mins if you have a stroller. Or you have to carry and take stairs. We were with 1kid and 1baby and having stroller so had to take the long way around.

Reasonable for the price, but you may prefer to spend a little more, and get a little more.

Akebonobashi Station is very convenient for Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. We were able to take the portable wi fi with us when we went out, which was very convenient. Reasonable for the price.

The owner does not speak English very well, so we had a couple of instances of miscommunication. The entry procedure when you first arrive is very long and complicated - especially if you are arriving after a long trip. The instructions for how to use the combination lock on our room door were incomplete. The cooking/dining facilities were very limited. There was insufficient cutlery, and no dining table. We had to go out for breakfast. The waste bins are in the room, and started to smell after a few days. The mosquito mesh over the window in the toilet was torn, so we got a lot of mosquito bites.

everything was perfect! tout etait parfait. la chambre est vraiment grande. room is big. we were a family of four and we have lots of space (good with teenagers…) the place was quiet and clean. there is two metro stations near. the beds were confortable. i would recommand this place.

Great apartment for rent in Tokyo

The apartment was clean, efficiënt and all worked (except for one air-conditioner). You can walk to shops, bars and restaurants, neighborhood is really nice and close to metro of needed.

One Aircon didn't work and was being repaired. Registration process was a but tedious, but once completed all good (do it before you arrive)

There is washing machine and fridge included. Located close to 曙橋 station. CP value is good.

Wi-Fi is not likely to be connected to the internet. Toilet looks a bit old. It’s located next to the fire station, alarm were heard in the midnight.

One of the best apartment we ever rent in Tokyo!

The property was as described on the booking.com Location was good, 400 meters to Akebonobashi Station. The property was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. Perfect for family of 5 or 6.

difficult for 4 people to stay . the small inside room was not possible to use . noise of traffic very high. the window cannot be covered fully so plenty of sunlight in the early morning. not enough utensils for food preparation for 4 people.

Budget Stay

There were heated blankets, Smart TV, washer, fridge wad sticked with bottled water and black coffee and clothes drying rack

The host was rude and unclear about luggage storage and unresponsive at times. We spoke for 3 days prior to my checkin date but the issue was still unresolved. Even after I relayed the message and tried to confirm it, the host argued and said that I’m repeating my questions and was not helpful in answering it. The area is near a train station but the station doesn’t have any elevators/ escalators so luggages were difficult to bring in and out. The room was dirty, there were molds and dusts around the room. The toilet and showers were separated and far from each other and there was no bidet. Soap dispenser smells like cockroach, the shampoo & conditioner dispenser were empty. And on our second night, there was a cockroach who visited the room. We got the top floor, level 7c where rubbish were stored so as soon as you walk out of the door, there’s a cockroach smell coming from that area.

Great!

The room was very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The electronic check-in was efficient. It is well situated with restaurants and metro stations nearby.I would definitely stay here again :)

Just be aware that there is no front desk, so if you have a problem it is a bit difficult to get assistance.
