Let down somewhat by an unresponsive property manager

Location is fantastic-right in the city centre The flat is spacious, has all the needed appliances in the kitchen and air conditioning, clearly when it was first rented out would have been indeed fabulous.

Unfortunately the flat feels a little unloved now: One of the toilets did not flush properly, which judging by discussion with the manager Andre and previous reviews, is a know issue but it was not resolved when reported. Instead we were being asked to send videos and a suggested solution was to bang on a wall. We were a party of 4 booked, and the only working toilet was the en-suite. There was a bit more wear and tear than the pictures suggest. Separately, the property does not have a parking space (which is consistent with the description) but the recommend nearby parking is very expensive - cost us €70 for 2 days.

Exceptional service, unbeatable location, and pure Bliss! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional apartment in the heart of Porto. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and thoughtful André, the host is. Having traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that no other apartment I've stayed in has offered such a generous and convenient amenity, also in providing beverages and a few things to eat. It's the little things that make a big difference, and their dedication to providing exceptional service. From personalized recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to promptly addressing any inquiries, their warm and genuine hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. This apartment couldn't be more perfectly situated. Nestled in the heart of Porto, it offered easy access to all the major sights and attractions. The proximity to public transportation made it incredibly convenient to explore beyond the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself—a true gem. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately struck by its unique and stylish design. Every inch of the space was thoughtfully curated, blending modern elements with traditional Portuguese charm. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. It was evident that the management took great pride in providing a clean and hygienic space for the guests. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay, knowing that every effort had been made to ensure a sanitary environment. In conclusion, my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. The exceptional guest service, unbeatable location, and captivating atmosphere created an experience that exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend this place highly enough to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable stay in Porto.

Great location for staying in old town Porto

Nice clean and well laid out apartment . Two blocks from restaurants and grocery store. Our host Nuria was very helpful and took extra time to help locate sites and restaurants in Porto

wonderful Porto stay.

heated floors were wonderful. This was a really great little apartment in a perfect location. Andre was very prompt and helpful.

The main bathroom had a loose seat, and the shower was a little strange.

Perfectly located, large and comfortable apartment.

We were promptly met at the property for entry, given lots of tips on area sightseeing and even had a river boat tour organized for us.

Excellent location. Walking distance to explore Porto on foot. Close to many restaurants, cafes, stores and attractions.

The bathrooms need some TLC, towels could be better, washing machine is great to have but had trouble getting it to work- was showing error code within 5 minutes of putting on. Beware if you come by car, underground parking next door is very costly and street parking is hard to come by.

Very comfortable and attractive.

This is an exceptional property. The location is perfect in the city center. The staff was helpful and arranged some events for us. It is just as pictured in their posting .. spacious and completely equipped.

Bright and cozy apartment in the center of Porto.

The apartment is full of light and very cozy and it is big. The location is just perfect: in the middle of everything and yet at not next to the loud streets. We love the separate laundry room and specially the big windows.Bri

Very good and spacious apartment, well fitted out in a great location.

We were met outside the apartment by Sara who was a mine of really useful information. Very spacious, light apartment, with excellent living area and a full, good sized kitchen in excellent location. Great bathroom and second shower room. Lift was a real bonus. Utility area with good washing machine and drying space. Easy access to metro station, shops and cafes and other amenities. Room size and layout excellent. Communications and support from our host was good, a minor boiler situation was resolved promptly and all in all we loved the apartment.

These are minor niggles - a small saucepan for boiling eggs and some egg cups would have been good. Limited kitchen knives - a decent sharp cooks knife or two would have been good. Great kitchen but slightly random equipment and crockery. 4 slice toaster would have been good. A bit more information in the folder provided, i.e. nearest bakery, supermarket etc. Pillows and mattresses could have been a bit better.
