Ідеальне розташування в самому центрі міста. Є велика тераса, з повною панорамою.

В цілому планування квартири погане: розетки, шафи, меблі некомфортно розташовані. Багато елементів інтерʼєру виявились пошкодженими (хоча на перший погляд здавалось все чудово). На терасі меблі брудні від погодних умов. Ліжко на 2-му поверсі пристосовано лише щоб «поспати», це не повноцінна кімната, там дуже тісно. Міський податок попросили залишити готівкою під час виїзду, теж трохи незручно, бо в інших помешканнях це питання закривалось зразу, під час бронювання, грошовим переказом.

Great stay. Do your research first!

Management have utilized the space brilliantly and our kid loved sleeping in ‘the pod’. The terrace is gorgeous and I can imagine it’s a great place to spend summer evenings after a day of sightseeing.

It feels a bit neglected (broken cups not being replaced, grubby walls need a paint) but for the price I can’t really complain. What I do want to mention is the unassuming cafe on the ground floor (Best Space Lounge Bar) had an enormous 13hr techno party that ended at approx 11am and the bass made the entire building shake throughout the night… even staying on the 4th floor, the windows were shuddering. The door bell also rang frequently throughout the night because people from the party were hanging out outside the building door (and, I guess, leaving in the door bell). while we were there over NYE, quick research suggests these events happen relatively regularly so if you value a good night’s sleep, I recommend checking Best Space Lounge’s instagram to make sure there is no party planned around that time. It’s a real pity because we would 100% stay there again but it really left a sour taste in our mouth.

Superb

the apartment is in a great location in the city center but in a quiet area, and it has a wonderful terrace with a great view. the aparment is comfortable for 4. To be noted that it does not elevator so you need to have good legs to go on a wonderful wooden staircase up to the 4th floor.

The air conditioning is a bit noisy from time to time. nothing major but it needs some fixing.

Good, but I would not come back to this stay.

Very good location, nice view from the rooftop, good beds and bathroom.

Air conditioner was not working properly, and the owner was not aware, lack of plugs, too small to afford having 2 big beds and therefore allowing up to 04 persons. 02 persons is the maximum it could have.

Fantastic apartment with rooftop terrace. Great host and would love to stay again.

Fantastic apartment which is superbly furnished. Great location and host, great rooftop terrace to sit and have a drink and admire the views across the river. Great communication with the host via WhatsApp. This is a seriously great place to stay for location, price and the apartment has everything you need. We would not hesitate to stay here agin.

The only part of our weekend we did not like was leaving - we could happily of stayed a few more nights.

Exceptional

Comfortable apartment for family 2 plus 1. Great location. Plenty coffee shops, bakeries, taverns around. Close to public transport. Tram 18 stop in area , running to praya dos ingleses. A lots of attractions in walking distance. Nice family run shops with clothes,shoes. Apartment is well equipped. Terrace is amazing. We were there between 1 and 4 may . Nice weather, breakfasts and evening glass of wine on terrace with scenic view on the city it's great experience. Beds big and comfortable. You can here noise from street but think if you stay in city centre where is night life it's normal in any city. Doesn't bother us.We slept well. Bathroom very clean. I recommend for people who like main attraction in close distance.

Location: Absolutely fantastic! Roof terrace, stunning for sunrise & Sunset. Apartment had lots of character.

The towels were very marked with stains /make up. Hairs on the bed on arrival. limited cutlery, only one tea spoon.

Very good

This is a place with a fantastic potential. Centrally located, just a walking distance from the Old Town, many buses stop nearby, quite a lot of restaurants... A roof terrace with a nice view over the Douro. The appartment layout is interesting, with one sleeping compartment placed into an entresol with a window into the main sitting arrea - our son went crazy of the prospective to sleep there... Besides, the host was kind enough to accept our arrival one hour early, which was so nice...

Despite of all my elogies, it should be noted that the appartment is quite underinvested. Some structures are flimsy, you are always afraid of breaking a door, or a window. There is an overall impression of wearedness. The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. With a little investment it could become a 10/10 property, but now it is what it is. It should be noted that it is located at the third floor without a lift. Just be aware of it.

Room with a view.

The roof terrace was huge with fabulous views over the city. The location was super convenient and lots of great places to eat only a few minutes walk away. Excellent shower. Lovely main bedroom and comfortable bed. Stylish furnishings.

The upstairs sleeping platform had limited head room and no storage space.

Lovely short break in Porto from Scotland. 2 adults & 1 young adult. Muito Obrigado!

Superb Location. Sun Terrace great to relax in. Lovely Views. The building has a lovely traditional character. Easy and friendly communications via WhatsApp and allowing access building before check-in to drop off bags which was really appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Nothing major, perhaps could do with some more glasses(wine)..no bottle opener/corkscrew when we were there but bought one and left it..so hopefully still there for future guests! Also lighting on terrace didn’t work so if you fancy an evening drink on the terrace after sunset you may need a torch or use your phone! A couple of sun loungers would make it ideal (there are plenty of chairs). These are minor issues and just observations. I would happily stay at this property again.

Good value for money, PERFECT central location, BUT NOT so ideal as it looks via booking.

Amazing location, in the center of all spots, bars, restaurants and near the river. Perfect location for students/friends who want to party and be in the "heart" of the city. Very clean, the apartment was exactly like the photos. Good price depending the location and the size! Good value for money! Amazing private terrace with view. I will definitely book again, when i visit with my best friends (25 years old) - it's IDEAL for these kind of guests, who need a nice cheap apartment and don't care much - 10/10 in these cases

60 STAIRS - NO ELEVATOR that we had no clue. We were super dissapointed that this is not referred in the platform!!! We had old women with us who needed to come up and down all the time. If we knew that there was no elevator, we would have rated 8/10 and not 7 . The apartment is rennovated-It seems like it was a huge room before and then they built extra rooms (bathroom, second bedroom), seperated with thin walls like drywalls. Because of that, there was no soundproof between the rooms - we always felt like we are all together in one room, even if we were in different ones (bathroom, bedrooms, livind room etc). In general it's a really good deal, especially for young people who don't care about privacy, services, or access. We would advise to ask first for any special requirements (cleaning lady, services, cooking pots etc), because the platform gives you the sensation that the apartment has everything.

Perfect apartament for a short stay

It looks exactly like in the pictures! I was surprised how elegant and well designed is the apartment. Very comfortable bed was also a plus! Perfect location to enjoy the city of Porto.

An umbrella is somewhat missing in the terrace- it would be nice to enjoy that space also during sunny days (otherwise it is a bit too hot there). Also, the floor in the terrace needs some renovation- some pieces were missing or broken.

Great location and overall very happy with our stay.

The location is perfect. Place was very clean. Patricia was very accommodating in letting us into the apartment early to drop off our luggage. Never actually met her but she was very helpful over Whats App

60 stairs to the apartment would be a large challenge for people not in good health. A little smaller than I thought it would be but comfortable enough. One set of towels for us was disappointing as we stayed for 6 days. A change mid week would have been appreciated
