Great stay at Navona Luxury Guesthouse

Navona Luxury Guesthouse is comfortable stay with the walking distance from sightseens for great money value. Before check in I had recevie all the detailed instructions from fantastic host Andrea regarding to entrance, restaurant recommendations and hints for how to keep yourself and your stuff safe around touristic places which are often targets of pickpockets. Host Andrea was very proffessional, friendly and helpful same as a lady which was present by our check out and without problems we could keep our bags in guesthouse while spending our last hours in Rome. Anytime I had any request Andrea answered within few minutes even at evening time which I very appriciate. Room was clean (they clean daily) and had everything you need for your stay and area was nice. If you would like to stay in clean place with good value and friendly staff Navona is the right place.

Nice place/nice location/hidden exclusions/hidden fees

The location was prime. That alone made the value good. My family felt very safe there with there being 4 locked access points and a good location.

Cleanliness was good however there was mildew in the shower. I wasn’t a fan of them posting that there’s a continental breakfast and that they’re a bed & “breakfast” when they haven’t had a breakfast since prior to COVID. In many countries COVID is no longer a concern so if you’re not going to have it, no worries but don’t advertise it. Oh and booking.com notes all fees and taxes are paid in advance but they asked us to pay a tax the night before our checkout which isn’t appropriate.

Fantastic location, beautiful room and building, clean, spacious, great air-conditioning.

The location is fantastic - great for visiting Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo. There are plenty of mini supermarkets, pharmacies, etc nearby to stock up on things. Great to have a fridge in the room. The room for our family of 4 was great - often you feel like they've squished in an extra bed but there was tons of room for us and all our stuff.

I would love if they could bring back the breakfast option. We knew breakfast wasn't included but the option of some sort of breakfast in room would be great, mostly because I'm lazy! I'd happily pay a bit more for it.

The location The room is very spacious all feel new and clean (specially the bath)

Great location! Very clean, comfortable bed, easy to find with clear instructions and friendly staff. The room has good amount of space and is well appointed with everything that you may need.It is very close to Piaza Navona and also to Vatican City. Abundance of great off the beaten path restaurants nearby.

Navona Luxury Guesthouse is perfect located with all tourist attractions within 15 minutes of walking distance. We had a nice room for 4 people. Daily cleaning. Andrea, the host is extremely service minded and helpful!

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for, truly exceptional.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. To be so centrally located and for the room to be so spacious is very rare in Rome. The staff was also incredibly accommodating and friendly. Overall an amazing stay.

Not pleasant and uncomfortable

Well located

There was no receptionist at the place and all communication was done via WhatsApp. The beds were extremely uncomfortable giving me a horrendous back pain. My room also was located by the main and busy street which made the experience more painful, very noisy and hard to sleep. You can also hear every step, door banging and conversation from the other rooms. Far too expensive to be called a Luxury guest house and felt more like a bad quality hotel or a cheap hostel.

Absolutely amazing, would definitely come back and recommend

the room was spacious, it had a lot of storage and all the amenities that we needed. you have a cleaning service everyday. the location is AMAZING, super close to piazza Navona, has many many cute shops and restaurants around. amazing views from the room as well. would definitely recommend

the only con was the bed and pillows that weren’t very comfortable, but other than that everything was amazing

Very nicely designed and clean rooms. Quick and efficient service through WhatsUp. The rooms are pleasantly air-conditioned. Great location.

it was very good experience

It was quiet, and clean. Andrea was very kind from the beginning, he gave us all the details for arrival and entering the place. and on a very hot day we were supposed to leave the room at 11:00 but our train was later in the day and he let as use the room a bit longer. Thank you Andrea we will definitely be back:)

Our room was big and nice, well suited for a couple plus a teen kid. Andrea is a great host, he made everything to be very easy. His recommendations regarding places to eat are very good. Don't neglect them.
