Ok, nada excepcional considerando-se o valor pago, ou seja, valor compatível com a entrega.

O que mais me agradou foi a educação no atendimento de cada um dos profissionais com quem interagimos. Todos, sem exceção, muito educados e prestativos.

Check-out exatamente as 12h00, não permitindo uma extensão por ao menos 30 mins. Também achei o mise en place do restaurante Pateo Tangará muito simples, sem detalhes que poderiam chamar a atenção e melhorar a experiência e percepção de se estar em um local especial. Como guardanapos, sousplât ou mesmo toalhas de mesa diferenciadas. Inclusive o seviço foi realizado com jogo de talheres que eu considero de linha básica, de um restaurante qq. Uso-os em minha casa no dia a dia. No café da manhã no Jean Geroges não foi diferente. Louça e jogos de talheres básicos. Também gostaria de comentar que uma das toalhas em nosso quarto (307) estava rasgada, um rasgo enorme, provavelmente por ocasionado no processo de lavagem mecânica. As amenities do quarto eram muito simples. Ok, a marca Granado tem seu apelo tradicional, mas não a enxergo à altura de l´Occitane e outras de maior prestígio considerando-se a expectativa feita por estarmos num dos hoteis de mais alto nível em SP.

terrível - hotel com preço de 5 estrelas e serviço de zero estrelas

quarto espaçoso - único ponto positivo

preço de hotel 5 estrelas com serviço de hotel sem estrelas - cheguei às 15:15 (o horário de checkin, em tese, é 15h) e me deixaram esperando por 45 minutos (quarto só foi liberado às 16h) - pediram para eu e o meu marido esperarmos no bar (que não tinha cadeira para sentar) - tinha um sofá disponível, mas, assim que nos aproximamos do sofá para sentarmos, um segurança de uma artista que estava no bar se aproximou e falou que não poderíamos sentar ali porque a artista estava no sofá do lado (não era nem o sofá que queríamos sentar). A artista, assim como nós, era hóspede também e estava ocupando não só o sofá que ela estava sentada, como toda a área ao redor cercada de seguranças. Enfim, ficamos 45 minutos em pé esperando sem a mínima atenção do hotel. Além disso, hotel com localização terrível. Academia bem ruim também.
