Muito bem localizado e limpo. Café da manhã bom.

O quarto é antigo, mas bem espaçoso. Talvez existam outras relações custo-beneficio melhores.

Funcionários muito educados, prestativos e bom café da manhã.

O quarto estava com cheiro de fechado, um cheiro um pouco forte que tive que deixar a janela do quarto bem aberta a noite toda para ajudar na circulação.

A primeira estadia em março sensacional. Agora em agosto deixou muito a desejar;

Localização muito boa e atendimento

Quarto muito pequeno, sem toalha para um hospede, foram solicitado duas vezes e só entregue dia seguinte depois de muita insistência. No café da manhã as 8:30h sem opção de frutas e outros itens.

Bom atendeu as expectativas

Dispenser grande de shampoo, creme e sabonete. Trocou quarto sem adicional para duas camas de solteiro pois minha amiga resolveu ir de última hora. Mesmo depois do check out guardou minha mala no hotel até meu evento acabar sem custo adicional. Local limpo e organizado.

Apenas a Localização, e o jantar estava muito bom

o Café da manhã era péssimo, nenhum hotel do qual eu fui era tão ruim, pouca opção, e as poucas opções que tinha estava faltando quase tudo, demoraram muito a repor e como tinha horário para sair, não pude esperar, não tinha nenhuma fruta e nem café em 2 dias que fui e estava assim quase a manhã toda, pelo relatos de outros hospedes, foi me cobrado até uma água quente que pedi na térmica para chimarrão, 29,00 reais 1 litro de água, achei um absurdo, pois aqui no RS temos de graça nas praças da cidade e postos de combustível.

Café da manhã. Gostaria que tivesse a opção de reservar sem o café da manhã. Sanduicheira toda riscada e suja. O café da manhã não vale a pena. É o pior de todos os hotéis que já me hospedei na região.

Hotel visivelmente sujo, mobiliário antigo, um estado de abandono. Equipe muito boa, gentil e se esforça para tentar deixar tudo agradável, mas a estrutura não ajuda. Café da manhã bem fraco.

Excelente localização

A localização é excelente, o quarto é amplo, o clima estava agradável, o apartamento esteve sempre limpo.

O cofre é muito pequeno, o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, as águas do frigobar são de 300ml o que é péssimo.

Quartos com carpet antigo, falta de isolamento acústico num local onde tem excesso de barulho. Café da manhã muito ruim, as comidas “quentes” estavam frias. Quando questionado sobre mudar de quarto… funcionários não gostaram do questionamento

Disappointing

The hotel is in a very good location.

Two days in a row I found an insect in the breakfast. I notified the staff and they worked to change the oats, but it was very disappointing to come in the next day and find another insect, so in my 3rd day I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel to avoid any problems. The hotel room could use some renovations, mainly in the bathroom.

Good choice, cheaper than around.

Excellent location for those working or in activities nearby. The flat is spacious and clean. Barbacoa Restaurant 2 minutes walk is great! Overall a good choice. Taxi rank in front.

Breakfast is average, but juices seems to be boxed ones (could be fresh juices), so better to optout, there's plenty restaurants around that serves breakfast. Fridge is too small if you want to cool 1L water bottles (fridge items very expensive). Have not eaten from room service so cannot say.
