hotel esta abandonado, esta é a impressão! Carpete do corredor todo manchado e sem limpeza. Nenhuma TOMADA do quarto deu pra carregar o celular por estavam todas LARGAS de tanto usar e sem manutenção. Água da pia do banheiro só era SUPER QUENTE. não tínhamos controle sobre ela. Toalhas limpas, porém com cheiro de mofo de lavanderia, sem nenhum perfume ou coisa parecida pra ficar cheirosa.

Boa estadia!

Quarto pequeno, porém confortável. Boa cama e ótimo chuveiro. Noite bastante silenciosa, o que pra gente é um diferencial estando em SP. Para quem vai ao estádio do Morumbi para jogos/shows, é uma excelente opção de hospedagem.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de salgados e bolos.

Muito bom, vamos repetir a diária quando retornarmos a São Paulo

O café da manhã estava excelente, a vista do quarto que estavamos era linda. Lugar silencioso, com áreas comuns impecáveis. Nos sentimos muito bem os dias que ficamos lá. Serviço de quarto maravilho e o grande bônus foi a sauna.

Funcionários da recepção poderiam ser um pouquinho mais educados e atenciosos. Chegamos e não fomos tão bem recepcionados de inicio. Pessoal da cozinha/bar foram muito educados e prestativos. O pessoal da recepção da parte da noite era um pouquinho mais agradável que os da manhã.

Everything from the walk distance location from the pharmacy, grocery story and the mall; and the easy uber access; to the sweet and super helpful staff.

The location was good to move back and foward to Transamerica.

There was bed bugs in my bed and I was bitten several times in body and face during the first two nights. When I asked to change rooms they didn’t look surprise about the issue. In the end of my stay I asked what they would do about this situation… one night free!!! One night only and not even a late check out when they had bugs in the bed and I had to even pay a doctor!! Horrible service and hotel. Also, very old hotel. The room is very old and tv must be at least 20 years old (no netflix or anything). King bed are two single beds together.

Great People - Still Room for improvement before giving it 8 stars

Overall, the people are FABULOUS - very friendly, warm, smiling, and willing to help when asked... Room service was quick and the food arrived hot. Having an in-room vault is very convenient, and the extra blanket and pillows are very comfortable. Like the idea of the room key being kept in a slotted box as once it is removed the electricity to the room shuts off after about a minute. Air conditioning, as well as hot water, are ample for the accommodations.

Given this was rated 8/10 stars, truthfully was expecting better. There is no mention that all the rooms are configured only with 220V so had to retrieve a clunky, heavy adapter at the front desk (was surprised the young lady was able the handle the weight of the thing); though the hotel was noted as not having internet it was available but not very functional (ended up using my month's WiFi allotment as a result); breakfast was cold both days (I arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 am).
