Boa localização. Bom atendimento.

Ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou. Porta do banheiro não fecha. Taxa de 125 reais para hospedagem do nosso pet.

Insanely expensive for the very basic and not maintained facilities.

Staff were friendly.

For 200,00 EUR a night we expect to stay in a very nice hotel, but everything is very old and there is no sign of renovation at all. Scratches on the floor, stains on the couch, leaking on the sink, etc. Gym is extremely badly maintained, with old and not working equipments, and the excuse I was give was that the the gym was from a 3rd-Party.. Room was not cleaned one day, even though the sign to clean was at the door. In general, the stay is not worth half the price it is charged. If the prices were different, then I would have different expectation and the rating was not going to be this bad, but when they charge 200,00 EUR a night, we have some standards.

comfy and safe place

Safe area with some places to go and get food around. Located by the main street within a walking distance to the business district of Sao Paulo. Spacious room, comfortable. Juicy breakfast.

Windows are not sound proof, so the noise from the main street can wake you up in the morning. WiFi instable - unusable for online meetings.

Served my purpose. But will never stay again and won’t recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was below average. Room is dated. Carpet needs to be replaced. The couch was awful. There is mold in the shower. There is no hearer in the room. The staff are very pleasant, no complaints about them. But the management needs to add English speakers staff. Or booking.com needs to be transparent that language is a big issue.

Great place to stay while attending a conference!

I received a warm welcome when I was checking in, which set the tone for my three days at the hotel. I was in town for a conference, and this proved a comfortable base for my time in the city.

It was ok but it could be better if management pays more attention to maintenance.

Location. The location is fantastic for my requirements

Cleanliness, corridor rugs are not quite clean. During meals empty tables were with some leftovers. Reception chairs are very old and not maintained well.
