False Advertisement

The location was good if you want to be in the city.

Beds were hard and unclean; found lots of hair and a toenail in the sheets. Additionally, I was very disappointed that this establishment is advertising a swimming pool that is not usable and has been under construction since May of 2023. This is pertinent information that management should have released to me as I was looking forward to laying pool side on this trip.

I really enjoyed my stay there and will try to book that villa every chance I get

The property was very nice but the villa itself, EXCEPTIONAL! They had everything we would need. Very clean, decorated beautifully and the BED!!! Omg the beds felt amazing. Best sleep on vacation I’ve ever had.

Definitely the garage parking. The parking space for my unit made no sense(Bad placement). Also the pool wasn’t available

Clean, modern home base for our PR vacation

Beautifully updated, wonderful view, staff of the building is welcoming and kind. Beach was nice. Apartment felt like home. We very much enjoyed our stay.

It was a bummer that the pool was closed for repairs, and some of the lobby facilities were out of order. But with the ocean right there, we still had a great time.

Short but sweet!

The location is perfect! 10 mins away from airport, near supermarket, restaurants, and beach!:) I would recommend this place if you will stay in puerto rico if you want a comfortable and convenient place but don’t want to spend a lot of money.

A sweet suite for travelers! I would come back to this lodging for sure.

The location was great. We rented a car and were able to go to the places we wanted to see. The location is residential/tourist. In other words, we saw other tourists, but also saw pilots and flight attendants checking in. There was ample security. It felt like a safe place. The beach was very nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. When we opened the door my kids said, "Wow!" because the place was large and so clean.

It couldn't be helped, but the pool was closed for repair or maintenance. The owners went above and beyond and gave us the name and location of another pool closeby that we could use if we wanted to.

The pool is still closed. they say they are working on it but I didn’t see anything being done. The room I stayed in had bed bugs and I got ate up all 4 nights. when requested a refund the manager stated he will wait upon inspection from treatment appointment. however, how do we know, as visitors, that they don’t have some kind of deal going on with the people who come and inspect ? I wore jeans when I went out the first night and didn’t have ANY bites. I woke up to bites all over my shin. the second night, I bought bug spray and went out and I was fine before going to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night due to itchy ness and my legs were BITE up!!!! I then reached out and they couldnt relocate me. ALSO this is inside the ESJ tower apt which doesn’t say here because they are KNOWN for BED BUGS! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will fight till the end for this refund because not only do I look NASTY with all these bites, they itch. they hurt. I had to throw away all my NEW summer / vacation clothes and it’s just unfair !

Great stay for the price, especially for a group of young adults.

The location was great! We were right off the beach and right down the street from CVS, restaurants, and late night bars; a 20 min drive to Old San Juan. The value, style, and size of the apartment was perfect for seven people. It was very chic. And we loved the balcony.

It would've been nice if the pool/cafe/gameroom were operational, but that's more of a building issue rather than unit issue. Additionally, the shower in the larger bathroom took awhile to heat up.

location is excellent, right on the beach and had a suite with plenty of room for 5 and an amazing ocean front view. liked having a kitchen.

the Kitchen is has few pans which made it difficult to prepare meals. It was pretty clean but a little dated. not having a working pool on site was a disappointment and not clearly communicated ahead of time.

I have stayed here before; this time I brought my family. The pool is under renovation, but the host gave us access to a nearby pool in close proximity. It actually worked out perfectly for my children, as it has a kids water park. We got to hang out by the pool while still able to keep an eye on them. The room was clean, well equipped, and had a fascinating view of the ocean.
