Recomendado absolutamente

Es un lugar muy agradable para estancias cortas o largas, una comunicación muy rápida y fácil y nos solucionaron todos las inquietudes que teníamos durante la estancia y nos ayudaron a solucionar otros temas que surgieron durante nuestra estadía. Instalaciones muy limpias, camas muy cómodas, con nevera para guardas comida y bebidas. Ubicación muy buena, cerca a una de las playas más lindas de San Juan, pueden ir caminando y cerca al aeropuerto. Cien por ciento recomendado.

Great, quiet, comfy place to stay that is super close to the beach and tons of restaurants.

This place was freaking awesome. I visited by myself and it was great. You are right next to the bridge that crosses the freeway to the beach. The beach over there is awesome and wasn't very crowded (it is September though). The room was very clean and the AC, hot water and wifi worked great.The garden/yard was way nice. It was a great price and I'm hoping to come back next year!

Inexpensive for a reason.

I loved the location of this property and the fact that it was secured from entry to exit. Also was so close to the beach and everything else we wanted to do. Great for a short stay I definitely wouldn’t recommend for any longer than 3 days especially for a couple.

Not enough towels, encountered a roach one night in the room, space was tiny and from smell appeared clean but the toilets at the bottom were gross. Also they are stingy with towels we literally stayed 3 nights had to keep asking for towels they have us the bare minimum and when asking for more they made sure we gave all 3 towels they gave us back. Not to mention if you have an issue on a Sunday you can expect no response. I guess I got what I paid for because it was t a bad price but next time I’ll pay more to be more comfortable.

Great stay for one or two travelers. The host usually responds within minutes for your requests.

Easy access. Good layout of furniture.

Great place near the beach and airport

Very close to the beach, just have to cross a pedestrian bridge. Close to a few restaurants and a gas station. Easy parking on the road. The airport is also very close by. The host was very generous allowing us to check out a little late.

It’s farther out from most of the attractions in San Juan besides Isla Verde beach.

Per essere la prima volta a Porto Rico non potevo chiedere di meglio .

La gentilezza dell’host e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lyzanne mi ha spiegato tutto e mi ha tranquillizzato appena arrivata. È stata sempre disponibile e non potevo chiedere di meglio. Grazie!

La struttura è vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti, devi solo attraversare un ponte e di notte è un po’ scuro

We couldn't have found a better value for our short stay in San Juan.

A perfect oasis in the heart of San Juan. Lyzanne was a gracious and accommodating hostess!! The ambiance reminded us of a Mediterranean villa. Access to a soaking tub!!

No outlets, no instructions for tv, broke nail off trying to unlock key box, no options for late checkout or even place to change, lights too bright outside even with shades, checkout too early

Comfortable, private, conveniently located, and affordable!

This was a last minute booking straight off the plane and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The location was great to walk to all the different businesses, the bed was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was definitely handy. We also loved the set up/location, tucked away and private, but still within proximity of everything we wanted to check out. Thank you!

very hard to get in. Doorhandles covering lock ..you have to have slender fingers ..it’s a task. So many steps to take to get in..Hard to find, no coffee maker , worn but stylish interior.

The room is spacious, the secluded outside seating area was nice especially at night withe the lights on. Very clean. Nice updated stainless steel fridge. Large dining room table. 6 to 8 chairs. stove. microwave. close to beach. close to airport. $10 to16 uber.

There is no full size mirror. that was a big inconvenience for us. the sponge to wash dishes was very dirty. pls switch them out after every stay for sanitary reasons. No counter space in the bathroom. water in shower does not stay hot for long. No pool.

Awesome stay! We will definitely come back.

Everything was more than I expected. What a gem! We had a late flight but the host was fine with it. Parking is right in front of the door so no issues there. The room is even better than a 5 star hotel! If we come back we will definitely come back here. There is an overpass where you can cross and get some food too.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the property. For people who complain about city noise what do you expect it’s the city.

Good Location and Comfortable stay

Cleanliness. Location. Quick response to requests.

Missing iron and ironning board. Iron was provided on request. Internet had some intermittent issues for first day or two. It will be good have better hangers in the room.

Great stay, great location

Great location in a quiet neighborhood near the airport. Ample on street parking available. Easy check in with keypad. Our room was one of about ten within a walled-in complex, so you enter a secure courtyard area before entering your room with a key from keybox. Room was very clean and welcoming after a day's travel.

Host needs to sort a new bed & advertise as a smokers room

Really nicely fitted out very modern & clean

It smelt badly of stale cigarettes smoke even tho it’s advertised as non smoking The bed literally creaked so badly on every move so didn’t sleep well at all. It’s next to a busy high way so constant traffic noise too That aside It would be difficult to spend more than a night here due to lack of room to unpack or put any belongings out Host also needs to communicate earlier I messaged her the day before as hadn’t heard any details for check in etc

Got the job done for a one night stay

Very comfy bed, good AC and wifi, nice tv. Enclosed property on a quiet block. Within walking distance to busy road with access to beach, restaurants/bars, and pharmacy.

Very sparsely furnished; no closet, hooks, or dresser for storage; desk lamp had no bulb; aside from hand soap, 3-in-1 shower wash, two bath towels, and a bath mat, no other amenities; sliding doors to our room didn’t close correctly so they couldn’t be locked—it didn’t feel secure; no staff on site. Sound travels easily and we could hear others guests very loudly. The path to our room was very narrow and has uneven paving stones so it is not accessible for those with mobility devices.

Beautiful and large but missing some key amenities

Communication with the host was great and directions for self check-in were clear. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the bed and sofas were comfortable.

The kitchen amenities were lacking—there were coffee filters but no coffee or coffee machine, for example, and there were only a few big tablespoons, no teaspoons. One of the remotes for the AC unit had no batteries in it. (Another unit near it worked.) There was nowhere to plug in the lamps on the nightstands next to the bed, and it was clear they had never been used because they still had all the packaging on them (stamped "remove before using"). There was also nowhere to put our toiletries down in the bathroom. The space was fine for our short stay, but for longer stays there are some basic amenities missing that would make it more comfortable.

Amazing place, absolutely loved it.

Noisy highway but close to beach.

Proximity to the beach wasn’t too far at all and very modern/updated room. Attentive and communicative host. Easy to check in.

The noise from the highway is loud, the refrigerator didn’t work well due to being frosted over, pillows are kinda flat/uncomfy. No hair dryer.

Short term room for light travel only

The room was clean, the host was very communicative and easy to access the room.

I didn’t like the location as I like the other side of island verde. The hotel room was located in the side and the walkway was too narrow to walk with baggage. The room does not have any closet or toiletries. I had to walk to the pharmacy to purchase what’s needed.
