Would not stay here again.

Booked due to good location and parking lot. The parking remote didn’t work so we were extremely lucky to find street parking.

Parking remote didn’t work at all. Contact didn’t help with remote problem. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Very run down room.

Nasty studio apartment.

El ascensor nunca abre a nivel del piso, la habitación que conseguí a través de booking fue un horror. Habitación 305. La cama de la habitación era tan dura que pensé que dormía en el piso. El piso era un asco y el techo no se quedaba atrás. Las luces tenía problemas de encendido porque algunos switches no funcionaban o no tenían bombilla. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba casi nada y eso que es tiempo de frío y ni aún así. Todas las ventanas tenían la manigueta o operador de abrir y cerrar dañadas, y muchas de las ventanas cuando no era que podías abrirlas con la mano era que la ventana se quedaba entre abierta o estaba sellada con tape transparente. The elevator never opens at the floor level. The room I got through booking was a horror. Room 305. The bed in the room was so hard I thought I slept on the floor. The floor was disgusting, and the ceiling was not far behind. The lights had problems turning on because some switches did not work or did not have a bulb. The air conditioning didn't cool almost at all and it's cold weather and even then. All the windows had the handle or operator to open and close damaged, and in many of the windows, when you couldn't open them by hand, the window was left ajar or was sealed with transparent tape.

Fantastic place

Near the beach safety very friendly great price I cannot say anything bad about this place it very nice better than the ones that you pay over $100 for I will definitely come back and I will let my friends know

Easy to collect the keys as soon a we had the right numbers. We arrived late and opening the locks(we had 2 rooms) there was no key in one of them witch made us nervous. Called the host who rapidly solved the problem. The host also solved the lack of towels in one of the rooms.

The 2 rooms had very diferent standards, like night and day. One was good, clean, a more modern feeling. It wasnt difficult to relax in this room and feel good. The other room was in need of a complete renovation. It was so worn out that it was difficult to feel comfortable and that is Im not a very sensitive or demanding person. The room was clean but the level of shabbyness made it difficult to appreciate it. The diference between the 2 rooms makes it difficult to see that they more or less have the same price. Everything, from walls and roof to furniture were worn out and tattered. Without hesitation i would go back, but only if i was sure of having the "good" room.

It was comfortable! It was easy to get in! And it was the perfect size for me and my husband! And we loved the fact that the beach was RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR DOOR!🥰

Had to wait in heat for 45 min to check in no keys no bath towel or toilet paper mole on top of refrigerador dirty microwave just disappointing my bathing .suit stolen from balcony just a big mess !!!!!!not ever staying there again or recommending to anyone

Room was an eyesore. DIY gone wrong. Rooms not recommended for people with disabilities.

Nice location near the beach...just a "few" steps away. Quiet. 2 or 3 minutes drive to isla Verde Avenue hotels and restaurants (you can also use Uber/Uber Eats). Hot water. Streaming service. A/C units works perfectly.

Room 302 is DIY gone wrong. Jalousie windows do not close properly and have clear tape between split slats to seal the gaps. Blinds and window panels can't be closed. The sofa needs a good deep cleaning. Dust collected over lamps and fire sprinkler system. Had some issues to open/close front door. Bathroom is really small. Although not an issue for me, if you have mobility problems or disabilities, is not recommended.

For a shower and a good night sleep, room 209 is good to go.

Room 209-Nice location. Just a "few"steps away from the beach. 2 or 3 minutes drive from Isla Verde Ave hotels and restaurants (you could also use Uber/Uber Eats). Quiet. Hot water. Streaming Service. A/C unit worked perfectly. Clean.

Room 209-Bathroom really small. Although not an issue for me, if you have mobility issues or disabilities, not recommended. A small makeover will do wonders.

happy to be there till i was there very poor maintenance not well keped

main door had to lifted to close, lights in kitchen and hallway not working, bed was made of rock, only one blanket, windows had tape badly seal from bugs ,the ac sounded like the planes from airport, coffee pot was put together by glue, the bathroom was like a sauna and had the drain in shower off , 15 parking spots for 50 apartments had to park 2 blocks away toilet rocks side to side towel's smelled damped and the worst is there is BED BUG'S LOT'S

I do not reccomend, unless you have a very limited budget.

Location is great, a little noisy during the day. Old and outdated studio, bad shape kitchennette, very tight space, not the cleanest or comfortable.

Only an updated remodeling can fix the property

Very convenient, great location!

Location was great, very convenient, a few steps from the beach, parking was included it make it so easy to move around!

Ocean view, was not very clear, the furniture and kitchen appliances were very old, the toilet seat was broken, the building elevator feel like it was going to break, very old building, the information from Booking.com was not accurate, the information on the confirmation email from booking was incorrect, couldn’t get the keys and unit number from the i mail until I contacted the host.

it says 1 twin, 1 full bed, but it was only 1 full bed. it’s confusing. Apartment is very old and the AC made a terrible noise the whole time.

Ok for the money but can do better in terms of amenities

View from room, location, secure parking, and ease of entry and exit.

Building overall is in need of renovation and the unit is no exception. Not dirty but not really clean either. Just the basics. Beds were brutally uncomfortable. I am 6'5" and 210 lbs -- springs were totally collapsed under my weight. Twin bed for 3rd guest was pullout bed -- no sheets on first night, just a plastic cover. Then host brought sheets for 2nd night.

Superb

It is close to the airport and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants near. There are a couple of casinos and grocery stores.

Close to the airport means you will hear some Jets taking off and landing.
