Hermoso. Si pudiera lo vuelvo a elegir

La decoración y ambientación. La atención de Filippo muy bien.

Me hospedé en el duplex con mi señora y 2 hijos pequeños y faltaban algunos elementos de cocina. Por ejemplo, éramos 4p y platos platos pequeños para desayunar solo había 2. Los cuchillos que había no tenían filo para pelar la fruta. Quizás en el duplex faltaria algo más de mantenimiento. Son detalles que se pueden mejorar. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El baño y la ducha caliente excelente!

Buena relación calidad/precio, buenas instalaciones y excelente ubicación. Además de la buena y expedita recepción.

Habían muchos huéspedes, por lo que la limpieza en baños no era la mejor. Además se generaba mucho ruido al ingresar, debido a las cerraduras eléctricas que posee el edificio.

Siempre es un agrado volver, son muy amables y siempre están dispuestos ayudar. Realmente hace muy grata la estadía el hostel.

fue agradable pero el personal con poca disposición a ayudar y sin prestar ayuda al cliente

las instalaciones son amplias

las piezas más grandes carecían de comodidades básicas como una lámpara de mesa y supuestamente tenía enchufes cerca pero no era así, se limitaron a entregar dos toallas de mano para el cuerpo y no tenían más para reposición , estaban hediondas a humedad y la cama las sábanas olían a humedad

Quarto confortável. E pudemos deixar a mala por meio período no depósito.

chuveiro não esquentava. Tanto o chuveiro do quarto que reservei (individual), quanto o chuveiro compartilhado. Isso foi algo bem inconveniente, visto que estava frio e não nos foi dado nenhuma solução ou abatimento do valor da diária.

Todo lo demás. Incomodo, la pieza era muy pequeña y se le excusan llamándola “minimalista”. Estoy pagando una pieza de 2 camas y colocan una cama nido……….. irrisorio.

Ótima localização, quarto amplo e lugar agradável e silencioso. Como fica no final de uma rua sem saída, você quase não escuta zuada de carros. Possui dois lavabos na parte inferior e dois banheiros completos sendo 1 feminino e 1 masculino na parte superior.

Localização é excelente, fica em uma rua calma, próximo ao metrô, Shopping Costanera, bares e restaurantes. O quarto e o hostel em si são bem confortáveis e os colaboradores são simpáticos e prestativos.

La flor del loto que sana y emerge de los pantanos para volar otra vez.

Mi habitación Lotus, maravillosa, espectacular, llena de luz, simple pero cómoda a la vez. Me sentí como en casa. Agradezco al equipo de voluntarios que escucharon todas mis solicitudes y las cumplieron a cabalidad.

La Atención de Iván en la recepción excelente, de todos en general pero destacó la de Iván, muy colaborador e intenta que los huéspedes se integren.

WiFi en el segundo nivel es bajo y y lento o intermitente. Mejorar la señal en la parte superior.

Charmoso duplex acolhe bem família

Charmoso duplex com um quarto de casal em cima e duas camas embaixo + cozinha e banheiro. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Ambiente de albergue cuidado e acolhedor, com possibilidade de interagir com outros viajantes. O preço é um pouco caro pra hospedagem de tipo hostel, e o bairro também (pouca opção de comércio para viajantes econômicos). A localização estava ok,permitindo acessar a pé ou de metrô as partes mais turísticas.

Wi-fi estava extremamente instável durante nossa estadia. E o preço estava um pouco salgado para os mais econômicos, talvez refletindo o bairro mais chique

The space itself is pleasant and the location is pretty good.

Cleanliness was well below standard even for a hostel. The bedding was disgusting and smelled like body fluids of various kinds, as well as having stains and marks. Only one bathroom for all male guests, gets dirty very fast.

Bad customer service

Super small rooms, can’t even move yourself. Literally slept on a mattress on the floor

They charged us double and they don’t do anything to resolve the issue. They waited 2 weeks and kept us in the dark and had supposed meetings with the bank after which they couldn’t tell us if there was a double payment. And then finally 2 weeks later they tell us they can’t refund money to an international account. Very bad customer service

Beautiful Hostel | Amazing Location | Good staff

1. Hostel is clean 2. Staff is helpful and understanding 3. Laundry service available at an affordable price 3. Location is prime. It's near all the bars and big supermarkets and yet located in a silent neighborhood.

There is nothing really that I didn't like but to have power point (other than an existing USB slot) near the bed will be good to have.

good location for Santiago, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, staff was good.

the bedroom that I was in, you would get a draft from the window. in the winter you need to sleep in a hat on the bottom bed next to the window. usually I am not sensitive to cold drafts, but this was cold, I was in late autumn. they only have one USB charger next to the bed, so if you need to charge more then your phone you need to look for a plug. as well I didn’t see any heating in the room, so not sure that is provided.
