Horrible experience to be locked in

The night shift lady is an absolute dream

The fact that their card machine never works because “of the rain”. Tried to pay 6 times in the 3 days that I was there - basically every morning and night. Even alerted them that I need to leave at 530am next days. Wouldn’t accept USD, and only finally agreed to at a horrible rate and they had no change. Basically, I paid 11% more on my stay because if I didn’t just throw whatever money I have and paying more, they refused to open the door and let me get to my taxi which was waiting for me.

Worst hostel in a 5 month trip to 7 countries

This is probably the worst place I stayed in over my 5 month backpacking trip. But that would be easily resolved because by far the biggest problem with this hostel is that the person running it treats both staff and guests very badly, the comments that she makes are inappropriate, she is even very stingy about the breakfast. Besides that, she tried to charge more than the listed price on booking when checking in, which she wanted to do in cash instead of using the app and I saw her do the same with another guest as well. I just went ahead and reserved with booking.com. Had I known how bad the situaion is in general, I would have just left immediately. Also, I think there is a bedbug problem, I woke up every morning with new bites from something and there was no outside window to the dorm rooms so they didn't seem to be from mosquitos. You can hear every word other people are saying in the dining area, hallways and kitchen, so no privacy at all. The name is Hotel boutique stay la 10 but there is no hotel or boutique aspect to it and it is so far from being a 10 it's almost laughable, if it wasn't so pathetic. The bathroom doors didn't close properly, especially the shower door would open constantly, tepid water in the shower at best and always wet floors and hairs everywhere. Also she said we couldn't cook in the kitchen but she would make an exception, but we saw other guests cooking in the kitchen, so it was just pitiful. Really nothing at all good to say about this place.

Lindo lugar

Mayra que fue la anfitriona esos días fue realmente una bella, nos engrió con cada desayuno variando día a día, muy preocupada por nuestra estadía...Limpiaron y desinfectaron todos los días las habitaciones. Esta cerca de la estación poblado, así que es fácil transportarse a lugares lejanos y a lugares periféricos el taxi es realmente económico

Amor y excelencia

La atención del personal exelente, sobre todo de Maira, era como nuestra madre, muy preocupada por nosotros, nos preparaba unos desayunos muy ricos al igual que la otra chica que ayudaba a Maira , realmente excelente servicio.

Llegó un pasajero oriental que compartió nuestra habitación junto a un chico del Salvador y se quejo todo los días que sentía picazón en sus piernas aludiendo que habían algún tipo de bichos en las camas, se cambió de varias camas y seguía reclamando que lo picaban, nosotros que estábamos en la misma pieza no sentimos nada, aloje 8 días y ningúna mosca había en la habitación, lo extraño que cuando el ingreso al hotel venía con marcas en sus piernas que podría haber sido una alergia Pero las piezas impecables, la ropa de cama muy limpia , toallas limpias todos los días ,

La ubicación es muy buena. Igual el staff está atento a tus necesidades.

Cómo sugerencia. Deberían revisar si todos los ventiladores están funcionales, eso haría que se descanse mejor por las noches. El ventilador que estaba directo para mi cama no funcionaba.

Ubicación.

El cuarto no estaba listo cuando llegué, a pesar de ser un Hostal el ambiente es desorganizado, piden silencio a los visitantes a cierta hora, pero los empleados tenían mucho ruido. Los vasos y utensilios estaban sucios.

Conocí personas increíbles y el lugar tiene muy buena ubicación en el sitio sin embargo no fue lo que esperaba en muchos

Me gusto las instalaciones , la ubicación y la comodidad de la cama

Hay muy mal servio al cliente , en adición a esto no hay respeto entre ellos mismo , hay muy mala organización sobre el manejo del personal de los dos turnos , las puertas de los baños y duchas no cierran bien , el horario de desayunos sería mejor tenerlo listo y temprano antes , en la llegada deberían explicar que cosas hay para desayunar que se puede comer , falta mucha organización en todo en general y fumigaciones

La decoración es muy bonita y la atención muy buena. Agradecemos porque a última hora nos recibieron en el hotel.

La cobija de la habitacion estaba sucia, aunque no estamos seguros nos pareció que tenía sangre. Pero repito, no estabamos seguros. Lo que si es cierto es que estaba sucia. El hotel esta muy cerca al Parque Lleras. Es bueno si tu propósito es salir de fiesta, pero si lo que quieres es descansar no es el lugar ideal. Se escucha mucho ruido de afuera (música) y tambien de las otras personas que entran y salen de sus habitaciones a toda hora (son personas que salen a rumbiar, entonces entre las 10:00pm y 03:00am se les escucha).

Não é hotel, é HOSTEL. Custo benefício vale a pena.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, café da manhã preparado individual e muito gostoso.

Não tem ar condicionado nos quartos. Os chuveiros do banheiro mesmo indicando quente, não esquenta. Podiam colocar uma porta para que quem chegasse a recepção não veja o corredor com quartos.

Das Fernsehen hat nicht funktioniert. Das Personal waren nicht so freundlich. Ich wurde es nicht empfehlen. Zimmer sind sehr klein, Zimmer sind auch sehr dunkel und die Ausstattung funktioniert nicht.

La ducha tenía, en el piso un empaque de afeitadora usada, aunque esto no es culpa del Hostel igual no fue agradable.

Room full of Bedbugs!!

The staff was pretty nice and in generell it‘s a cute place with a good location but considering the bad parts I would never come back.

BEDBUGS Our room was full of Bedbugs. All the 4 beds! They even crawled along the walls. Luckily we realized soon enough and told the stuff that we want them to find a solution. We could stay at another hostel that also belongs to the owner instead, but in a room that was for 3 instead of 4 people. The staff was really nice and willing to hepl us but still I wouldn’t recommend it. There were so many bedbugs that I don‘t think it was the first time that this happened to them.
