I would stay at Casa Modelli again without hesitation! Thank you!

The property is beautiful and in a great location! We were in Rome while there were heat advisories. Thanks to Casa Modelli, we were very comfortable with excellent air conditioning.

We loved everything about Casa Modelli, but we loved the customer service best. Every morning , Olga created such a beautiful breakfast experience for us and checked in on anything we might need. We felt at home there and the rooftop patios was a beautiful way to escape the crowds from the Trevi Fountain. Although we were in a very busy area, it was so quiet and comfortable.

Great property with a few constructive criticisms.

Mostly excellent. Staff very nice and helpful. Nice apartment and ac top notch. Location is great.

Entrance into breakfast terrace needs a step. Front door to apartment block was not locking. Needs a higher water pressure and a combi oven, microwave would be good to have.

Modern and Cozy

Casa Modelli is clean and comfortable, well appointed with modern decor, and perfect for a home base in Roma. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast on the terrace is excellent- coffee made to order, a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yogurt, and ham and cheese platters made for a generous feast! The terrace is beautiful and a charming respite from the busy city below. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay at Casa Modelli again! Grazie mille!

The best decision we’ve made was to stay in this apartment!

The location is perfect and close to trevi fountain. They were very responsive prior to us traveling, messaged us when we reached and gave us all instructions on how to get the keys and check in/out. The breakfast was so nice and cozy. Place is very clean.

You might hear some sounds from the streets given it’s a busy area but it was never annoying. If I ever visit rome again, I’m coming back to the same apartment!

Excelent location, on the fontana de travi. Very cozy, well organized and clean apartment. MIirael was very kind and made our stay excellent. The stuff gladly filled our requests. Very good breakfast.

The location is great, near the Trevi fountain , the building and apartment are old Italian style, a lovely experience The hosts are top in kindness, cooperation and quick response to any note, especially Andrea and her colleague, also the owner is very kind and generous

the Breakfast is very simple, they provided drink water upon request, towels and bed linen were changed when we gave a note on their cleanliness There is a bad smell in the upper apartment on the fourth floor, which may be because the area and the building are old

Will come back for sure,and will recommend it for our friends.

This property exceeded our expectations. The staff was really helpful, and receptive. They provided us a transfer from the airport because we arrived by midnight. The location is even more than perfect, because is just 45seconds walk from the Fountain of Trevi! Also, the other tourists attractions are very close(from 20-45min walk), no need to take a bus or underground. Regarding the apartment, is very clean and the beds are very comfortable! Clean bathrooms and very pleasant atmosphere. It also has a very cosy terrace for breakfast,and other rooftop terrace with a nice view from were you can see Vatican and Rome from the top.

Breakfast on the Terrace was excellent. Being close to all the sites were a plus. And our hostess Mariel was the the best.

Maybe a small dresser to put our clothes in instead of living out of the suit case. Also a small garbage in our room instead of just the bathroom garbage

Mariel is the BEST and we loved our time at the Modelli.

We loved Casa Modelli so much! The location, the apartment, the staff, the rooftop, all fantastic! We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with 3 people and it was great. I’d like to stay if the bigger one when we return with our whole family of 4.

Not all taxis will go to the door because the street is tiny. Our airport transfer brought us to the door, but my friend’s cab driver wouldn’t. When we left, we asked for a car again but he canceled an hour beforehand. The taxi stand is close, but it’s hard with a lot of bags. The only other thing is that the shower isn’t fully enclosed which is common in Europe. Not a huge deal but it was COLD the week we were there.

We had a great stay and will definitely come back

The location is great and a few steps to Travi Fountain. The staff Mariel is very friendly and sent me a text prior to arrival so that she would be there to welcome us. The entrance is relative hidden with very narrow street, and it is not easy to find by taxi. We arrived when it was raining which presented a bit challenge to find the door. However, Mariel was at the door to welcome. The rooms are big compared to many other hotel, with two bath rooms and a small kitchen. We did not end of using the kitchen but it would be convenient for family with children or prefer to cook. We at out every meal except BF. The BF area is pleasant and outdoor. The BF is relative simple but enough. We asked for eggs which was served the ways we like. We had a pleasant stay and will come back.

the guest room bath room smells a bit and we have to close the door between it and the bedroom. It helps. The elevator is extremely small like many other hotels. It is impossible to call taxi to the location due to the narrow street. We called Uber and they ended up cancelling us. You have to Walk about 200m to the bid street to find a ride.

Highly recommend!

The rooftop was amazing. You looked out over Rome and could see the Quirinale Palace and the top of the Trevi fountain. Breakfast was served there every morning-fresh fruit, delicious pastries, fresh squeezed juice, and coffee. Mariel is delightful! She is kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful. Thank you Mariel! The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved the modern touches along with the architectural details. The location was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again.

Exceptional

Staff amability, they even got one morning to a nearby store to pick up some vegetable our kid usually eats heated rooms having 2 rooms with 2 separate bathrooms, this is the only way you should travel in an apartment, if you are more than 1 couple position, on a quite street next to Fontana de Trevi - allowing for 30 minutes walks to almost all main attractions It has an elevator which is great after you walked 16 km :) Breakfast was good, fresh orange juice, selection of meats and cheese, great pastry The rooms were clean and they kept it clean except for 1 day they helped us with a car once departed, at a better price than UBER

The stay was nice, but if it would be to improve something, the room is not a straight 10, about 9.5, 9.6 The sealing on one of the rooms had the roosting look, actually, sometimes some peace of sand felt on the bed/floor/our heads You can hear the other guests/residents walking in their rooms, but nothing bothering at all Even if there were constructions, we were ok, but just to know, there are constructions going on outside one of the building façades This is not an actual hotel, if it matters to you :) meaning for example on 1st of Jan, we did not receive cleaning and the breakfast was as a nearby store, with fontana de trevi view, the restaurant was with what ever you wanted, so no issues there even if the rooms are really BIG, there are not that many places to hang/put clothes

wonderful location, place and staff

we absolutely loved it, the location was amazing, just a few steps from the Trevi fountain and the roof terrace such a peaceful treat. We were looked after so well by Andrea and Mariel. we had so much room for our family of 4 and the children loved it. Such a nice touch for them to be left a kinder egg treat each on arrival, it was so much appreciated. I’d never stay anywhere else in Rome! thank you Casa Modelli!

Great location (literarily around the corner from the Trevi fountain), friendly and sweet staff, spacious and clean apartment which was perfect for two traveling couples. Lovely roof terrace which felt like our private terrace, would definitely recommend!!

Very nice apartment with great location

Perfect and central location, the appartement was well furnished and clean.

Breakfast choice is a bit limited (ham and cheese would be nice to have) and have more fresh jams.
