Lo primero que me encanto fue el trato de la dueña Eilenn estuvo atenta en todo momento cada vez que le escribía me contestaba inmediatamente la llamaba y rápido me contestaba las llamadas de verdadque eso es lo primordial también me encanta porque siempre separo el mismo apartamento ya que tengo todo asecible piscina playa, restaurantes, negocios en fin todo 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

En realidad no tengo nada que decir al respecto al contrario Todo me encanto 🥰🥰🥰

We really enjoyed our stay with easy access to the pool and beach.

Lots of amenities, safe & super clean. Close proximity to the beach & the pool.

There was construction ongoing on the property that woke us up a few mornings, but really no big deal at all.

Eileen and her daughter, Gabriella, were gracious and helpful. Gabriella gave us great advice on where to go and dine. Great pool, and the beach was lovely and just steps away. Highly recommend.

Definitely a cozy beach studio in a prime location!

Location was close to the beach, dining, and on the main road to other area sites. The room was clean and stocked with basic needs for cooking, beach items like chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler, lotions and aloe. Eileen was very responsive and kind when we reached out with the few questions we had. The unit being on the first floor and close to the pool and play area was key for our rowdy boys.

While I appreciate security, the check in and parking process was a bit complicated and cumbersome especially for those arriving at night.

I loved everything about my stay at this cozy studio. The studio had everything I needed. Eileen was a great host! She even allowed me to check out later. Will definitely return very soon.

location was perfect, we were 5 seconds from the pool and 10 from the beach. She had everything needed to enjoy the stay from beach chairs , basketball for the court to aloe Vera. there was coffee and few water bottles , the AC was great. super clean I was beyond Impressed. the hostess was amazing and helpful with all questions

You can't beat the location. The pool is right outside the condo and the beach right behind that.

This property is close to the airport. It had beach and pool access. the host is wonderful, great communication and even provided thoughtful recommendations for our time in San Juan.

this unit is on the ground floor next to the pool, so it does get loud at times

Superb

This was the perfect place. The stuido was spacious, comfy and clean. I will provide everything you need to include beach towels and chairs. There is even free reserved parking in the garage if you rent a car. The location is absolutely amazing. You can walk right out the door to the pool or beach. Walgreens, bars, restaurants, and so much more a just a few steps away. Inside and outside of the studio, I felt extremely safe at all times. Eileen, the host, is incredibly nice and welcoming. She recommended restaurants and things to do. You will love it here!

My stay was pretty good had a good time I would book it again you do feel safe there

I liked that it had a kitchen and the bed was comfortable

I didn’t like the fact that the shower didn’t work you can only take baths
