Overall our stay was good.

Beach access and views from the apartment are exceptional! The morning view from the master bedroom are beautiful! The bed is very comfortable! We stayed 6 nights and it was very quiet which I loved! You book this location for the views.

It was hard to find the location when you put the address in maps. I had to look at the pictures to figure out where the apartment was located. There are multiple keys needed to get up to the room. There was sand on the couch and in the beds but that’s expected when your so close to the beach I suppose. The sink to the master bathroom was clogged so every time we used it the water would stay in the sink for some time. They did not allow marquee letters on the beach for a wedding proposal. We had to adjust our plans for my daughters proposal because the host said that wasn’t allowed but I did not know marquee letters are not allowed on some beaches. That was VERY disappointing to say the least!

While we were assigned a parking spot, residents of the building were at times inconsiderate and took our spot over night. after speaking with a resident, she knew who the vehicle belonged to and the person vacated the spot. Overall, it was uneventful.

Beautiful apartment right on the beach and the host was great

Broken microwave, toilet seat, bed. The floor was not swept on arrival there was fine black hair in every room. If the place went through a renovation it would be amazing

Best place to stay when you come to San Juan!!

The views this place had was unbelievable, absolutely breathtaking. The whole unit was clean and comfortable and equipped with pretty much everything you will need. The host Ramon was extremely helpful and they even had a pack of water in there for us. Very quiet location surrounding and walking distance to food if you don't have a car. If you do have a car the property offers once parking spot.

Everything was great, the only complaint would be the master bedroom wall unit was leaking pretty bad we had to keep towels and even at one point a bucket under it.

this could be a lovely place, but it needs a deep cleaning and maintenance.

the location was convenient and there was free parking.

it was really dirty and not well kept. I had to pull about two cups of hair and grime from the shower drain to clear the pool of water that collected when I took a shower. it is clear that the bare minimum is done to clean between guests. the washing machine smelled awful of mildew. there were bugs that but us everywhere. the person in the flat next door had a dog who he clearly never let out of the apartment. the odor of urine in the hallway was overwhelming and only partly abated by my opening the windows for the entire duration of our stay.

The view was amazing! Ramon, the host, was great! Very professional!

Sine item need replacement or need fixing. The prize is high; si, I will not be able to rent as often as I would like.

Location Location Location!

The property was not ready at the time promised 3pm- we waited outside in the heat while the cleaners were in the apartment. We were finally let in to find that they were still cleaning/ washing linens/ making beds; etc.. The apartment was not properly cleaned after their departure- the previous guests wet laundry was also left in the washing machine among hair, make up, unknown stains left all around the apartment. It was pretty uncomfortable especially during a pandemic where cleaning is top priority. We were pretty disappointed since we read so many great reviews. I would not stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed everything. The view is absolutely amazing. The home came equipped with alot of things you can take to beach and it beautiful on the inside of this unit. I can't wait to return.

Our Host Ramon was very nice and helpful with helping us get comfortable in the condo and places we need to visit. the condo was very clean and spacious, The beach was in our backyard we really enjoyed our stay!
