Overall I loved the hotel, would stay here again but would prefer a lower floor for less noise.

The staff was great, the breakfast was amazing and the beds so comfortable!

Since we were in the 9th floor - the rooftop music was super loud which made it hard to sleep before midnight. Maybe lower floors are quieter..

Это были самые ужасные 2 ночи в моей жизни. Музыка орет до 4 утра так, что трясется кровать. На все мольбы исправить это, персонал сам орал на ресепшене с друзьями так, что это добавляло дискомфорта

Excellent choice particularly if you want to party

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, modern and clean rooms.

Could get noisy on the weekends as it’s pretty close to a club, had hard time sleeping on Saturday night.

The bed, the location, the large room.

The shower not always had hot water. The breakfast is healty but everyday pretty the same (avocado sauce on everything)..

Excellent stay at this top quality hotel right off the main Poblano strip. Fabulous service and breakfast.

Beautiful building and room, breakfast was stellar, super friendly service (they let us check in early at 6am for no extra cost).

Pagas por una cama / no una experiencia. En lo personal fuimos a este hotel porque éramos dos amigas solas, y quería

*Rooftop casi inaccesible *Habitaciones sin espejo cuerpo completo (para viajes de amigas es importante) *No cambian toallas , estuve 3 días usando la misma , las pedímos y nunca llegaron limpias. Pagas por una cama / no una experiencia. En lo personal fuimos a este hotel porque éramos dos amigas solas, y queríamos disfrutar de una fiesta segura en el rooftop del hotel, subimos a cenar y tomar una copa a las 9:30 pm y ya la cocina había cerrado y era imposible siquiera ingresar, este rooftop lo sobre llenan , literal no se puede ni caminar, ya que tiene acceso cualquier persona, (es abierto al público exterior) pero realmente tiene una capacidad muy pequeña, así que si estás pensando reservar aquí , porque podrás disfrutar de este servicio, no vale la pena. Hay hoteles con rooftop más grandes y exclusivos, en mi caso tuve que ir a disfrutar la vista de la ciudad a otro rooftop. La música se escucha completamente en las habitaciones, yo estuve en el piso 5. El servicio del personal fue ok , ya que no saben diferenciar a sus huéspedes de las personas que ingresan del exterior, tuve que mostrar mi tarjeta de habitación varias veces para que pudieran, ser amables. En la noche te toca usar escaleras ya que el ascensor está saturaron también. Si eres colombiano (@) asegúrate de sumar el 19% del IVA a la tarifa que te dan ya que no la incluye el precio en Booking. Resaltó la ubicación del hotel , es excelente.

Modernes, lebendiges Hostel in Poblado

Das Personal des Hostels war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war kompakt, sauber und modern, ebenso das Badezimmer. Das Bett war bequem und groß. Zusätzlich hängt im Zimmer auch noch Merch von der Hostel eigenen Marke :D Die Rooftopbar bietet einen schönen Blick über Medellin bei Nacht. Frühstück war á la carte und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Die Preise in der eigenen und etwas kleinen Rooftopbar sind gehoben, sowohl bei den Getränken als auch bei den Speisen. Wäsche Service sehr teuer (da lassen sich einige deutlich günstigere Alternativen in direkter Umgebung finden). Im Frühstück war nur ein Gericht + Getränk inkludiert, alles weitere musste extra bezahlt werden.

Upbeat , nice location in the heart of it all.where music arts and San a mile selection

Location was great. Good for nightlife, restaurants, shopping. Exploring. I felt very safe to walk around the neighborhood.rhere was a supermarket and Various bakeries close by.. Many local artist exposing their work. Handmade Souverniers up for sale.

It was a great stay, the staff was extremely helpfull and welcoming. Breakfast was particularly nice and rooms are really big with a nice shower

Waiting for the lift to go up or down takes time as there is only one to serve alm floors (including g the roof top), so sometimes the evacuation stairs were very appealing. Acoustics in the room were very low, so let's say it is not very discreet as "noises" travel far

the location is great. You will stay in the pink area of the El Poblado. Room was spacious and breakfast was delicious.

The noise of the roof top guests and the sound coming from the rooftop was very uncomfortable and kept us awake till 4:00

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling as couples

The views from the rooftop of the hotel are stunning, I enjoyed watching the sunset from the pool. Also, my room was perfect and was always clean, had everything I needed to enjoy my trip. The food they offer at the hotel is delicious and varied, I loved the buffet breakfast, very good presentation and all the food was delicious.

I wouldn’t categorize it as a hotel, since it feels more like an Airbnb with cleaning included. Being in room 1002 was awful during weekends since the hotel has a little rooftop for the public and it banging until 4 am. wifi was horrible, the staff did try their best.

The guy receptionist who was at our service during our stay was very professional and nice, and tried to help us where he could.

Never do your laundry here. First of all, they charge you more than €3 for a sweater or a pair of pants. For 1 piece of underwear (this is also the case for women's panties) they charge you almost €1 per item. However we needed to get it done so we gave our laundry to the receptionist. My boyfriend's white sportpants got back pink (because they washed it with my red sportpants) and they didn't iron any item eventhough that was promised. The total price of our laundry was €20 for a few items, and the only way we didn't have to pay the price, was if we would leave the white (now pink) pants at their hotel and not take it with us to our next destination. Ridiculous service if you look at the fact that we paid €80 per night at this hotel.

Party hôtel dont Come here to sleep

The lovely breakfast on thé morning (one advocado bun with fruit juice and a plain coffee : dont ask for extras they dont have)

0h to sleep. 4 discothèques around thé hôtel, high level of noise in the room of the beats, bed was shaking. At 6.00 al parties stopped but continued in the guest rooms with heavy music, slamming doors, drugs abuse and orgies. No thanks. Stay only here When u like to party !

DO NOT stay here if you want to sleep.

The decor, the room, the very hot shower (unusual in Colombia), the breakfast, the helpful staff.

The constant NOISE from either the rooftop bar, the club next door (until 5am every night), the bar downstairs or the street. I appreciate Medellin is a busy, party city but the level of noise was just unbearable making it nearly impossible to sleep. Also, private parties organised on the rooftop not allowing hotel guests! And lastly, charging extra for milk in our coffee for breakfast was just petty. Overall a very unpleasant experience, we could not wait to leave!

the design and the location

the room facilities, several items listed like hairdryer, iron, soundproofing where not there, it was not possible to get room service, the breakfast was terrible (tasted like prepackaged fruit and the avocado toast was inedible), the bar was more like a disco, a lot of noise until late and then at 7am the cleaning crew made so much noise. this hotel is designed by someone who has never stayed in a hotel before. the front desk staff was nice and all the rest (bar, cleaning, breakfast was just terrible) we had breakfast included for 2 but they said it was only breakfast for one.

Good place, bad organising and bad customer service.

the location is good and the room is nice and big.

you can here the music at night from the outside and it plays all night long. besides that they have a roof bar on top of the rooms at the top floor where we were living. the bar closes at 24:00 and they play music loud until that time. you can hear everything from the room. after that it takes them 45 minutes to clean the bar when they drag chairs on the floor and you can hear everything so you can only sleep after 1 AM.

Great location. Great beds and vibe. Nice staff. Food was nice too.

-Due to the way the building was developed and the materials used, you could hear things moving arounds on the floor above. -Would have been nice to have the option to add milk to my coffee at breakfast with no extra charge…
