Wir hatten kein FRühstück im Hotel

Laute Geräusche vom Lift. Klimanlage ins Fenster gebaut. Apartement im Keller mit kleinem Kellerzimmer (keine Fluchtmöglichkeit bei Brand). Nicht zu empfehlen!

it’s very good located in the soho area, has coffee shops and restaurants near by

the location was amazing, staff were friendly and the facilities were good

shower leaked a little when you were in the shower for too long, it also didn’t have a full length mirror in the room

Overall a great stay in a convenient location.

Fabulous location and a very comfortable bed. Room was laid out well and bathroom was well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property needs some work. Technically the room was clean but dirty windows, scuffed walls, and other wear and tear made it feel less so. However for the good price we didn't mind these issues too much.

No-frills boutique hotel suitable for budget travelers. Easy access to several subway lines.

Chose this site for the location (halfway between Brooklyn and uptown museums, plus close to 2 subway stops) and price. Pleasantly surprised by boutique hotel atmosphere and LOVED our first room, which was at the front of the hotel with a view of Chrysler Building and on sixth floor so no street noise. Room size is small, which didn't bother us. Bathroom was a decent size, tho water in shower took a while to get hot. We were able to stash our car in a garage a couple blocks away at hotel-only rate of $40/day, which is cheap for New York. There's a Whole Foods right across the way and any number of (pricey) bistros in the district to the west. We went east and found a fantastic Jamaican fusion restaurant.

We extended our stay for another night and ended up in a second-floor room that let in a lot of noise from nearby rooms, for some reason. We didn't have that problem in our first room.

the location was right near a subway

Our first impressions of the property were not great, we were greeted by the front desk agent on check in and check out who made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her day. Our room was okay. The floors were very dirty and television did not work, thankfully it was only a one night stay. An okay option for a short stay in New York.

Great location close to a lot

Great location for our stay in New york. Yes the rooms are small but it fine for a quick stay. There are a lot of nice places to eat, shop, and drink all close by the hotel.

The comfort of the bed and temperature of the room were great. I would have preferred a more substaintial quilt. It was quite thin. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The staff was friendly.

We had trouble getting the proper towels and number in our bathroom. I also prefer having shampoo and body soap in the shower. There was none. We needed to change our sheets after the cleaning staff was gone for the day, and we had to change the bed ourselves. That was wrong.

Disgusting, both hygenically and in customer service

Staff at least tried to be understanding, but they must be under resourced

After fees and everything, one night ended up being $410. First comforter on the bed stained with blood and make-up. Called FD, they brought us a bed sheet after 20 min. Then went and took another 30 min to bring us another comforter covered in human hair and more stains. When informed of this, they sent someone up with a lint roller the size of a paint roller to pick up the hair......seriously. It was past midnight at this point so we slept without a comforter. In the morning we saw the bathroom better, which was gross, and the shower didn't work. A $410 room. When I asked for recourse, the offered a $40 refund (ridiculous), but I'd have to go through booking.com for more. After days booking.com offered me a $30 refund, less than the first! They finally went back up to the $40, which was the final straw. I called the gatsbys general manger and never heard back, so I contested the charge on AMEX. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, STAY FAR FAR AWAY

The location was good

There was no ice bucket for ice we had to keep asking There was no soap again had to ask and the towels were dirty had to ask for clean ones 1st floor was really noisy But other than that it was great !!! Staff was excellent and friendly!!

Overall, pleasant stay because of the staff and location, but the bathroom definitely sticks out.

The hotel is in a great location, staff is helpful and kind, and there is a parking garage near by.

The bathtub didn’t drain very well, so often the bottom of the bath would fill up while we showered and could be kind of gross. At times, we had to let the water run a little cause it was brown. There are coffee machines in each room but no water, and I didn’t trust the sink water to be drank.

The bathroom was not clean, there were lots of long black hair on wall tiles... hairdryer didn't work, there were no glasses or cups of any kind in the room, the bed lights weren't working.... And the staff refused to acknowledge it and repai it. So, yeah I was disappointed.

Bed had a flat sheet and no fitted sheet so the mattress was exposed. Comforter had a dried blood/food stain on it. Room was way too small. Felt like a hostel rather than a hotel.

Nothing...is absolutely shocking that a place like that is open...never seen such a horrible.decaadent dirty and cheap place in my entire life.

The hotel is cheap , dingy dirty. The furniture is horrible, the mattress very bad. The hotel.is also noisy because is in East Houston road. I made a mistake in the booking of the hotel where i had to stay so i booked this one which was close by for one night for 380 dollars. People stay away from.this place.
