A cool hotel with a nice vibe and very friendly staff.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Samantha, Carlos (?), Chrystal, all were very nice and accommodating, thank you very nice. It made the place feel like home or friends’ home. My friend found this hotel for me, it was a bit cheaper among other NY crazy prices, and Booking.com offered a free upgrade, I believe. I had my doubts, I must confess, but once I was greeted by Samantha and saw my room, I said wow! Mine was a corner room, a small one but with two windows on perpendicular walls, and from the 7th floor it gave a spectacular view! Samantha also told me about the rooftop, and it was a special place, too. Your own tower in the city. Amazing. Even the bathroom had a window. Some people said in the review that there was very little place to put your things, and I sort of agree, there is no closet, but several hangers. But I was there just for a few days, and managed without much storage space. The room is basically just a big comfy bed with two big windows in front and on the side, and it’s great to see the city at sunsets, sunrise, day and night. Thanks. I would definitely stay there again. If the price will remain reasonable :)

The internet wasn’t working on my first night, the staff tried to help getting me connected to the employees network but it didn’t catch signal in my room. But next day they rebooted the system, and everything worked well.

Ich habe jede Minute dort genossen!

Orchard Street ist eine im positivsten Sinne belebte Straße voller angesagter Restaurants, Läden und Bars. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern der höheren Etagen ist überwältigend. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisender hier sofort wohl und sicher gefühlt. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in New York werde werde ich definitiv überlegen dort wieder abzusteigen.

Die zugegebenermaßen sehr kleinen Zimmer mit Bad sind absolut im Rahmen und geben einem ein authentisches Gefühl für New Yorker Wohnverhältnisse. Es wäre nur schön, wenn auch nachmittags warmes Wasser zum Duschen vorhanden wäre.

Super angenehm, werde definitiv wieder kommen!

Top Lage; Zimmer klein aber fein, hat total gereicht + top Aussicht und Rooftop “lounge”; kleine Coffee Bar mit Tee (gratis) vorhanden; werde definitiv wieder kommen! Personal super nett und hilfsbereit

Plastikbesteck wäre hilfreich gewesen :D

great place to stay without busting the bank

great location with plenty to see and do around. the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is great value for money

if I was to say anything then it would be that the wardrobe was a tad on the small side for a couple there for a week.

Helpful staff and overall pleasant stay on the eleventh floor.

Liked the customer service at the hotel as we initially had a small room and needed more space and we were accommodated for a small fee. The view on the eleventh floor and the roof are wonderful !

internet didn’t work on the eleventh floor for our entire stay. Area didn’t feel safe at times.

Won’t Recommend To Anyone’

Nothing At All.

The Rooms Are Super Small & Its No Sound Proof You Can Hear Everything On Your Floor.

Disappointing

The view was nice.

Each time room service would come they wouldn’t properly supply bathroom towels/mats. Room size was terribly small. Not enough to open suitcases. A few times the room keeping couldn’t take our rubbish. Staff were sometimes friendly.

Good for the price.

Id say for the price is a good choice. It was clean. We stayed for two nights and they cleaned the room and made the bed.

Room was small and even though it’s accesible by metro It’s far from attractions but the price is reasonable.

Dorm room rooms, amazing staff.

Staff went above and beyond at every moment. Proximity to all the cool stuff in lower manhattan.

Rooms felt like dorms. Not that much space for anything.

amazing views

The hotel is located in a great area, near a lot of popular bars and restaurants. The views from my room were amazing! The bathroom also looked like it wad newly renovated which was nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was very small, smaller than most new york rooms I have stayed at. New towels were brought to the room daily, however the bed was only made once during our 4 day stay. It would have been nice to come back to a clean room every night, but it wasn’t a huge issue since it wasn’t a long stay.

the location was amazing lots of night life and food really liked the roof top area aswell

great location but very basic accommodation

location was great

linen was stained, room was shabby - needed painting in lots of areas. lift was often out of service. not easy to get drinking water. room amenities could be improved.

I would not recommend

was not well kept, noisy and the overall feeling wasn’t great

didn’t give me a sense of cleanness, they didn’t come to clean the room lying about the excuse and the receptionist lady couldn’t care less. she was quite unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Tiny but mighty

Amazing location, really clean and basically perfect as an inner city crash pad. Bed comfortable, and the shower was teeny but with great water pressure.

The room is tiny, and I was glad I was travelling alone, I reckon with 2 people it would have felt a bit claustrophobic.

it was a beautiful sight on the floor I was on !

the view of the city and the rooftop was beautiful!

For the price that I paid and with the TV not working kind of had me upset. I asked multiple times at the front desk to fix it but only one time someone came. he fixed it then it just cut off 20 mins later.
