Excellent sejour en famille!

Tres bon hotel avec un accès simple à Universal Studios et à la station du train pour revenir à la gare principal de Shin Osaka. Le petit déjeuner a été tres bien avec assez de choix pour le petit déjeuner. On n'attendais pas pour y acceder et le personnel toujours tres aimable et souriant!! Nous avons beaucoup aimé le séjour.

USJとの一体感！

ユニバーサルシティウォークの延長上にあり、USJとの一体感が感じられる。またこちらのホテルは朝食が大変満足感があるので朝食付き予約をお勧めします。

立地条件が良いため致し方ないですが、もう少し宿泊費が抑えられたら言う事なしです

バイキングが種類豊富!!

朝食のバイキングが美味しかった。スモークサーモンとフレンチトーストが特に美味しかった。種類が豊富で、また利用したいです。お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

設備上どうしようも無いですが、氷が欲しいときに2階まで降りないと氷が貰えないのが少し面倒だと思った。

整體很方便，樓下就有便利商店，JR一出來就看到飯店，環球影城也很近。

浴室乾濕分離、廁所也單獨一間對多人房客非常方便

四人房型垃圾桶應該大一點，因為去環球影城回去腿大概都廢了，吃泡麵的房客應該不少，一點點垃圾就滿了！

キレイで快適でした。朝食がおいしくて、隣りの人とも距離がとってあってよかったです。

部屋の位置がパーク側ではなかったので、海側でしたが、配管？の目の前だったので、ビューがよくありませんでした。

Clean and friendly midrange hotel, perfect for those visiting universal studios.

Location to universal studios was perfect. The staff were kind and attentive. The rooms were small but very clean and user friendly.

すごく良かった。

バスとトイレが別で、ベットが3人分ちゃんとあって快適でした。掃除も行き届いていて清潔でした。フロントの接客、掃除担当の職員さん達の笑顔が素晴らしかった。

テーブルがもう少し大きいともっと良かった。部屋にティースプーンを置いておいて欲しかった。

This location offered us a conveniently located stay while providing a warm and welcoming environment to improve our ove

We were very impressed by the hospitality and welcome greeting we received immediately upon entering the hotel. A staff member was there and ready to guide us through every step of the check-in process. Upon checking in, they gave us small stickers and themed towels as a token of thanks for staying at the property. I thought this was a nice touch. After checking in, we had someone escort us to the elevator and assist us with operating it. The room itself was beautiful. Our space was very clean and had all the amenities we could need. If we were missing anything, we could find it at the amenity bar in the hotel lobby, which was available for all guests. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and stocked with water, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and information to aid in our experience. I appreciated the modern technology including the key insert at the door of the room that controls the electricity, saving power when you leave and remove your key from it. During our stay, we enjoyed both the breakfast and lunch buffet, which were both great. We had an easy time finding something we liked due to the large array of options and helpful staff stationed throughout the dining space. With the convenience of the buffet right in the hotel, I would recommend purchasing the meal vouchers especially if you are going to Universal Studios early in the morning. The buffet opened at 6:30am on the day we visited the park, so we were able to eat before leaving. Whenever we returned from the park, we were grateful to have a convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel, offering us the option to get any snacks or refreshments needed. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was within a few minutes of walking to both the train station and Universal Studios. Upon checking out, we had a very quick and smooth process. We also shipped luggage to another hotel for our next stay and was pleasantly surprised at the cost.

We were very satisfied with our stay, so we do not have anything to share that we didn’t like.
