Location OK once you found it.

Paying to check out at 11am. Seems like a rip off. Water only on first day.

Gave me a smoking room despite asking for non smoking

Conveniently located, short walk from the train station. Easy access to Dotonbori and Shinsaibaishi.

They gave me a smoking room despite selecting non smoking. It reeks and I had to open up the windows for ventilation and sprayed the entire room with deodorizer. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking but traditionally hotels in Japan allow smoking in some rooms. Guess the previous guests are still smoking in the rooms despite it's no longer allowed.

Great place to stay if you can snag it with discounts or promos. Great locations as well

Location, location, location! - near enough to the shopping and train station but far enough that it does not have that many tourists crowding/walking around. Close enough to Namba stations as well. Good places to eat near by both Japanese and a Western style burger joint. There is a Lawson convenience store right in front as well as a 7-11 about 250 meters away. Staff were professional and had good knowledge of the area to offer suggestions and directions. They could understand English quite well. No language barrier issues.

Room - small but adequate. Will be a bit difficult to open checked-in luggage (20's and 28s' sized or larger) unless you open them up on your bed. The comfort room has a step up entrance that can be a little difficult for seniors, persons with disabilities or toddlers. getting into the small bath tub might also be a bit of a challenge. Toilet is small for plus sized people Pillows could be better.

Great!

Very neat and clean. Location is perfect for those who love to eat and shop. It is near the train station as well. Breakfast buffet is reasonable too!

Very good location , few mins from the namba train station with direct access to the airport; Lots of food choices and shops

The bed abd pillows are not that comfortable ; probably need to renew indeed

Маленький уютный номер на 14 этаже. Было очень чисто + прекрасный вид из окна. В 5 минутах станция метро, удобно было поехать в аэропорт KIX Осаки. В номере был фен, зубные щетки, классные удобные расчески)

Интернет был не очень быстрый.

It was a good stay.

APA hotels are solid. Decent bed, decent bathroom, clean, comfortable, good location and accommodating staff. This was no exception.

I really didn't like the big hole in the middle of the corridors. It was a bit scary, especially travelling with a young child and staying on a high floor. I like APA hotels but I probably won't stay here again because of that. Everything else was good.

about 10-15 min walk from JR station and brown F subway line

- there were signs in the elevator that if you’re tattooed and enter the public bath, you’ll get kicked out of the hotel. that’s a bit offensive, grow up, tattoos are normal thing anywhere else in the world. - laundry machines and dryers don’t work very well, don’t waste your money on them and use the ones just outside the hotel - plus they’re cheaper

good location but beware of small rooms

Location is very good, 5 min from Namba and surrounded by restaurants. We had a double room for one night with great views (13F).

As all APA hotels, room is very tiny. Expect not to be able to open your luggage and have where to walk. I didn’t like the fact luggage could not go under the bed like other APAs.

clean, good location and good value if you just want somewhere to sleep

good location. room had lots of free toiletries. bed was comfy. shower was nice. good value for money.

room was small. nowhere to leave our suitcase (but ironically had a suitcase stand!)

Good location at good price.

The location is near Namba station and within walking distance. As for the price, it is very good value for money.

The rooms are pretty small and one the luggage is opened, basically not much walking space if you have a big one.

Perfect location

Great location. Just walk only 3 min to Nankei namba sta. If you take morning flight at Kansai airport I would recommend this hotel.
