I have a score of 10, I give you only 9.

At first when I booked, I thought the hotel was convenient for traveling. But on the first day of my stay, I was late, causing the exit door near the hotel to be closed, causing me to walk in the cold to check in. I stayed here for 5 nights, but there was only 1 cleaning. Room service just hung the amenities in front of the room every day, that's all.

I don't like Front's attitude(man) 07DEC24 around 23.59 hrs. First counter, right side, which is that he doesn't trust me. There are some signals that I can see, even though I can't understand Japanese. But the behavior is inappropriate. He should receive more training.

Konum olarak merkezi bir noktada. Higobashi istasyonu girişi hemen kapının karşısında.

Rien à dire à recommender, la chambre était propre avec une belle vue, un peu à l’étroit si elle était un peu plus grande ça aurai été mieux, le petit déjeuner impeccable beaucoup de choix.

8百室以上もあるのに、エレベーターが4機しか無い普通じゃ考えられない安かろう悪かろうでは困る。今回はフェスティバルホールに近かったので、仕方なく取ったが、次回からは泊まらない

今回の目的地に関して言えばタクシーを利用するのに良い距離だった。

朝食が前回や前々回に比べ段々品数やクオリティーが下がっている。大浴場のお湯がぬるいし、シャワーヘッドの一部が壊れている。

駅から近い、目的地のフェスティバルホールも近い

A clean, modern hotel in a relaxed area of the city.

I loved the location. It was out of the way of the tourist areas, and so was very relaxing. There are many nice places to eat and drink nearby, and is quite close to public transport. The view from the room was amazing!
