A real 4-star hotel!

Excellent location, helpful and professional staff, amazing buffet breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade, so we got a larger room!

Walking distance to Termini station

Very close to the main train station. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices were offered. Both Italian style breakfast and continental breakfast.

The bathroom and in particular the shower need a good renovation. Shower was not working properly, it was very old and not well maintained. There was not enough pressure for the water to come through enough and the temperature of the water was not even close to warm. For summer days is ok but during winter it is inaceptable.

Perfect for us! photo attached was our balcony not the lobby!

I loved this hotel. The location was excellent. the room (603)and balcony was spacious and so clean. the bed was amazing, my husband needs his feet elevated after a long day and that comfy bed did not disappoint. they even provided a foam pillow for me. The staff went out of their way for us (Delta lost our luggage). Breakfast was abundant, hot and cold… so many choices.

location only. Honesty of one of housekeeping who found my wife's expensive shoes after checkout. Though they did not call us to pick them up.

had several problems -airport pickup charged me more than agreed and after several talks they solved it. -did not clean the room although requested three times. last day was cleaned -no still water at all and asked me to drink from the tap - room and bed too small for a copule

Superb

The staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault them. Breakfast was also great! Lots of choice and very tasty. We had to leave before 4am to catch our plane and they made us breakfast bags with fruit, water, a pastry and some crackers in. Very kind!

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The first room I was given was very small but the staff was very nice and offered me a new room the next day, when I asked.

Breakfast staff is friendly

Breakfast could be better with fresh juice for example. Rooms are far too small and dated. This isnt a 4**** hotel as they sell it, but rather a 2 or 3**

A decent place to stay and excellent value for money.

A decent place to stay at, right next to the train station and within a walking distance from the important attractions. A good breakfast with a nice variety of products. Beds are very comfortable though the massage mattresses are a bit of an overkill.

The hotel is slightly worn and could have earned from a light renovation, the two elevators are slow, small and separated from each other, making their use a bit cumbersome.
