Soddisfazione al massimo su tutti punti di vista

Sono stata benissimo in questo albergo, personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia e servizi impeccabili. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Πολύ όμορφα στην Πράγα!

Η θέση ήταν δίπλα ακριβώς στο ιστορικό κέντρο αλλά και στην νέα πόλη. Γενικώς κοντά σε όλα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τεράστιο και πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ καλό και πλούσιο πρωινό. Πολύ καλό και το εστιατόριο στο ισόγειο.

Δεν βλέπω πότε τηλεόραση στις διακοπές, αλλά για πρώτη φορά χρειάστηκε SMART TV και δεν έχει.

Great location

Friendly staff. The welcome drink was lovely and pink for valentines. The room was nice and clean

Value for money. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Hotellet lå svært sentrale med Metro rett i nærheten. Gamlebyen og Nybyen var bare noen skritt unna. Personalet var hyggelig og imøtekommende. God frokost. Virkelig mye for pengene.

Litt mye støy fra gata med åpent vindu, men det måtte vi vel regne med når hotellet lå så sentralt.

La habitación era amplia y bien calefaccionada.

No se parece a las fotos, el mobiliario es viejo, desgastado. El personal no es amable, particularmente la gente que asiste en el desayuno, casi groseras.

the location was very good, near to the city center, shopping and other attractions.

the rooms could have been maintained better.Some lamps were not working, not very clean floors

Would highly recommend

Breakfast was comprehensive, lots of choice, excellent filter coffee. Ideal position to explore the old town of Prague. Staff very helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

Amazing

Everything was absolutely perfect! The place is undeniably amazing. The breakfast was incredibly delicious too.

I wanted to bring to your attention that the WiFi was really struggling. It's been quite frustrating trying to get any work done. Is there any chance this could be looked into and fixed soon?

Overall nice but need to look at food portions. Never before left a Czech eatery hungry.

Very nice location near to the tram lines. Property was clean and comfortable.

Having been to Prague on a number of other occasions we have been spoilt with fantastic friendly staff and a warm welcoming atmosphere. It could be that because we were only here for one night, the staff did not have that usual friendly vibe and the food portions in the resultant were quite small.

Would like to visit again.

Great location, good breakfasts, great ambiance, friends really enjoyed the beer room, we had big room. Per Rick Steves, noise was a problem. We had a room directly over the bar and never heard a sound, but it was 35F outside and all the windows were closed.

Estancia muy comoda y perfecta

Las camas eran comodisimas y la ubicación es excelente ya que a prácticamente todos los sitios turísticos llegas en 5-10 minutos. Sin duda alguna si volvemos a Praga nos volveremos a quedar aqui

Lo único que nos resultó un poco incomodo es que cada vez que te ibas del hotel tenias que dejar la llave en recepción y a la vuelta cogerla. Si estan atendiendo a alguien te toca esperar para subir a tu habitación.

Posizione centrale, letto comodo buono anche il ristorante al piano dì sotto, ottima colazione

Unique historic hotel with attached restaurant

Very convenient location and historic accommodations. Breakfast was fantastic!!!

There were a few extra charges - they add a city tax charge per person, charge $10 to use the room’s air conditioner etc.

The location in the city and layout of the family bedroom was perfect. Great breakfast facilities.

The staff in the restaurant closed the bar without any notification..I had a long delayed flight and was looking forward to a few beers but the staff in the bar closed it at 10.35 pm

It was amazing!

The way the receptionist ladies treated me, they are so kind, friendly and helpful, also the guise in the restaurant and the bar they were amazing. The room was quite I felt comfortable.

That using Ac is extra charge, specially it was so hot!

Great location, friendly staff, but the top floor rooms were awkwardly organized with no desk.

Well located and cosy hotel in a great area of Prague. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was on the 3rd floor, which was required me to walk up an extra set of stairs after taking the elevator. The room was en attique, which was awkward to crawl around the support beam in order to open and close the window. It would have been nice to have a desk in the room I was in.

Great location.

The rooms were spacious and quaint with their old fashioned furniture and feel. The location of the hotel was great! The adjoining restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was great.

The staff could have been a little nicer upon check in.

Superb

We had great time in the hotel. Our room was facing the street but was not noisy. Only the claning car came around 8am, that made some noise. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom very clean. Breakfast was fabulous, freshly baked pancake, pates, lots of variety of savoury and sweet delicacy. The hotel is only 10 minutes walkig distance of the king's road and the Charles bridge. The other side of the main road there is a shopping mall next to the metro station. The hotel is easily reachable by metro from railway and bus stations. Parking is difficult and costs a lot. You can leave the luggage in the hotel for free.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the Old Town and all the main sights. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfy and breakfast was filling.

Very near to everything. NIce large room. Good breakfast.

We had a wobbly shower head, but a hairband was a good temporary fix.
