desayuno excelente, con vista al lago, destaco que había pan sin gluten. La vista de la pieza maravillosa, la ropa de cama, la calefacción me hicieron sentir muy cómoda. Muy limpio y grande la habitación, volvería sin pensarlo.

al frente de mi pieza que era excelente habia un foco de luz muy fuerte directo a mi ventana lo cual para dormir con las cortinas abiertas molestaba pero una de las noches que me quedé la apagaron.

Excelente fin de semana en Puerto Varas

Vamos hace 8 años al Hotel, bien ubicado, excelente vista, desayuno abundante, buenas camas. Hicimos el check out a las 11 am y pudimos dejar las maletas todo el tiempo que lo necesitamos, nos entregaron una tarjeta de acceso para seguir utilizando las instalaciones.

Tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran las almohadas, tenían mal olor. Arrendamos la tinaja y al momento de usarla el agua estaba fría, tuvimos que salirnos de inmediato.

La ubicación muy conveniente, el desayuno agradable.

La pileta y el spa se encuentran en un edificio separado. La calefacción en la habitación no funcionaba al máximo y el agua salía tibia. El agua de la pileta climatizada tampoco estaba suficientemente caliente.

Lindo fin de semana

De la habitación me encantó la cama extra grande y cómoda, la pieza tenía una vista maravillosa al lago. También me gustó la variedad en los desayunos y el hotel en general.

Uno de los motivos por los que quise conocer este hotel era su piscina temperada y me desilusioné cuando me metí al agua porque estaba tibia (casi fría) y pensaba estar unas 2 horas para disfrutar pero no duré ni media hora. Después quise ducharme en los camarines pero el agua salía helada, así que nada, no me gustó mucho esa experiencia. Otro punto es que las tarjetas de acceso se echaban a perder a cada rato, teníamos que pedir que las activaran nuevamente, aunque el personal tuvo muy buena disposición siempre.

Hermosa vista

La vista al lago es lo mejor que tiene el hotel y el desayuno muy completo. La habitación es cómoda y con calefacción ajustable según lo que uno necesite.

Las cosas que no me gustaron son tres, pero solo una es del hotel. La aislación de los techos/cielos no es tan buena pues se escuchaban los niños que estaban en la habitación de arriba y me impedían dormir. Las otras dos fue que al ir en semana con feriado, estaba muy lleno el desayuno y también la piscina, por lo que recomiendo no ir en temporada alta. Y con el viento se hacen olas en el lago y se levantan unos muelles metálicos que suenan fuerte por la noche y madrugada por lo que pueden molestar para dormir.

Cercanía al lago y alrededores

Me gustó la cercanía con la costanera del Lago Llanquihue (está a 1 cuadra del lago) y con el centro de puerto Varas ( 2 cuadras), ademas del desayuno muy rico (buffet).

No me gustó que las habitaciones en cabañas quedaran cruzando la calle del hotel, ya que nos tocaron dias frios y habia un gran cambio de temperatura para poder ir a tomar desayuno, o ir al bar del hotel.

Beautiful, if we have the chance we will definitely come back

Great staff and service , all very friendly and attentive. Facilities are awesome 👏🏽, near the lake, super view , good food, top vacation.

Really all is Standard or high level , there is nothing to mention that is not good.

Wonderful view and gorgeous eco cabins - a great place to stay for families in Puerto Varas!

The view was amazing! The cabin itself did exceed our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start every day we were there. The only issue we encountered was that the heating did not work during one of the chilly nights, so we all caught colds. Apparently, the front desk was aware (we discovered on the following day when we asked), but it would have been nice if they had proactively informed us and brought in heating devices as soon as they were aware so that we could have avoided an uncomfortable night. But other than that, the hotel was a wonderful place to stay.

Lack of proactive communication & insufficient helpfulness/friendliness from the front desk. Not up to par with US standards of hospitality. Suggestion: smile to everyone waiting to be seen, let them know you will be with them shortly and ask, in a friendly manner, "how may I help you"? A little cordiality would go a long way to truly making guests feel welcomed.

An old favorite of mine, home away from home...

The location, food, hospitality and views are phenomenal.

The pool area needs updating and is in desperate need of heating. We went in March/April and couldn't stay in the pool as it was quite cold, the outdoor "hot tub" was just as cold as the pool.

Great views and well maintained

I stay in a lot of hotels and I love the view from the cabin and also that is very well maintained. Bathroom is caulked and faucets work well and don’t leak. Bed and floors are extremely clean. I have been here twice already and plan on coming back.

It was a gorgeous view. Great breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. We did have a situation at 8 am in the morning, when the travel agency didn't pick us up and the concierge took care of us an we got transportation.

Can't beat the location and views!

Spectacular views from the room. Good southern breakfast with schedules so it's not too crowded, securing yourself a great view every morning. If you have been to Puerto Varas before, you'll know this location is unbeatable, the best restaurants will be at your doorstep and you'll enjoy free parking on your stay, at a quiet and peaceful area! Almost too good to be true. Also, staff was incredibly helpful every time we needed something. I will be staying at this hotel from now on every time I visit my favourite city in Chile. Thank you!

The hot tub and sauna where closed down due to "maintenance". In a rainy day in the city, this are the things you want to do the most! Please fix them. It'd be nice to let guests know prior to their arrival offering other entertainment options.

Eco Cabañas stay was incredibly relaxing, comfortable, and felt luxurious.

clean, well maintained, easy access down to the beach by the elevator/stairs in the hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff, great amenities, massages, the view is amazing.

The gym is small (but so much to do in Puerto Varas that I didn’t end up using it).
