Great location in heart of town. Staff was friendly, and the B&B had a great German historical feel.

Location was the best, breakfast was good.

I did not like that we could not pay using our debit card the only option was credit card or cash. We end up paying cash, we do not like using oír credit card for this transactions. At our arrival early morning we were offered breakfast however it had a cost which was quite high, we complained about the price and we were deducted 10000 pesos.

Perfect location in town, lovely staff

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the town, just 2 blocks from the lake. Easy access to restaurants but still quiet at night. 24/7 front desk staff was appreciated. Breakfast was lovely, we appreciated the made to order eggs. Free parking was available and easy! I would definitely stay here again due to the lovely staff and location.

Cozy place, great location. Good shower, good wi-fi, ok breakfast.

You can’t get in freely, you’ll have to ring the bell and someone has to open physically. Every time. They open in matter of seconds, but it feels a little weird for a hotel.

Clean. Very central location.

Unfortunately lots of street noise and music until early morning hours during my stay. Older bed/bedding, room, bathroom. Very little info on arrival, no internet password, no info on breakfast etc. Very basic breakfast. Probably a place I would recommend if you like 1970s art deco and associated reduction in comfort, and not minding to be part of lively street vibes from your room.

You must go to this wonderful hotel at least once.

It's like if you were staying in your grandpa's house. A really good place where you can feel like home. Great breakfast, excellent coffee. They are very kind and they make you feel like home. A wonderful place. A fair price.

Lovely quirky hotel in the centre of town

Great location in the middle of town. Lovely breakfast. Really quirky and stylish hotel. Free parking in a very central location.

Mattress was very old and collapsed in the middle of the bed. Would be great to get these replaced!
