Superb BnB in a desired location with warm & gracious hosts.

Best BnB hosts 10 stars. José & Susana are very helpful, gracious, communicative and enjoy meeting their guests. Entire place is spotless, very comfortable, excellent Wi-Fi, ample breakfast with a big pot of good coffee. Location is our favorite area to stay in Pto. Varas for ease of walking everywhere, safe, and nearby amenities. We loved having Emma wag her tail to greet us. We will gladly return and stay here.

Excellent B&B in Puerto Varas

The location was excellent - it was quiet but you could easily walk to the downtown where the restaurants were. The hosts were lovely. We stayed 3 nights and the mom made me different gluten-free desserts for breakfast each morning. There is a nice sitting room and there is parking on site.

Lovely stay with good breakfast

Very friendly host, good breakfast, nice location, cozy and very clean rooms. The living room was very warm and inviting us to relax and play a board game. I highly recommend staying here.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay with Susana and her family. The rooms are bright and spotless with very comfy beds, and the location is only a few minutes walk from the lake. Car parking and being able to leave a suitcase while in Patagonia for a couple of nights were very helpful. Thanks again!

Well organized, restful, and hospitable

The beautiful hardwood floors and the breakfast was delicious each morning. The elegant presentation of the house, room, and breakfast was impeccable. The host was beyond gracious and went above and beyond in helping us making our stay in Puerto Varas memorable. She provided hiking recommendations and answered our questions as best as she could.

The water in the shower took a little long warm up.

great and cost effective alternative to a bigger hotel

Everything is nice. The room is big and confortable, the bed is huge , the bathroom and shower were top. the breakfast is good and our host Susana is wonderful.

Although the B&B has private parking, it is really a garage entrance where you accommodate 3 cars, one car locks the other, so you have to leave the car keys at the lobby. Only a minor inconvenience to me.

Stay here. Best place ever.

The place is on a very good location at walking distance of the main attraction of the city. The breakfast was AMZING! Every single day we were served by the owner fresh homemade"Kuchen" (Gernam Style Cake). I would total recomend this place to everyone. Each room had new amenities: TV with nnetflix, a very nice bathroom, new bed.

By accident we got the smallest room, that I would recomend to people traveling with small lugage. We got very big and bulky bags so made it a bit uncomfortable. Discussing this with the owner, she told us that we shoud have picked any of the other bigger rooms.

Charming Home, Wonderful Hostess

Susana, our hostess, was very friendly and accommodating. She recommended and made dinner reservations for us at a seafood restaurant just a short walk from the house. We liked having close access to town so we could walk and explore the city of Puerto Varas. We had an early pickup the following morning and Susana prepared our breakfast early to accommodate us. We enjoyed the homemade kuchen and eggs to order.

Loved it

Perfect location— quiet, 1 block from the water, 10 minutes walk to town or to the waterfront restaurants. Our room/bed/bath was great. Breakfast was terrific with an assortment of choices including eggs, oatmeal, fresh bread & cakes. Very easy, relaxing place to spend a few days.

If you want a comfortable stay, a reasonable price and a 5 star hotel service, this is your place!!!

Beautiful interior design, very homie setting, Wi-Fi , walking distance to downtown. superb breakfast menu. Host very gracious, attentive, concern about every detail to make sure your stay is something to remember.
