Le personnelle n’est pas très souriant. Le Check in devait se faire à 14h, mais nous avons eu la chambre vers 15h30. La personne a l’accueil nous a faire savoir que c’était « le bordel ». L’appartement par lui même, oui mais sans plus. Appartement encaissé, des poils et des cheveux dans les salles de bains et toilettes, des la poussières un peu partout. Une expérience pas exceptionnelle

Muito espaçoso: 1 suíte com cama de casal e um banheiro , 1 quarto com 2 camas de solteiro confortáveis e outro quarto com 1 cama de casal. Todos cômodos muito confortáveis. Muito quentinho, aconchegante.

Muy acogedor y la amabilidad de todo el personal, además no ponen problemas en pedir comida a domicilio y las instalaciones son muy cómodas y de buen gusto

Que hubiese que gastar mucha agua, para que salga agua caliente en la ducha, debiesen arreglarlo

El personal muy amable, estaba limpio y era cómodo. El desayuno genial con preciosas vistas. El parking muy accesible, se puede dejar allí el coche y caminar a cualquier sitio (por el día, por la noche la zona está poco iluminada)

Opção confortável, com bela vista e funcionários atenciosos.

As funcionárias foram maravilhosas, super simpáticas e atenciosas, saí antes do horário de café da manhã e a Sílvia deixou todo o buffet montado mais cedo só para minha mãe e eu. Não tem elevador, mas tem elevador para subir suas malas. O quarto é espaçoso, com calefação, cama e roupas de cama confortáveis, prateleiras, armário e locais para organizar suas coisas e colocar sua mala. Ótima limpeza do quarto e do banheiro. O hotel é lindo, com uma vista maravilhosa, a área de lazer com piscina e ofurô, este que não tive tempo de usar e a piscina abre só no verão. A localização não é a melhor, fica a cerca de 15 minutos caminhando até o centrinho e na volta você vai ter que enfrentar a ladeira para subir, mas nada que seja inviável.

O box é muito pequeno, principalmente por causa do tipo de chuveiro que tem e também senti falta de um suporte dentro do box para colocar as coisas (xampu, condicionador, sabonete).

Exceptional

Everything was clean, breakfast excellent, rooms very confortable, private bathrooms very clean and the personnel was very professional, daily towels. We definitely be back to this Hotel with no hesitation. Has private parking.quiet area where you can rest and sleep with no interruptions. And be at the centre of town within five to ten minutes max driving. We recommend this fantastic hotel.

Superb

Even if you don't have a car, it is worth the view of the volcanos, lake, and city. The staff was nice, especially Doña Silvia, who was very kind.

The coffee is not the best, and the breakfast could have more options of fruits.

Location is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room needs to have air circulation. Our room does not have any. No openable windows. The air exhaust in the bathroom is very noisy and cannot be left on in the night. We were a bit afraid of getting asphyxiated as no air opening is available (only a door to outside verranda which we could not leave open in the night). The hotel needs to address this issue seriously. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

Comfortable room, great view

Lovely light spacious room with a great view over the city and the lake. Good breakfast buffet, plus offer of scrambled eggs. Location slightly out of town but fairly easy 15 minute walk. There was also a fridge in the room, which would be useful for longer stays. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wifi not good in the room. When we did get on it was very slow

Overall our stay was great. Puerto Varas has traffic issues which really turned us off.

the bed and pillows were great. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection of food and eggs cooked perfectly. The pastries were excellent . The staff were friendly and very helpful;

It was noisy as we had to have our window open > The room was very warm. There were people talking in the parking lot quite late.
