Soirée et nuit gâchées par la présence de punaises de lit.

Le parking spacieux avec portail fermé la nuit.

Les punaises de lit dans la chambre qui nous ont gâché le séjour. Ayant trouvé une punaise vivante sur la tête de lit en tissu le soir, nous avons inspecté la chambre et en avons trouvé d'autres mortes derrière la tête de lit, dont une écrasée avec une tâche de sang entre le sommier et la tête de lit! Nous avons dû contacter les propriétaires vers 21h30 qui nous ont alors changé de chambre! Attitude de la propriétaire sur la défensive, nous faisant remarquer qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'une infestation! Mauvaise nuit passée évidemment, difficile de dormir dans ces circonstances. Aucun dédommagement ni geste commercial lors de notre départ le lendemain.

Établissement propre confortable, personnel très accueillant et gentil, petit déjeuner de qualité

Lit taille 140 (pour 2 pers d 1m90 et 1,70)mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir, literie confortable.

Si, esta molt correcta

Tot ok. No obstant el preu per persona m’ha semblant molt elevat. 16 Euros. Cal considerar que está en un lloc que no hi han opcions.

A friendly, clean, comfortable hotel with great breakfast and pool.

We received a friendly welcome from Alain, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was perfect and the pool looked great.

There is no fridge in the room.

The staff are so helpful, this hotel is spotlessly clean, as is the swimming pool and surrounding area, heated outdoor pool as well. Excellent over all.

The hotel is a good distances outside of town, and the fact that they don't serve any food after breakfast.

A welcoming hotel, minutes from Carcassonne with a pool to cool off in. The staff furnished us with a list of restaurants. The one we chose was excellent.

A lovely place to stay in Carcassonne. Very close to the Old City by car. Less than 10 minutes and really friendly staff

The staff were very friendly, the room was Beautifully clean, pool was well maintained and well looked after.

The wifi was a little temperamental but we did manage to get by with it.

Brilliant choice and a brilliant stay.

The property and facilities exceeded our expectations. It is situated in a lovely quiet rural area yet on a short distance from Carcassonne. It’s only a few minutes drive to/from the airport. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely both return and recommend to others.

Absolutely there was nothing we didn’t like.

Nice hotel but location a little isolated

Quiet location, nice pool, attentive staff

Location was a little too rural. not much within walking distance. No restaurant facilities after breakfast.

Absolutely Wonderful. 10 out of 10.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It was exceptionally clean. All of the staff were lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Room is big enough for two, very clean. Peacefull place. Located in the middle of French country, you can hear birds all day and night.

Could be problematic if you don't have your car.

I loved the location, so peaceful and quiet and near the city and places of interest. Staff were very attentive,and breakfast was very good.

It was a pity there wasn't a restaurant for dining.

Really pleasant comfortable stay

The hotel is beautiful in beautiful settings .The pool was very welcoming after hot days looking round .We thought the breakfast was really good,the staff couldn’t do enough for us .We would certainly use this hotel again

Could benifit by having a drinks vending machine.Couldn’t get cold drinks after 7 30 pm when the pool closes

Everything about it, was nice. Small hotel in a rural setting, close to the City. We drove to City in approx 6 mins. Very Clean, Quiet & Friendly with a nice Swimming pool area

Excellent and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely couple and bedroom made up with clean towels every day. Immaculate.

Nothing about the hotel every thing about this place is well thought out and well delivered. Breakfast and drinks around the pool are offered , the only extra I could think of is to offer Food on an evening.

Fabulous

Everything about this place is gorgeous. The rooms are delightful, and the pool area so relaxing. Breakfast was lovely too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. And if you like birds look out for the whoop or in the garden.

Superb

We liked the location of the hotel and the private swimming pool. The owners were very friendly and always available when needed. We really spent wonderful days there. Even despite the pandemic situation, all the necessary protocol was well organized in the hotel, bedrooms, swimming pool and in the restaurant for the breakfast. The private parking was also well appreciated.

Bery good stay

Cleanliness, very gentle staff, good cost/benefit.

Didn’t alerted at reservation that they close reception at 8pm. No fittings to hold and secure bath. Only french channels on tv
