Schöne Hotelanlage mit Pool und tollem Garten

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, obwohl es in der Stadt ist mit einem schönen Pool und tollen Garten. Die Unterkunft ist direkt an diese Straße angegrenzt von der man aus nach Tulum Beach fahren kann.

Leider war das Zimmer relativ dunkel, die Terrasse hatte keinen schönen Ausblick, da von Wand eingerahmt und es gab keine Außenmöbel (für Raucher) und auch zum außen sitzen daher schwierig. Wir haben aber auf Nachfrage dann einen Stuhl bekommen. Wir würden empfehlen die Zimmer/Apartments mit weißen Möbel zu nehmen, weil die Zimmer heller und lichtdurchflutender ist. Die Fahrräder die zum Verleih angeboten wurden, waren leider kaputt.

Je n’ai rien aimé

Le jardin de l’hôtel et peut-être l’emplacement correct mais pas exceptionnel sinon rien

La chambre sombre, c’était horrible, on ne voyait pas la lumière du jour, pas de fenêtre, pas de machine à café, pas de café, le frigo faisait bcp de bruit, le parking faut traverser la rue, c’était peut être ma chambre mais je ne trouve aucun point positif…

Es bonito pero hay cosas que mejorar

Es bonito y la habitación tiene lo necesario

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y caían gotas de agua, no tiene estacionamiento privado, hay que dejar los carros en la calle, vi un gato en las instalaciones y uno de los sillones que estaba afuera de mi habitación estaba llena de pelos, las almohadas parecen que están rellenas de bolas. Las cortinas son transparentes y no se siente privacidad

Not that great!

Nice garden

Uncomfortable beds and only one of the rooms had air conditioning. It was very hot and the kids struggled to sleep due to the heath and hard beds. There was very low water pressure in the shower. We booked an apartment with kitchen, however, the kitchen only contained 2 plates even though we were 4 people. The cutlery was dirty. But luckily we brought our own set of plates and cutlery.

The comfort of bed and pillows were horrible as well as the sofa bed too!! My back still hurts :-( It was in the Room 8, downstairs.

The ad on booking for the king room is deceitful

We liked the common area with the pool and the breakfast area. The staff were really friendly. The location is good, walkable and safe.

We had booked a king room with a garden view (we paid more for that) and we had a room in the back of the hotel without garden view, and worse we had a view of the wall. So it was super dark inside. We asked to change and the hôtel was full and it was not possible that day but at the end we they had not changed us room neither give a refund. The room shower was terrible (the swiming pool shower was much better)

Leuk verblijf voor een paar dagen

Leuke kamer met balkon. Prima bed en douche en een ruim zwembad. Het restaurant is ook mooi en het eten daar is ook heerlijk.

Locatie is niet super leuk. Donkere vage straat. Een 15 min lopen naar het centrum en in een niet fijne buurt ( als alleenreiziger)

Easy and comfortable stay

Very nice hotel, well located, friendly staff, welcome drinks was a plus. Options to rent bikes and motorbikes for a good price.

No hairdryer and the water of the shower wasn’t very hot.

Lovely!

Every staff member I interacted with at XscapeTulum was friendly, helpful, and very professional! My room was clean with a minibar fridge and I particularly loved the private patio. The on-site restaurant was nice; so was the pool. I loved the beautiful grounds with lots of trees and plants and the birds flying around and singing! XscapeTulum's location was good for visiting Tulum Centro. They organize trips which was so convenient for me.

The shower water didn't get hot sometimes and the water pressure was lacking. There was a whirring sound all day and night which impacted my sleep at night…it sounds likes a washing machine that just never stops. I informed the staff during checkout and they seemed to think it may be the building's water pump. I recognize that there may be nothing they can do about it but figured I'd mention it.

Lovely spot

Lovely spot just outside of the main strip, about 10min walk from the bus station. Welcome drinks great, friendly staff. Room was great, big with a balcony and hot shower.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt 2-3 Tage ganz o.k.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage.

Wir hatten gar keine Möglichkeit zumindest nur einen Kaffee zu machen. Es gab im Zimmer nur 2 Gläser. Bad roch extrem nach Abfluss. Unser Doppelbett war extrem schmal. Kein Fernseher, kein Fön und löchrige Handtücher (sind eher Putztücher) in einem 4* Hotel?! Wir freuten uns auf die Terrasse im 2 Stock, jedoch ist der Ausblick auf den Garten von einer Mauer verbaut?!? Wer macht sowas??? Hotel liegt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße. Im allgemeinen waren wir eher enttäuscht.

Hôtel en sympa en ville

La piscine est agréable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des petits déjeuner à prix raisonnable. Location de vélo et de scooter disponible sur place.

Jaccuzi vide à l'arrivée mais il n'y a pas assez d'eau chaude pour le remplir ET prendre une douche. Manque d'intimité compte tenu que le jaccuzi est à l'avant de la chambre et donc beaucoup de passage pour les chambres en rez-de-chaussée. Trop peu de transats pour la piscine vu la taille de l'hôtel. Très mauvaise odeur d'égouts dans la chambre qui n'est pas partie du séjour.

Todo muy lindo, un oasis en el medio del centro.

Lo unico para hacer mas facil a nosotros los extranjeros y creo que a ustedes no les influye tampoco, es entregar la factura al momento que uno hace el check out para asi poder descargar los tax cuando uno se va del pais. Y no tener que estar a la espera de que llegue el mail.

Superb

Great hotel for a family vacation. Large and comfortable apartments with kitchen. Friendly staff. Thorough cleaning everyday. Very nice and clean swimming pool and garden.

Location is a bit far from the center and the beach. The restaurant services require improvement.

Very clean. Great pool. Lovely staff. We could rent scooters and bikes which was great. Food here is yummy too!

Towels changed just once in the 7 days we stayed there. Often toilet rolls not replaced so had to go get more (on 3 occasions) location is perfect if you want to be close to town but the town is not great. I would definitely recommend to stay near the beach.

The staff was very helpful.

1. The upkeeping to the room was very disappointing. We had no choice but to still because of the cancelation fees. 2. The hot tube had mold, flying water bugs and mosquitoes. The bathroom shower was dirty 😩 😒 3 Every day, my husband and I were unable sleep due to the Construction workers sitting in front of our window talking and laughing until I finally asked them, "Move because we were trying to sleep. 4. The cats 🐈 were also disrespectful, making noise 😤 because they were not getting along. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Tulum is lived in and operated by the local population. It is a genuine visit to Mexican life.

Exceptionally friendly caring Staff. The Food was fantastic well prepared and healthy, locally grown. The beach is not nearby, but is easy to get to. The water is so clear and warm. I enjoyed how the restaurants are outside covered and,in the native plants and trees. The pool is never crowded.

Friday night was noisy due to the local bar nearby. Otherwise, it is very peaceful and relaxing.

Staff was amazing, always kind & willing to help. Pool was perfect after a long day in the heat. The food from the restaurant was great (but a bit pricey)

The kitchen was missing the most basics kitchen tools. The oven wasn't working, the stove was broken, we had to borrow a knife from the restaurant & scratches from the reception to get the stove to work.

The hotel is beautiful and location is great. They have a nice restaurant and bar . My room (after a change ) was very specious. Big nice jacuzzi , nice and polite staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Not sure the floor in my room was mopped as it was really dirty. This was obvious each time we walked bare footed. The water in the bathroom is salty and also I think the water in the jacuzzi can be a little warmer (hot top not really working) and cleaner too.
