Could be better with some tweaks!

Pros: the hotel is well located in centro and the staff is amazing. The table service breakfast is also good!

Cons: the room! It is so tiny and minimal from the pictures. It lacks a lot of necessities like more storage, a safe, a minibar, kettle, cups, water bottles. It is sooooo minimal it felts a bit survivable. The shower’s water pressure was terrible but that was fixed with a room change request done quickly with the staff that is amazing! The sound proofing is the second main issue. You could hear ANYTHING in the street specially being close to Che which hosts a bunch of drunk broke hippies that would scream on the megaphone at 2am.

Great stay

Great location, lose to the centre of town (walking distance) yet not noisy. Nice, modern hotel with room size rooms and bed. Only had breakfast once but it was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tulum : ville sympathique mais fatigante

Confort de la chambre / très bon petit déjeuner copieux / personnel très gentil et efficace Très bon emplacement de parking extérieur devant la porte de l hôtel moderne Belle petite piscine beaucoup de charme

Pas d'isolation phonique : les bruits très intenses de façon incessante de la ville nous ont empêchés de dormir malgré les boules Quies Hyper centre de Tulum, ce qui est sympathique pour dîner et flâner,mais très pénible la nuit ! Et l' hôtel est dans un angle de 2 rues passantes Impossible d'aérer la chambre sauf en laissant la porte donnant sur le couloir en coursive, ouverte Pas d' ascenseur et petit déjeuner au 3ème étage en roof top avec escaliers raides

Buen hotel pero muy ruidoso

Bien ubicado. El personal es agradable y el hotel bonito. Habitaciones limpias, cama cómoda y una agradable terraza. La ducha es grande y el agua sale caliente (que después de mi viaje por México durante varias semanas y en varios hoteles, es algo excepcional).

Hay muchos guiris de fiesta alojados, por lo que cuando regresan arman mucho follón y te despiertan. Aunque lo peor sin duda es el ruido de la calle. El hotel está muy cerca de sitios de fiesta y el ruido por la noche no deja dormir... Es una pena porque el hotel está muy bien pero no permite el descanso. Además, por añadir algo decepcionante aunque sin importancia, el zumo del desayuno es de bote y la fruta estaba bastante verde e insípida.

Super Service und ruhige Lage

- Schöner Poolbereich - Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und leckeres Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Man hatte die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Omelettes und Pancakes, dazu gab es Toast, frisches Obst, Saft und Kaffee. - ruhige Lage abseits der Hauptstraße

- als wir dort waren, standen keine Hotelfahrräder zur Verfügung - kleines Bad ohne Ablageflächen

Casi perfecto

La atencion de Daniel y Kevin fue excelente. El desayuno es excelente igual no esta de más considerar agregar un nuevo platillo al menú. Muy centrico

El chico Leo nos corrió de la terraza siendo que yo pedí área de fumar especificando que mi esposo lo ocupaba, creo que es mejor permanecer en la terraza que en la calle

Esta bien para pasar unos días en Tulum

La atención de la persona de recepción, el hotel esta limpio, baño limpio, cama y decorado cuidado. Las habitacion estaba ordenada y limpia. En Tulum todos los hoteles son caros, en Muyu puedes pasar un tiempo bien, esta centrico y la zona se ve segura.

El estacionamiento es abierto, no tiene un lugar cerrado para estacionarse.

l'ensemble du personnel était franchement super sympa ! le gros plus de cet hotel

les chambres qui donnent sur rue.... hyper bruyante, nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, pas possible de dormir dans ces conditions.

Great staff, very good location, clean and cute place.

The location was very good, 7min walk from downtown. There are a lot of food options around - amazing vegan place next door and lots of taco carts at night. Breakfast was very good for the price of the room you pay.

Nice hotel in the centre of Tulum

Nice and clean hotel, very close to the centre but not too much so it would get noisy from the main street. Very kind and friendly staff, good breakfast with a wonderful view from the rooftop. Great price-quality ratio. Parking in front of the hote.l

Bien, sin embargo tienen bastantes áreas de oportunidad las cuales deben mejorar para la experiencia de sus clientes ya

Ubicación y limpieza de la habitación. Me consiguieron un transporte puntual de regreso al aeropuerto.

1.- No ofrecen agua simple embotellada de cortesía a menos que se los pidas. 2.- El lava manos no era funcional ya que no salía la cantidad de agua necesaria para usarlo y cuando lo repararon lo hicieron mal. 3.- Se fue la luz varias ocasiones y no contaban con planta de energía.

Excellent hotel

Staff at the reception is very professional. Check in was supposed to be at 15.00. I arrived from Palenque, after more then 10 hours of travel and the guy at the reception checked if, by any chance, the room could be ready at 13.00. The receptionist welcomed me and let me in at 13.00. I have to thank him because I really needed to get some rest.

Modern Hotel in Tulum for Short Stay

Location is OK, walking distance to center of town. Room decor is minimal and modern, with good firm bed. Staff at breakfast (on roof terrace) is friendly and efficient. Good breakfast.

However, the hotel is next to a bar and the room(s) do not have good sound proofing so it's extremely noisy. Shower could be stronger. It's OK for my purpose of visiting Tulum for work, but I probably wouldn't stay here if I came for vacation.

Amazing stay

Very clean und modern Hotel. The stuff is incredible and the breakfast is unbelievable good. You have a big clean pool, big rooms, beach towels, a big bed, a big flat screen, a balcony. It is near the main road, 10 Minutes away from Super aki, 15 Minutes to the main bus Terminal, 5 minutes to the Collectivo stop to the beach/hotel zone. This was truly a wonderful stay I fully recommend this hotel

No fridge in the room The bed is very firm No sign that you have to put the toilet paper in the toilet bit in the bin. We did clogged the toilet on the first day. Sorry again for this.

It was quite acceptable and appreciated especially for a last minute notice.

The front desk worker when we arrived (at midnight basically) was just awesome to help us, he had to unlock the door--which actually made me feel a bit safer, rather than not. It was a nice area in town I thought too. The worker that checked us out was super nice and friendly as well. Breakfast was not included so we just ate elsewhere since we have food allergies and preferences that could not be met there. But the staff was still very nice. The room was clean, no mold, and the shower had good pressure.

Aesthetically pleasing and lovely staff

The stafff here were lovely and this is a very attractive hotel. it's close to a bike hire place if their own bikes aren't available. Breakfast on the roof terrace was pleasant. the pool is a bit too small for a proper swim but nice for a dip. it's about a mile from the bus station. but it's close to the junction with the road leading down to the beach and out of town to the cenotes so with a bike it's easy to reach both.

our stay was overall amazing!

very friendly staff and the location is great. the hotel is clean and well maintained.

low water pressure but it’s quite common in Tulum and breakfast could be better - one and half slice of a toast bread with butter and marmalade, juice, coffee and glass of juice. you can order pancakes, eggs, smoothies from the menu though.
