Un havre de paix sur la plus belle plage de Tulum

Très bel établissement situé sur la plus belle plage de Tulum. Accueil et service exceptionnels. Beach Club très agréable. Chambres basiques mais récemment renouvelées, modernes et propres. Bon petit-déjeuner, bon menu à la plage. pas de restauration sut place le soir, mais plusieurs bons restaurants à 5-10 minutes à pieds. L’hôtel fait des bons recommandations pour le soir. Prix de la chambre un peu élevé pour ce que c’est, mais on paie l’emplacement, la plage et la quiétude du parc naturel.

Lovely quiet stay in front of the best beach of Tulum and walking distance of the Tulum Ruins.

The staff, facilities and location

Although the location is good, there is roadwork happening and this is something the accommodation can’t do anything about they could have mentioned it far earlier bit better explanation how to get to the place. One time in the afternoon we were in traffic for 30min… But that being said we still recommend coming here as long as you are aware of the situation. It is still the best location for a quite stay.

Superb

The place was really beautiful, clean and organize, all staff really good, specially the girl in the restaurant and floor and Mexican girl at the reception but all in general really polite and excellent customer service.

When we arrive the place was with a lot of works on the road and unfortunately the Tulum ruins also close for works it was not easy to move from there because as a natural park they don't have any public transport so we spend a fortune in taxis.

Hideaway location

Friendly staff, comfy beds and very clean rooms. Lovely breakfast (location and ingredients), perfect hideaway that was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended.

The road to the hotel is currently a construction site, therefore one way drive, guiding information for arrival highly appreciated.

great place fabulous beach

the hotel is near the beach. the beach is wonderful and one of the more beautiful beaches I saw. breakfast is served near the beach which was awsome. the hotel is small but nice terrace for each room and nice garden. the room is equipped with small fridge.

when you come from the beach you bring sand into the room, no way to avoid it. the floor in the room is concrete floor. so the feeling is that it is not so clean, although they clean it every day. it is far from the center, so if you dont have a car it is difficult.

Beautiful hidden gem almost directly on the beach and walking distance to Tulum ruins.

Amazing accommodation, literally 1 min from direct access to a beautiful part of the Tulum beach 10min walk south of the ruins. Didn't expect such a beautiful little hidden quiet gem in such a location. Access to beach club was free so had free sun beds and umbrella and no hassle of minimum spend. Beach restaurant was amazing and staff very friendly. Had a wonderful time and definitely would come again.

great hotel great location super nice beach

great location at the beach, great team at the beach club and restaurant. good set breakfast but with daily variation. comfy and spacious beds, good clean and modern bathroom, every afternoon some cake. pool is great as well as clean beach .

nothing really about the hotel. the location which is a plus (at the beach and in the national park) also means you either can walk to expensive beachfront restaurants for dinner or you need to pay 700pesos round trip for a taxi to Tulum city. after 2 nights at beach restaurants we decided we invest in the taxi and still come out at same costs .

Relax!

Location! Not per se easily accessible, since located in a National Park, but very idyllic and great for a beach relaxation stay. Located closely to the must see Tulum Maya architectural site. And along the coast all locations (restaurants and such) are easily reached by bike. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Since you’re in a National park there is no conventional plumbing.

Staff's Knowledge about sightseeings or nightlife in Tulum very poor Breakfast - very poor and if you want anything more than basic, you have to pay it Wi-Fi - forget about it!!! Visible everywhere, speed zero Beach Club - nice photos on the website, reality different I really recommend the beach club next to this one (left side of the beach) - the same price, much more entertainment

We would definitely recomend to stay in hotel, but go for dinner somewhere else.

We loved the place, all staff was very frielndly, nice clean room. We loved it!

Wi-Fi was reay bad. Food in restaurant was insufficient to the standard of the hotel. Kitchen could do definitely better. We missed some place for sports.

Amazing for the price, location and amenities

Breakfast was ok. Location, beach club and pool were great. Rooms clean and comfy

The wifi in the room was terrible. The coffee was not good. The string lights on the building llmade it look cheap. Light bulbs in the room should be warmer (too white).

I liked the suite, we stayed in # 6. The staff was helpful as well, esp the hotel staff. The proximity to the Mayan ruins was also helpful. The 4pm free coffee and cake was nice, but the quality wasn't consistent unfortunately.

Access to the beach was nice, but we rarely used it because it was too loud. I wish the communication was clearer that this is a beach club first, and hotel later. The breakfast was appalling to say the least. The choice is very limited and the quantity is too less. Felt like a tourist trap from the moment I booked this place - there was consistent pressure to book a tour with them.

The beach is beautiful and walking distance to ruins. The rooms are ok.

There was no wifi. The service at beach club / including breakfast, was not good.

Comfortable stay with beach access and wonderful staff.

Clean rooms with great beach access. beds were all comfortable and rooms clean and well cared for. For more quiet and privacy there is a pool. we especially appreciated the excellent staff that were very responsive and helpful.

Exceptional

The place was really amazing. We stayed in the room with two twin beds. The room was brand new and with plenty of space. The air conditioning was super silent. The bathroom was tidy and clean and also very spacious. The rooms are a two minute walk from the beach which is perfect to stay away from tourists visiting for the day. You can make use of the beach amenities. Thw swimming pool is also really good.

Great stay for a couple of days!

Reception desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Beds are super comfy and the rooms are nice and spacious. The pool area is nice and relaxing. Really close to the ruins and you can use the hotel bikes to cycle there. Breakfast is also great!

amazing time and we were lucky enough to not have sarcasso in the sea.

super nice beach, large sunbeds very comfortable. the restaurant does good food too. the service of the hotel is very good, they are helpful abd very kind.

the rooms with 2 double beds are good but could have been more spacious.

Fabulous!

Location. Beach and facilities are fantastic. Very nice pool. Free breakfast a bonus and good value. Location of amenities were just steps away. Very handy when travelling with 3 year old and 4 month old.All the staff were very nice and helpful. As was manager Diana. We will be back

Really nice and happy .

This little hotel it’s very nice and the location it’s just perfect . All the people around are very nice and helpful .

The ocean was not good , a lot of sargazo , but the hotel and his people had nothing to do with that .
