The perfect place

Everything 20th time in Sharm, first time at Monte carlo. We had our doubts because it has 8.4 rating so we first booked just 2 nights to try., but after the first night we were sure that we will not move to another hotel so we stayed 5 nights. The employees tried to make us happy all the time and asked all the time if we needed anything. The food was more than excellen and tasty you cant ask more. Room was very big and clean with full mini bar Pools and beach Spa Wifi Thank you all We will come back defenetly. אוכל היה לנו מאד טעים ומגוון חבל על הזמן. 11

Everything was perfect more than we expected The only thing you can do is is to add free shuttlle to old market.

Amazing vacation

The hotel is close to the sea, where is a beautiful reef with a wide variety of exotic fish, well-groomed territory, cleanliness in the room, delicious and varied food, very hospitable and friendly staff.

There was a bit of a lack of entertainment, although this is not exactly a disadvantage for a relaxing holiday concept.

it was okay for a couple of nights.

Some of the food served was great but maybe the variety of the food needs to be looked at.

service at the main restaurant could be better especially when you ask for a fork while you are about to eat. The prices of the facility maybe over rated. I did not like the taxi service they have at the reception as it is extremely expensive (my flight from Sharm to Cairo airport cost 1500 Egyptian pounds for example and their service for one ride from the hotel to the airport which does not exceed 15 km. costs 750 pounds) and these are not the prices that locals pay here so it felt like being ripped off.

Breathtakingly beautiful resort in a fantastic location.

Everything! The resort is beautiful. The food and drinks were fantastic. We could not believe that right on the beach, is a coral reef where you can snorkel!

The only thing I would say, is there wasn’t a lot of entertainment or any bars for enjoying a drink after dinner.

It was wonderful, relaxing and great value for money

Breakfast was fantastic, so was lunch and dinner. The swimming and reef was spectacular and easy to reach! Staff was friendly and service was great. The all inclusive package was worth every cent!

The entertainment staff trying to get you to go on trips or to go for facials or massages became a bit intrusive and I found some close to harassing. I understand they were doing their job, but NO means NO. Me and my hubby just wanted to chill at the swimming pool, and snorkel, and found that quite irritating. I would suggest to management to tell them, if they encounter some guests not interested in the activities and entertainment, accept that and lay off them!

I would definitely chose another hotel next time

The resort looks very glamorous, just like the pictures. The room was big, very comfortable with a big bed and nice pillows. You should definitely try the mango ice cream at lunch and the food at the Chinese restaurant and The Grill. The people from the entertainment team are amazing, doing yoga and aqua aerobic classes in the morning, engaging people to play volleyball and other sports in the pool during the day and they also have events in the evenings. The staff is nice in general especially the guys at the reception and the bars. The guy cleaning our room was very nice and changed our towels daily even leaving towels in different shapes each day which we found very funny. The AC was working properly and was not noisy. The only cocktail that was good was the Cuba libre served at the bar from the reception floor.

Unfortunately we felt like the resort puts on a facade of luxury, when in fact everything is on a budget. The vases on the reception floor are filled with water to make it seem like the flowers are natural, but they are not, also the vases are dirty because the water evaporated. Nobody tells you what is included and what not when you have all inclusive. We had to find out ourselves that there is food and ice-cream on the terrace of the restaurant. That the a la carte menu restaurants which supposedly are included in the all inclusive package are not a la carte at all and you get there and you have no choice but to eat what they put in front of you because you are asked about your choice only when it comes to drinks. The food at the buffet (the main restaurant) is not good, the steak was always cold, they served me raw omelette, the roasted potatoes were raw, I waited for 20 minutes for pancakes one morning, the burger was only bun and meat, no ketchup, no salad, nothing. Every day after seeing what they offer we had the feeling that we don't have what to eat. Also you can eat having a caterpillar on the table. They do not tell you that you have alcoholic drinks included or that you should get welcome chocolate when you go to the bar from the reception floor. Also that the minibar is free only for the first day even though it has only non alcoholic drinks. That after using 5GB of internet you need to go back to the reception to get a new password in order to use the wifi which is slow anyway. The cocktails are not good, except for the Cuba libre. The spa has no relaxing music and the ladies are leaving the doors open while doing a massage. There was hair on the bidet and they do not provide conditioner, which you can find in any 3* hotel. The dental kit had toothpaste all over it. Some guys make it awkward for a woman to be there as one came and touched my hair, another one was pretending to arrange the chair at a table just to stare, etc.
