Great location. Reception staff not overly accommodating. Food service needs improvement.

Our room was spacious and allowed egress to nice garden area. It was not as private as we would have liked in that public hallways had a view on our room. Beds were comfy and bathroom was updated.

Common areas like reception, bar and dining room had dated 90s decor. There were issues with the staffing in the bar and dining room. The bar did not have a bartender only serving staff who couldn’t mix a cocktail and the breakfast staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the demands of tour group members.

Shower was good

Dated room, can't charge phones by bed, really gloomy room even on a bright day. Room randomly allocated, roadworks all night, jet lagged, Aircon stopped working- didn't hardly sleep. Would have been better in a room away from the road as we just flew in from UK. No view apart from the busy road. Can only see a view from the deserted second floor where there were no seating . I chose this hotel because of the view so disappointed for the price, no breakfast.

Exceptional

I have to say that this is the hotel that left the deepest impression on me. Due to budget constraints, the three of us booked this room with two single beds on Booking. Our expectation is for someone to lay a floor. But when we asked for a blanket from the front desk, the hotel unexpectedly added a bed to the room! What a delightful thing it is!

The WiFi network speed is a bit slow, but I have already subscribed to unlimited traffic for three days, so the impact is not significant

Very comfortable stay in a hotel with good amenities and facilities

This is our second stay here, love the renovated room! My wife and I found the new theme very modern and classy. The beds are comfortable. Love the bathroom with the modern finishes, especially the rain shower!

The tub is now gone but the other renovations made up for it. There are so many road works happening around the hotel which took away off-street parking spaces that were available before, I wished they gave discount don't the daily parking even temporarily.

Marcos on the front desk was very helpful as were dining room staff. Had quite a delay on checkout as some stranger had charged 4meals and a bottle of wine to my room. It was sorted out. Wonder if they found the people who did this!

Superb hotel, close enough to town, great customer service.

The room and hotel was very clean, staff always around to help. Great customer service from all staff especially because they nearly all interacted with my children in a positive way! We felt very welcome with two young kids.

The pillows. But this is an issue for me at any hotel!

The staff were so welcoming, the room and facilities were all very nice, highly recommend breakfast in the restaurant also,

No room service available but that’s understandable at the moment!

Ok but won’t go back.

Room was fine as we were in a suite so plenty of room but very tired.

Very tired and dated. Staff not engaging, very offhand, no smiling faces at all. Breakfast poor. Internet access not great.
