Das Personal war bemüht

Das Zimmer war mit Frühstück gebucht, leider gab es aber keine Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken. Das Zimmer von uns war auf den ersten Blick ok, jedoch bei genauerem Hinsehen wirklich unsauber und renovierungsbedürftig. Leider kein Komfort. Schmuddelig, Bohrlöcher, Wände notdürftig repariert…- einfach kein „Hotel“! Direkt am Parkplatz gelegenes Zimmer, bereits ab 5 h laut, kein Wasser zum Trinken und alles sehr abgewohnt und unschön. Leider- das Hotel hatte mal bessere Zeiten

Personal nett und freundlich. Alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit

Büffet hatte eine große Auswahl, war damit sehr zufrieden. Das Bett war bequem, konnte man gut drin schlafen.

Basic hotel that has everything for a short stay

Room was good for a short stay. Everything is clean and in order.

The smell of food coming from the adjacent restaurant is quite intense in the hotel. The windows seem to be quite old and were not insulating well so it was quite noisy.

the location was close to public transport

the shower head attachment was in tact. so I was forced to hold the shower with one hand and wash with the other.

Very poor

room was old and dirty, humidity was very high - had problems sleeping because of it, no refunds on early leave, no one picked up the phone or called back although I tried to called 10 times around 2 pm.

I love Hotel Klein!

I liked it alot! I can recommend this hotel! The breakfast was awesome with frankfurter sausages and bacon also many local salads and foods, also the coffee (dried coffe beans)was delicious. The room was big and very nicely & tasteful furnished. I will definetly book here again when i will be in frankfurt.

It was very warm in the room and the neighbours made lots of noise.. but overall it was a perfect stay!

The location, close to U-bahn and quiet area, decent breakfast, rooms are clean

The bathroom is planned very poorly. You cannot use the toilet without fully closing the door, radiator was leaking, water from the shower was flooding everywhere around.

all in all ok. Value for money is good.

The breakfast buffet was good, enough choice.

Instead of the ordered king-size bed, we had 2 beds put together, which is really bad if you don't just want to sleep in the bed.
