This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The loft has been home to vacationers since 1997, offering designated free parking in the rear of the building on Carolina Lane and is well located in the heart of the city, making it a great choice for those desiring close proximity to shopping, dining and the vibrant nightlife of eclectic Asheville.

The loft has been a long time neighbor of restaurants, including Mellow Mushroom , Wasabi, Strada, Over Easy, as well as cafes like Green Sage and the beloved Old Europe, bars , music & event venues and art galleries. Park up to two mid-sized cars in the reserved space behind the building on Carolina Lane and walk to everything. After a full day in the 'Land of Sky', retire to a private second story retreat to relax and rejuvenate before heading out again.

Guests have access to the entire Loft and do not share any spaces. The parking space can accommodate two small to mid size vehicles, parked one in front of the other, between the designated parking lines only for the loft.

The open floor area in the shared living area combined with the privacy of the 2 bedrooms, allows guests to choose to enjoy their fellow travelers or the privacy of their own room.

The Loft has been home to vacationers since 1997, offering free parking in the rear of the building for most mid-size SUVs (huge SUV's & full size trucks might have trouble accessing the parking space). The nearest public parking garage is just two blocks away on Rankin Ave. for max $20/day or $2.00/hour for less than 24 hrs.

The windows are double insulted with soundproofing and window blinds. The Loft is above a wonderful local gem and mineral store. The Loft's private entrance is only from Broadway street and has over a dozen stairs leading to the building's second story. There is not another level above the loft.

The condo is very spacious and very clean. Perfect location, we could walk to restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Designated free parking (a must in Asheville). Advertised as a dog-friendly space, but no "pet smells" or pet hair to be found anywhere. We would most definitely stay here again on our next visit. Living area has smart TV, small bedroom has TV with Roku should you have time for TV. WiFi was strong and steady throughout our stay. A++

This is in a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of shops and restaurants. It was so nice to have 2 parking spots to use during our stay. The loft was very well stocked with everything we needed.

The property was clean. Bedrooms were a bit small. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy check in, and host responded in a timely manner. Great location, but parking was a bit odd.

Absolutely loved that we could walk to everything. The loft had everything we needed including coffee and a hair dryer! Only complaint is You can hear the neighbors on both sides but everyone was quiet when it was time to sleep so we weren't disturbed. Just had to turn the TV up when they were having their fun and we were watching our show.

We have been staying at this property for many years and always love it. The new renovation is really great, with both bedrooms now enclosed and private. I brought my white noise machine but didn’t need to—they had one just like it on the bedside! Close to all the great restaurants and cool art galleries nearby.

Great location in downtown Asheville. Walk to everywhere. Plenty of space. Full kitchen with new appliances. It is true that there can be significant street noise at night, so bring ear plugs or white noise generator if that bothers you. Would definitely stay here again.

This loft is in the best location! It was so nice to be able to walk to most of the breweries we came here to visit. The loft itself is huge, much bigger than we expected and plenty of space to spread out. They also recently remodeled and added bedrooms (it was a large studio when we booked so this was a nice surprise). I didn’t hear any street noise, but they left earplugs and a sound machine in the rooms just in case. Parking is located in an alley around back, the spot is pretty small but doable in a small car/SUV. We loved our stay will definitely rent again next time we are in the area! Thanks for hosting us. :)

We had an amazing weekend in Asheville, and this VRBO was 100% the reason why! The location is perfect - right in the heart of everything. The space itself is wonderful - spacious living room, large sectional, full kitchen, and two bedrooms. No issues whatsoever; all instructions (check-in, check-out, parking, tv, etc) are accurate and clear. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a great property with lots of space and excellent location. Plenty of towels and blankets were provided, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We walked to all of the best restaurants and shops downtown bc of the perfect location. The parking spaces in the back were a plus, although the metered space directly in front doesn't charge on holidays and Sundays. Internet svc was fast; the unit has plenty of charging outlets. Accessing the unit was super easy. We had a lot of fun staying here!

Quick weekend getaway with my husband for his birthday. Loved the convenience and proximity to restaurants/breweries. Weather was perfect for us so we walked everywhere! Loved the charm of the old wooden floors. Despite being a loft above the street, it was very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on our quick weekend getaway trip to Asheville. We love to visit this town. The loft was a perfect location to be able to walk around downtown. We were able to visit or our favorite breweries and cideries without having to drive. The food choices near the loft were also amazing! We enjoyed Soveriegn Rememedies, Strada Italiano, and Social Lounge. It was also just a half mile to the Reed Creek Greenway for a nice run. We will back again!

We had a great time in Asheville for the weekend. We could walk everywhere which was perfect since a snow storm came and had us snowed in. Wish more places opened, but the loft was such a great location. Everything we needed for a fun family getaway! Would definitely rent again.
