Confort asegurado en el Centro de Montevideo.

Muy buena la piscina climatizada y en horario amplio. El desayuno variado y con opciones light. Buena ubicación. Atención muy amable. Pedí un late check out y a pesar de tener casi llenas las reservas me lo pudieron gestionar con un adicional.

La cortina del baño es de tela y al primer uso de la ducha se inundó el baño. Hay que estar pendiente al bañarse. Fue el único punto débil que identifico.

Номер просторный, близко до порта пешком и центральных достопримечательностей

Номера древние, торчат гвозди ра полу у плинтусов Нельзя в двухместный номер поставить детскую кроватку, только платить за трехместный, непонятно зачем В номере нет из удобств практически ничего -воды, чайника, кофе, мини бара , всё стоит пустое Номер с запахом сигарет, хотя для некурящих и сильным резким запахом, чтобы сигаретами не пахло, но не помогает Центр очень маргинальный и хочется уехать оттуда как можно быстрее

A localização foi excelente. O atendimento também foi muito bom. Júlio e Michel nos atenderam super bem e sempre solicitos. As camas eram confortáveis e o banho muito bom. O café da manhã não tinha muita variedade mas ainda assim super gostoso.

O sinal de Wi-Fi não funcionava bem no quarto. Apenas com a porta aberta. Mesmo o hotel colocando um repetidor no corredor, não resolveu. A cortina do banho era curta e o banheiro ficava muito molhado no banho. O ar ventava em cima da cama e não era possível virar o ar pra outro lado.

Excelente localização, café completo e variado e camas confortáveis!

Quarto amplo, banheiro espaçoso. Camas confortáveis. Limpeza regular. O café da manhã, mesmo pago à parte, valeu a pena. É o mais variado e completo que experimentamos na região. Melhor até que o do Radisson, que ficamos em Colonia do Sacramento. A locaização do hotel é muito boa, viabilizando conhecer toda Cidade Vieja a pé. Realmente foi o melhor hotel que ficamos nessa viagem entre Uruguai e Argentina. Não é perfeito mas faz o básico muito bem. Café de qualidade, quartos e camas confortáveis e banheiro 100% funcional.

O que poderia melhorar diz respeito ao wi-fi, que é sofrível. É até difícil de entender o porquê de não terem uma solução mais eficaz. Outro ponto de melhoria seria a equipe de recepção ter recomendações mais assertivas para os hóspedes, que fujam de pacotes prontos. Perguntamos sobre retaurantes e nos indicaram um que estava fechado. Chegamos para uma segunda estadia de pernoite e estava ocorrendo as comemorações de 300 anos da cidade. Perguntamos se havia algo para fazer sequer mencionaram o evento. Soubemos porque fomos explorar. Mas nada que desabone!

O Hotel é bom. Quando escolhi o objetivo era o centro da cidade para que pudéssemos ir a pé para os pontos turísticos. Realmente o hotel é no centro. Na cidade há uma parte velha, onde há atrações contemplativas (praças, museus,) e parte nova onde há praia e mais movimento. Achei o centro muito deserto e não me senti segura para caminhar por lá. Não me aconteceu nada, mas achei escuro, muito deserto. Preferia em outra época ficar na cidade nova onde há mais movimento e visitar a parta antiga de táxi ou uber.

El personal un amor. Todos hacen lo posible para que tengas una excelente estancia. Son súper atentos, te consiguen lo que quieras. Las camas super. Cómodas, la ducha excelente, el desayuno me pareció muy comercial. Nos dieron agua caliente para mate sin problema todo el tiempo. Siempre están de buena onda. Volvería a hospedarme allí.

Lamentablemente al.momento de nuestra llegada no funcionó el aire acondicionado. Llegamos muy cansadas queríamos dormir y nos tocaron la puerta unas 3 veces para revisar el tablero. Después todo bien.

Tranquila e adequada para minhas necessidades

A localização é perfeita: perto da praça principal de do teatro Solis. O café da manhã era bem variado, com frutas, iogurte, omelete, enfim, um café da manhã continental muito bom.

O valor do café da manhã deveria estar incluído na reserva. Fiz a reserva pelo booking, o que excluía o café. Também verifiquei que se a reserva fosse feita diretamente o preço seria mais baixo.

It is a chain of hotels that works very well, whenever we go as a family we stay on Holidays in different countries. In Montevideo-I do not recommend the ninth floor, there is a lot of permanent noise from machines because the pool is above it, we had to wait a sleepless night for them to change the room. The attention in reception-the staff makes it work but does not solve problems; In a restaurant (dinner) it is desirable to increase the staff-we had to wait 1 hour to have a Milanese for dinner. I would think twice to stay at that hotel again.

unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel because of the cigarette smell. they really have to change something there -

The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast very good.

The whole hotel stinks of old cigarette smoke. the lobby, the elevators, the rooms, even on non smoking floor. if you turn on the air con, your room gets invaded by the stink. I rarely complain about hotels but this is a total no go for me. It made me feel uncomfortable. wifi was very poor as well in my room.

It was nice, good eggs, and bacon. Too many sweets, but it's fine. There were good fruits, muesli. Coffee could be better. Would be great there was vegan milk.

Aircon broken in the gym, so it was not possible to use it. Water in the pool was too warm.
