Decepcionada e não valeu o preço que pagamos!

Quarto amplo e espaçoso, porém a tv não é smart e é muito pequena, ficamos limitados a tv local. Achei o anúncio fake, prometem alguns itens que não possuem. Não tem nenhum benefício, café da manhã ruim e funcionárias poucos solícitas, falta liberdade na disposição dos alimentos do café da manhã.

Falta alimentos, por exemplo, acabou o queijo e o doce de leite e não providenciaram a reposição, alimentos muito regulados, não tínhamos liberdade e acesso a alguns itens, por exemplo. Odiamos, não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém. A limpeza é realizada a cada 48 horas, poucos funcionários para atendimento.

Decepcionante

Decayó mucho este Hotel. Antes era bueno. Ahora ya no.

No hay servicio a la habitación de ningún tipo, nada para comer, el restaurante no está más y no hay nadie para preparar ni un sándwich. Por Ciudad Vieja está todo cerrado de noche. No hay donde cenar en las cercanías. El personal de recepción son las mucamas y te atienden como enojados, mala onda.

Every aspect of the place exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for the price. The host was also fantastic.

Bad cost-benefit

The bed was good and the room was broad.

The bathroom had an unceasing bad smell due to sewage smell coming up through the drain; the shower was very poorly designed - all the water actually went directly into the wall; the TV was very small and antique; the receptionist charged us in UYU utilizing an FX rate way higher than applicable

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended

Great location, two blocks from the waterfront and central to the old city. Several nice design touches in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and quite helpful staff. My son got bit by a dog in Buenos Aires and needed to get his third rabies vaccine in Montevideo. The staff made phone calls for us and found out the hospital we needed to visit to get his vaccine and the hours they were open for this. She was a real life-saver in a complicated situation for us. Would gladly stay here again.

Superb

- Large modern room, very clean and with all amenities. The kitchen is a plus - Amazing location (almost sea view) - Hosts are nice and welcoming - Good value for money

Gorgeous view and bad bed

Although my room has a gorgeous water view, my bed and pillows were not good. My neck started hurting after the first night's sleeping. The whole hall way smelled bad. The lobby was badly designed and felt so narrow and crowded. The staff was nice though.

Hostess was very kind and helpful

No 24 hour front desk - needed taxi at 5am due to uber failure. Had to walk to adjacent hotel and get assistance from their concierge. We were given a number to call for a taxi but only in spanish so that didn’t work for us.

Exceptional

Lovely spacious room. Staff were lovely during our time . Nice view out to the sea. Comfy beds :D

A microwave would have been nice and they tried to charge us for a towel when we initially only had one in the room (Would have been nice if they had checked before trying to charge)

The location is good and it was clean

The stuff was not very informative or helpful. The passcode for the door was not working and they knew about it. There’s no front desk service after 11:00pm. We returned after hours and couldn’t get into the hotel. We had to book another hotel for that night.

Nice hotel that was clean and comfortable

The staff was friendly. The room and bed were comfortable. The view from the balcony was great!

The hot tub was closed due to covid (2-1/2 years after the pandemic). The location is good for old town but sometimes it would have been nice to be closer to the newer area.

just a good relaxing stay

It’s amazing value for money. We got the corner room on the upper floor which had an amazing balcony and sea view. I would definitely recommend asking for that room.

Superb

The rooms are huge and in winter also warm with the AC working as a heater. I had asked for a quiet room and had a very quiet one away from the main roads. Excellent!

As many people have said already, the breakfast is not bad, but after 2 or 3 days becomes boring as it is always the same, with only a choice for which type of piece of fruit you want. I opted after 2 days to buy my own breakfast. This is not in line with the high quality of the rest of the establishment.
