駅前で便利です。また利用したいですが、浴室は改善してほしいです。

フロントの方、レストランの方のあいさつがよかったです。朝食もおいしかったです。

①部屋に加湿器がない。 ②ユニットバスのお湯・水　の蛇口を操作しないといけない。適温にするのが難しい。 ③シャワーの切り替えがシャワー／蛇口　しかないので適温の時は流しっぱなしにする必要があり　水がもったいない。シャワー／停止／蛇口　というのがありがたいです。

Hotel ligt bijna in het trein station,3 min lopen. Grote kamers. Koffie thee water graties.

De ingang van de badkamer is een beetje te hoog. Maar was oké.

良かった

金沢駅に近く、飲食店が近隣にある為、幅広いジャンルの食事が楽しめた。朝食バイキングがとても美味しかった。

とてもよかったです。

駅に近かったので大変便利でした。レストランのテイクアウトの対応があったので利用させていただきました。とても助かりました。フロントの方が丁寧でした。近くのコンビニの場所を聞いたのですが、とても分かりやすかったです。部屋にカプセル式のコーヒーメーカーが付いていたのも嬉しかったです。

強いていうと、バスルームのお湯の調整が蛇口タイプだったのでちょっとびっくりしました。

The room was larger than I expected and it was very comfortable.

It was near the train station. The room was larger than I was expected. Everything worked well and located at right place.

If there was a nicer view would had made better.

Convenient and grand. Not expectedly old.

Very close to the station. Grand hotel and clean. The room is actually newly refurnished, not expectedly old. Relative large room in the city. Long and big tub! Staff are friendly.

Cold and hot water switches are very sensible, a bit difficult to adjust.

Great Place To Stay!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic!!! It is located just outside the main exit to your left. Very easy walking - about two minutes or less. Although not luxurious, our room was quite large and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delight! We ordered the main dish at our table, then went through the buffet line to get additional items. We would definitely stay at this facility again.

nice stay. if we will come back to Kanazawa, this will be in our first choice of hotel here.

location is very convenient. just next to the station and major bus stops in town. room is spacious. there is a foyer area to put your shoes too. reasonable price. very nice bathroom with a bubble hot bath tub. nice view as the hotel staff is kind enough to put us in the top floor. also, the room is close to an elevator so my mom doesn’t need to walk very far.

bed is too soft so we couldn’t sleep well and got up with a sore back.

The hotel was beyond expectation. Room was large, very large by japanese standard. The bed was comfortable and clean. I love the coffee and tea, so delicious

For the price, I felt our stay at Hotel Kanazawa was a good bargain.

Our room had enough space to walk, lay out 2 suitcases and had a small sofa. The bathroom was well lit and had room to move about. The hotel is a very short walk away and there is a mall between us. Lots of places to eat. Staff was friendly throughout and helped us ship our suitcases to Tokyo.

We couldn’t figure out how to adjust the AC. The room was a little warm.
