Great location with Parking and a great breakfast with a basic room at a great value for one night.

Parking and breakfast were great. The location was awesome. The room was fine but very basic.

Localização excelente, acesso aos principais pontos turísticos a pé.

Recepção foi uma decepção, a pessoa que estava na recepção não foi nada receptiva. O café da manhã é bem basicão, poderia variar um pouco a cada dia.

Construção histórica muito bem localizada

Localização central, praticamente ao lado do museu imperial. Fácil de se deslocar a pé para vários lugares importantes. Prédio histórico, você se sente no final do século XIX, mas a estrutura é ótima. Quarto confortável e muito bonito, amplo. Estacionamento com muitas vagas. Café da manhã muito bom.

Vale se hospedar!

A localização é excelente; ao lado do Museu Imperial e distâncias a pé de vários pontos turísticos, como: Catedral, Praça da Liberdade, Cervejaria Bohemia... além de restaurantes. A equipe é muito simpática e pronta a atender. A decoração e os ambientes da Pousada são muito interessantes, pois contam história da época da colonização portuguesa e de D.Pedro II.

O quarto triplo nº13 precisa de um novo ar condicionado; o atual é antigo(de parede), barulhento e não refrigera bem. As toalhas também precisam de uma repaginada; as atuais estão bem velhinhas, mas limpas. Os bolos servidos no café da manhã, também, poderiam ser melhores, mais frescos e mais típicos de Petrópolis, considerando, principalmente, a origem alemã da cidade.

Voltaria com certeza

O Hotel fica ao lado do Museu Imperial. Conhecemos todo o centro histórico da cidade a pé. O quarto foi renovado, e era muito espaçoso. Banheiro moderno e com secador de cabelo. O café da manhã é excelente, em salas muito agradáveis.

Quando chegamos a estrada, o quarto não estava pronto e pedi para usar o toilette. Não tem nenhum no lobby, e me indicaram um banheiro perto da piscina, que precisa de reforma. Sugiro essa melhoria.

Não gostei de nada.

Não gostei de nada das acomodações. Na hora do check in foi deixado bem claro que como fizemos no booking ficamos no anexo. Que os quartos não tem nenhum luxo pelo valor pago. Se tivesse feito pelo hotel teria ficado no quarto na parte histórica. Ar de condicionado velho, lento e barulhento. Mas quarto cheirando mofo. Chuveiro ruim.

Gostei da cama e do chuveiro e da variedade do buffet do café da manhã. São Excelentes. O check in e o checkout foram simples e rápidos. A casa é linda, toda a sua estrutura me encantou bastante. O atendimento é muito bom. Tudo ótimo!

Só mesmo o funcionário que, provavelmente, não estava em um dia muito bom!

Amo esse hotel. Já fiquei algumas vezes e gosto de tudo.

Um incidente no quarto 23, sobre a atitude do senhor que estava na recepção às 23:30. Chegamos e, ao ligar o ar refrigerado ele começou a pingar muito mesmo em cima da cama. Liguei para a recepção explicando a situação e ele respondeu, bem impaciente: E o que você quer que eu faça?

Simple, comfortable and historical

The historical decoration and architecture of the house is a small marvel, as much as it is close to the pallace - which was the main touristic attraction we wanted to visit. We had a short, but wonderful stay.

The restaurant wasn't open, but there are a lot of options around the area both in terms of high quality cuisine and restaurants, but also more affordable options

Great hotel for business trip.

The hotel is localized in the historical center and in very safe place. Very nice old building. Friendly personel. Possibility of chosing a room after seeing couple options. Very tasty breakfast. Parking with a lot of space.

Crowded street in some hours. Difficult to get to the hotel by car. Not cleaned pool. Rooms from the side of road are noisy. No possibility of heating in air condition.

I recommend !

I liked the room, the breakfast was perfect ! The location is excellent ! The garden is very beautiful.

When we arrived there were no parking spaces available. I was really upset. I only book hotels with a parking lot. After 20 minutes they found a space. I think they removed staff cars and I was able to park my car. The rooms are beautiful, great space, the bathroom is very spacious but the towels are old.
