Excelente hotel.

Las habitaciones muy amplias, con grandes ventanales con vista al morro y a la playa. Camas y almohadas cómodas. El desayuno de primera. Todo el personal muy amable. Ubicación del hotel espectacular, frente a la playa y a una cuadra de la zona de bares y restaurantes.

A acomodação muito pequena ! Não atendeu os requisitos ofertados pela booking.

Acomodação pequena! Banheiro pequeno, vaso sanitário colado ao box, impossibilitando de sentar para as necessidades. Não havia ducha higiênica! Quarto sem ventilação, muito abafado. Não consegui realizar meu chek in no horário oferecido pela booking.

Péssima experiência. Não vale o valor cobrado

Localizacao + diversidade de canais na tv

No dia anterior a minha diária liguei no período da noite para confirmar minha hospedagem mais quantidade de hóspedes; foi um atendimento horrível, atendente grosseiro e ríspido (já era uma prévia do q seria no dia seguinte). Eu e minha esposa chegamos no hotel na hora marcada e, pelo valor cobrado, esperávamos muito mais. Instalações antigas, meio desorganizado o atendimento da recepção que ao mesmo tempo q nos atendia tinha que atender o telefone tocando; NÃO NOS EXPLICOU NADA com relação ao q teríamos direito (piscina, tivemos q descobrir sozinhos); (internet, nao conseguimos usar, não foi passado se tinha). E dentro do apartamento, abajur somente de um lado da cama e com remendo de fita isolante no fio, cortinas sujas (conforme foto), lâmpada queimada dentro do banheiro, portas antigas que não vê água há um bom tempo e danificadas embaixo, cofre velho com ferrugem e que não conseguimos usar mesmo com as instruções (creio q esteja com defeito). Resolvemos não reclamar na hora porque era só uma diária e queríamos descansar. Cobram um valor alto e q não vale a pena. Eu espero não passar nem mais na porta, horrível. Nunca +!!!

Muy buen desayuno, gran variedad. Algo bueno es que cama era muy grande y nos toco una habitación con vistas muy lindas.

No hablaban demasiado español los empleados, pero aun asi eran muy amables

Boa localização, limpeza deixa a desejar.

A localização do hotel é muito boa para quem quer descansar, pois esta longe dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

A limpeza não era das melhores. Roupas de cama e toalhas amareladas e com aspecto de sujas.

the service was pretty bad. a glass broke in my room, but no one came to clean it even after I asked. I think there may have been a language problem, but I feel that they were understaffed.

Great location

Being right on the beach is the best thing about this hotel. A street of restaurants is within easy walking distance too. Breakfast was very good and staff were always friendly.

Whilst the entrance foyer is welcoming, the rooms are rather outdated now and things like lamps and curtains are stained and need replacing.

Great budget hotel right on the beach

Excellent location right on the beach at Barra de Tijuca, which is much longer than Copacabana or Ipanema. Close to bars and restaurants. Staff were polite and friendly. The bed was changed each day. The breakfast was very good with a lovely view of the beach from the restaurant.

The hotel is a little outdated as is the air con, but couldn't complain as the price was so good. Also the pool was small. It's a bit further out from the centre for sightseeing but Ubers are cheap for getting around.
