La Ubicación .

La cama principal es cómoda pero el sofá cama para las otras dos personas (cuando son cuatro personas) no es nada cómodo.

Confortable and afortable at a good location, ideal for sightseeing

Very good choice for families with children looking for a place just to stay at night while exploring Rome during the day. Excellent location for sightseeing and the host is always ready to help. Clean, spacy apartment with good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Confortable double bed. There is also a sofa bed which is in very good condition and was ideal for my kids ages 7 and 10. Although there is some noise coming from the street, it's only minor during the night. I highly recommend as 'value for money' (especially when comparing with hotel prices in the area)

Property was very good, as I expected. Host very responsive and helpful. Clean, good location, spacious. Very pleasant experience. Found a bottle of cold mineral water in the fridge (40 c. outside) and great Italian coffee for the Nespresso machine.

Entering (upon arrival) the property was a bit tricky, had to phone (long distance) to ask the host to let me in. Probably building regulations, not the host's fault.

Great value in the heart of Rome and to travel with children.

The host met us on arrival to show us the property and explain all the details. The apartment was very spacious and location was close to the heart of Rome and the Central train station. My son loved sleeping upstairs in the loft. This was an excellent room for families traveling with 1 or 2 children. My wife and son liked taking the elevator up and down to the room. The room was very clean. The value for our stay was excellent.

Rome is like NY and the city doesn't sleep. The room was a bit noisy all night long. The beds were a little firm to our liking. The shower stall was tiny, similar to a cruise ship. We could've used a few more toiletries, soaps, shampoo, etc.

An excellent choice for anyone staying in Rome. And a phenomenal host willing to help with all that you need. Would use

Cute apartment, spacious enough for the 4 of us. Had everything we needed including AC which was very needed in the peak summer heat. Excellent location, about a 7 minute walk to the Coliseum, close to train station, great food, grocery stores, etc. Stefano, our host, was incredibly helpful through out our stay, providing immediate answers to my multiple questions, setting up a private taxi from the airport, tips on store locations, etc. A real pleasure to deal with!

Excellent location. Very good host and super prompt to respond to any queries. Very helpful. This apartment is in a charming old building.

Great location, well stocked and spacious room.

The property was very centrally located, just a short walk to the colosseum and the train station and check-in was very easy. The apartment was well stocked, clean and spacious.

We would have liked to have an extra blanket.

Great place to call home for a short visit to Rome!

Great location, in walking distance to everything. Two supermarkets just outside. Lots of restaurants. Clean, cozy, modern. We would stay here again.

Superb

The biggest advantage is the location: 10-20 minutes to the main sights; 2 metro stations, a train station, several supermarkets are nearby. The Quirinal Palace and the Ministry of the Interior building are also nearby, so the area is safe. The apartment is old-fashioned with high ceiling and a mezzanine floor. The kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils

In January, at a temperature of 10°C, there was no heating (although radiators were present), and air conditioners were not enough for heating. No microwave. There were no clear instructions on how to get inside the apartment building.

Amazing location, massive flat and had everything you needed, the hosts were also very helpful and had early check in

We were a bit cold as the heating wasn’t on, however we didn’t ask how to switch it on so not a problem and also the road was very noisy early in the morning but again not too much of an issue. everything else was perfect

It was nice, having everything close to the property really helped us enjoy our stay.

There was an easy access to the property. Most tourist attractions like the colesseo or the trevi fountain were at a 10-20 minutes walk away. It was also very easy ti find restaurants around the property. And there is a small grocery store right across the street!

There's not much about the appartement that was bad, simply we did not manage to make the micro-wave or the boiler work. Also the bathroom door doesn’t fully close. Other than those small details everything worked great!

not much not to like. only thing would be instructions on getting towel warmer to work and how to best control A/C other than that great place

Exceptional

Superb location. Walking distance to all major sites (Colloseum approximately 20 mns, Trevi Fountain 15 mns, Vatican City around 40 mns). Room was spacious, very clean with good wi-fi. There is a local shop just across the road, which was handy and countless amount of restaurants, high street shops and gift shops just on the door step.

Great location, spacious, in bustling Roma

Great location, comfortable accommodations for 3, classic marble steps and antique doors, loved the Nespresso every morning: bello!

4 locked doors to get into apartment; do appreciate the safety however. Didn’t appreciate the 10:30 check out time; hosts try to nudge this earlier for their convenience and this is NOT appropriate. Check out at 11 with options for 12 is appropriate.

Pleasant stay in great location

Loved the apartment spacious quiet and very pleasant and comfortable. Loved the location midway between Termini and Colosseum a short walk to both. Lots of restaurants cafes bars on the doorstep. Host was very easy to deal with and accommodating. Would love to return.
