Buena experiencia, pero solo para una vez

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio y buena relación precio calidad. Te ahorra mucho tener todo tipo de bebidas ( cafe, té, coca cola etc) para libre consumo. Incluso alcohol por las noches y arroz ilimitado.

Debes dejar tu maleta en un piso distinto, puesto que el formato cápsula no te da mucho espacio y debes bajar a buscar tus cosas todos los días, lo que resulta un poco incómodo.

Wonderful stay in Shinjuku

Location was superb for anyone who wants to explore Shinjuku. I liked that the amenities were all provided by the hotel and the whole stay was comfy and clean. Very suitable for anyone who travel light. There was even a free drinks bar every night to try the different alcohols.

Bath was a little cram and there was a lack of onsen pools. The capsule was a little dusty too.

Onsen, gratis Trinken und Essen waren sehr gut

Matratze von der Kapsel war sehr hart und in der Kapsel war es heiß, wenigstens war ein kleiner Ventilator in der Kapsel.

Posizione Centrale, perfetto tutto, pulizia impeccabile e gentilezza unica. Possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out. Colazione prettamente giapponese, possibilità di usare la spa compresa nel prezzo. Tutto perfetto

The location is very convenient either by express train from Narita or express bus to Haneda.

Only one elevator. Luggage storage on a different floor. Upper capsules need climbing up and down.

처음 캡슐 사용. 생각보다 쾌적하고 편함. 종업원들도 친절하고 일 처리가 빠름. 손님들도 에티켓 수준이 우수. 숙소내 갖춰진 비품들도 완벽. 사우나 욕실도 깨끗하고 사용이 편리. 256개의 캡슐이 있음에도 한번도 화장실에서 즐을 서지 않음. 간단하지만 아침과 저녁 제공이 훌륭. 특히 17시 이후 소주 및 사케 5잔 제공은 아주 좋았음.

가방 보관 및 짐 정리할 공간이 좀 있었으면 좋겠음.

Excellent accommodation.

I liked everything. Absolutely everything was provided, even alcohol in the evening. The staff were friendly and worked incredibly hard day and night. The location was great. I spent ten days there as I did some side trips, and have no complaints.

The lift was incredibly slow, but that was because of usage. At 3 o'clock in the morning it was fine. One night my capsule was very warm, so I woke up sweating. The tumble dryer wasn't great, I filled it less than half and ran it for an hour, and the clothes were still damp, but another time I put in less and everything came out dry after 40 minutes.

Best capsule hotel you'll ever stay in

This is a gem of a hotel. It's a capsule hotel, but with a full set of amenities and features to make it enjoyable everywhere else. The onsen is good, the lounge is comfortable. The free meals and drinks are just so pleasing. And the location is great. Only 200m from the station, but peaceful and quiet. A perfect place to stay when flying in and out of Narita

機会があったらまた泊るカプセルホテル

スタッフがとても丁寧で、設備は素晴らしいです。新宿駅に近くて、全てがとても清潔でした。2〜7階、各階に喫煙ルームがあって、すごく便利です。大浴場もサウナもお楽しみにしました。無料のライス、スープ、ソフトドリンク、アルコールがあります。期待以上にカプセルホテルが快楽なので、機会があったらまた泊ります!

強調すべき良くなかった点はございません。

Efficient and comfortable

Has everything a solo traveller needs to relax from a day of sightseeing and to atart the day with energy

Some patrons didn’t understand how things work and were noisy - including heavy snoring when they have available noise bridges for free, or changing in the capsule when there were proper common spaces for that

Best place to stay in Shinjuku and probably all of Tokyo

This is my favorite place to stay when I am in Tokyo. I have been here multiple times and it has only gotten even better. The location is amazing, literally 2 minute walk to the most central metro stop in Tokyo. The staff are very nice and accommodating and they have English speaking staff as well! You get so many benefits while staying here like free alcohol from 5pm to 12am, free coffee, free soda, free rice, free miso soup, free minestrone soup, and more! They have an artificial spa with a big jacuzzi. The capsule is very private and clean and the bed is very comfortable! I have nothing bad to say about this place! They even have everything you could possibly need toiletry wise such as combs, shaving cream, razors, mouth wash, toothbrush kits with tooth paste, many different shampoos and body wash to choose from while in the shower. And it is all included! Such an amazing place! One thing to note: they take the check out time very seriously. I had left my capsule on time but was packing my bag in the locker and I went paste the check out time by 30 minutes, without telling them that I was no longer in my capsule. They did want to charge me a late fee but after I explained what happened they generously waived the fee. So just make sure if you leave your capsule in time but you still need to pack your stuff in the locker room then tell the staff at the front desk.

אחלה רשת קפסולות. לא ציפיתי לתנאים כאלה! שתייה חופשית משעה 17:00 עד שעה 24:00, יש שם אוכל חופשי, מכונות קפה ושתייה מתוקה במהלך כל היום! פינה לשבת במחשב ולעבוד / לנוח עם נוף נחמד.. במקלחת היה אונסן מלאכותי, שגם היה מעבר לציפיות!

היה לי יחסית ממש חם בקפסולה.

Great for a capsule hotel.

Well, it's a capsule hotel. You're getting what you're paying for. The staff were friendly and even spoke English. The location is basically right across the street from one of the stations exits.

The room had a musty smell when you went into it. Once you got into your pod and closed the door it was fine, but it wasn't the best thing to smell first thing in the morning.

Great place for short term stay

Unbeatable location. Just next to the train station and bus terminal. Metro are within walking distance. Great public bath and tons of free amenities. Staff were helpful and helped me practice my Japanese 😄. The hotel offers luggage storage even after checkout. I left my luggage there before heading to Fuji for a short trip.

The sleeping area smells. Luggage storage area is small and it’s in the first floor, making it inconvenient for you to retrieve your belongs. The staff will help you to store your big luggage though.

a wonderful, whacky at times and fun place to stay.

friendly staff and kind guests. the articificail Onsen was great also. and the comfort overall was great. next time I hope to take advantage of more of the free amenities.

I did not enjoy that the wet areas closed at 2 - 3pm. this was the time I often needed to bathe. A great experience overall thought. Thanks for a gorgeous Stay! Will hope to return.
